A Dubai vacation continues with the ladies basking in retail therapy. Also, Lisa Vanderpump tries to apologize to Eileen atop the Burj Khalifa skyscraper; Kathryn receives a birthday makeover; and the ladies have a luxury yet tense dinner on a yacht.

Go all the way to Dubai and shop at Chanel?  Wow!  How exotic!  Maybe that was the only store they were allowed to film?  What a let down, I really would have liked to see them in more of the mall, instead of insulated in little cars and a drive by.

 

Thrown onto a yacht so we get to see the skyline only?  No interaction with locals, no camel riding, not even skiing in the indoor snow place, they may have well have stayed in Beverly Hills for all we saw of them doing things in Dubai.  Hotel rooms, private dining outside, and now yachts.  I get why they did it, can't really fight and swear and show off the boobies around the locals, but yawn.  What a let down.  (I did like the brief market scenes when Kathryn got the roach on her dress, but certainly not the S&TC "shoes!" crap, liked seeing them bargain, and I would have loved much more of that kind of thing in this episode as well.)  Have we even seen the beaches?  I don't consider a captured seal to be "interacting with the locals."  Could they at least have driven their own dune buggies on the sand?

 

More crocodile tears for the mother phone call.  You are so touched by that Rinna?  Go visit your own once in a while.  Shudddup.

What a hot mess of an episode! I don't even know what these bitches are even fighting about anymore. It's all become so so so booooring! They were on this beautiful yacht and all they could do was fight. Unbelievable!

And on to the vacation porn: that mall was cool and I loved the little shopping carts.

I thought it odd that the Burj Khalifa had an elevator that could only fit four people in it at a time?

I'm glad next week is the finale because this season was really stupid and disappointing . They need to get rid of Yo. I wouldn't be upset if Kathryn and Erika left too.

I haven't watched the episode yet, because the election results took me over. Am trying to read what I missed from you fab folks. I think this comment is so good however, as we almost never get to see the good stuff when they go away.

I know this forum isn't the place for this, but something that Carole on the NY show stuck me and has stayed with me. It was in her blog after the Montana episode. She gave us a glimpse of what Bravo doesn't show us on these vacations, so I hope to be indulged:

"We had a better time than you all saw. The show always focuses on drama. Yes, we got on each other's nerves, we drank too much, and slept too little. But we also had a blast at a local bar. We met the most interesting people. We went dirty dancing, we twirled and two-stepped. We raced three-wheelers through wide open fields, we sang patriotic songs, we rode horses to places so beautiful, and saw views so majestic it would make even me cry (it did). We saw a part of the country that people rarely get to see. It was magnificent. We are lucky, I'm owning that. We have a beautiful country. We are blessed. We were all happy we didn't have asthma."

They probably did all kinds of things that Bravo just didn't want to show us, because there wasn't enough drama. That is the depressing part.

All I have to say is Lisa R, Eileen, Erika and lesser degree Kathryn are all out PARASITES.

 

Lipsa totally flipped this whole mess she created into LVP vs Yo!  How the fuck didn't this woman not win Celeb Apprentice??  She's a spin doctor and took no blame for her bringing up the Munchies comment which we all saw on that episode!  Then, Eileen I'm beyond disappointed in this trick.  Her troublemaking dramatics and manipulation were on full display tonight.  She likes to stir the pot til it's at a boil and then she gets what she wants she's like a giggling little schoolgirl.  Both of these women were trying much too hard to break LVP and Kyle's friendship up.  And oh did you hear how Lipsa ass threw in the whole Richard sister drama and blaming LVP for that!  And then she said, LVP and Yo are fighting over who's going to be queen of RHOBH.  Since when Lispa???  They never had those type of fights besides S4 and not brought back up until now.  And stop saying you and the rest are being used as pawns because again you are 53 years old no one can make you do anything you don't want to do!  

 

And, Erika, what the hell does she know about friendship??  She has no female friends not to mention the one she does have in Yolanda is completely fake and played up for the cameras.  If Yolanda was her true friend she would go to some of her concerts and claim her as a true friend when Yo said Brandi/Kim were her besties.  Stfu raccoon eyes done with your comments!  Kathryn, you were doing ok on this trip til you felt the need to join in on the mean girl, tag a long clique.  Real nice Kathryn!

 

Yet Kyle is no better.  She really fell for the soap broads peer pressure and trap in getting her to turn on Lisa again.  My thing is Kyle has had a friendship with this woman for well over 20+ if Kyle wants to defend her at all cost she can!  How is that wrong?  It's her ride or die friend.  I'm sure if Lisa R and Eileen had someone (bodies) trying to break up their friendship they wouldn't allow it.  

 

All in all, these women were just desperate and pathetic tonight.  Good drama in terms of reality tv but still I hate what Eileen has become on this show.  I could deal with it if it were Lisa R because drama and running her mouth is right up her alley, just Eileen is a great disappointment.

 

NExt week is the finale,  FINALLY.  Hallejuah!  This season has been nothing but rehash and too much manufactured drama that didn't make a lick of sense.  Plus I need for Discovery Health Yolanda's storyline to come to a close!  GET ME TO THE REUNION PLEASE!!!

I was surprisingly not bothered by the Lisa/Kyle convo. Not really interested, but not bothered. I buy that Kyle really knows Lisa. She had her number here. “I thought you were going to bring Kyle into it” instead of “Why didn’t you bring Kyle into it?” was covering her ass for trying to create more drama. Kyle called her on it at the time but didn’t think it was super malicious. Now she had a bunch of people trying to shame her into fighting about it. She refused, but said look, this makes me look like an idiot, like I’m defending you when you’re hurting me or whatever.

 

And it was pretty funny when Kyle just kept saying to Lisa no, don’t get the last word in. It’s fine. She can’t stop herself. She almost blew her apology to Eileen that she finally gave (by following Kyle’s instructions) doing the same thing. She might still do it. She’s like Fonzie unable to say she was wrong.

 

It’s amazing that LisaR kept saying how all this came from one person and it had to be Lisa when she and Eileen were the ones who kept starting the fight and trying to literally bring Kyle into it. Looked a bit more like LisaR and Eileen were the ones trying to drag Kyle into their fight with LisaV more than Lisa was dragging them into anything about Yolanda at that moment. I’ve no doubt LisaV really is trying to strike at Yolanda like LisaR said, but she’d do better to just say Lisa is trying to do that rather than make yourself the center of all the Yolanda drama and then say it’s Lisa’s fault – all the while taking marching orders from Eileen.

So, LVO is walking Rinna out the door and says what ? Why don't you bring Kyle into it  or I thought you were gong to bring Kyle into it ? LVP goes back to Kyle and tells her Whew, I thought she was going to bring all of us or you Kyle into it ? Into what ? The conversations she was going to have with Yolanda ? Did Ky;e intend to bring both LVO down with her if her name came up  ( and told lvp) so?? I just don't get the significance of the conversation. It is being said that LVP threw Kyle under the bus but I don't see it . I feel like I am missing something . I really feel dense.

IMO, it still doesn't make any sense. LisaR claims that LisaV told her to "bring Kyle into it" when she talked with Yolanda, then LisaV told Kyle that she was worried that LisaR would bring Kyle into it when she talked with Yolanda. Which is laughable IMO because the initial conversation was started by LisaR, she admits that she and she alone brought Munchausen into the conversation all on her own, but somehow LisaV got her to do this and then tried to convince her to blame Kyle even though it was all caught on film.

 

I don't thing you are dense, I think LisaR and Eileen are trying to do everything they can to muddy the waters on who said what when. Eileen was not present for the initial conversation that included LisaR, Kyle and LisaV, she arrived at the house late.

I don't understand the nature of the argument at all.  Maybe you all can help me or tell me the episode this happens in so I can watch it ( not the actually conversation which was off camera, but the convo in Lisa's house). Never say never. Eileen writes mystery novels and plays poker too. She can manipulate and con someone into just about anything. Plus if she's getting any tips from production, watching past seasons and yes listening to Yolanda she's more than capable.

 

My gut tells me that Yolanda and Brandi are at the center of all of this. The only way that Yolanda can come out as top HW is to knock off both LisaV and Kyle and she has to divide them in order to achieve that goal. Without a doubt, that is her, Yolanda's, goal and always has been....top BH HW and Brandi is her lap dog....for now.

I was surprisingly not bothered by the Lisa/Kyle convo. Not really interested, but not bothered. I buy that Kyle really knows Lisa. She had her number here. “I thought you were going to bring Kyle into it” instead of “Why didn’t you bring Kyle into it?” was covering her ass for trying to create more drama. Kyle called her on it at the time but didn’t think it was super malicious. Now she had a bunch of people trying to shame her into fighting about it. She refused, but said look, this makes me look like an idiot, like I’m defending you when you’re hurting me or whatever.

 

And it was pretty funny when Kyle just kept saying to Lisa no, don’t get the last word in. It’s fine. She can’t stop herself. She almost blew her apology to Eileen that she finally gave (by following Kyle’s instructions) doing the same thing. She might still do it. She’s like Fonzie unable to say she was wrong.

 

Exactly.  At this point Kyle has accepted who Lisa is, but at the same time she makes it clear to her that she still sees through her bullshit.  And at the end of the day, despite the fact that I think that Rinna is full of shit when she tries to male LisaV the ultimate one responsible, LisaV is still shady as hell when it comes to protecting her persona on this show.
