Oh and children created when you were not yourself are just "wreckage" but it's cool because they are being raised by others...presumably without your support...like sending puppies to good homes. After the suicide story Drew asks Butch how he feels about it. Can someone please tell me why Drew felt the need to say to Butch that Tyler was "not his dad" when Butch was saying how proud he was of Tyler and how Tyler was his therapist when they would get up in the morning and have deep discussions and how he helped him more than he could say. I thought it was a bit rude for Drew to rain on that statement which did not indicate he felt Tyler was his dad in any way just because they had deep conversations with each other. I wish Butch had of asked him what he meant by that. Instead, Butch got very emotional and said, "he may not be my dad, but he is part of me and I think he is the most wonderful human being I have ever met".

You know what, now that I wrote all of that, maybe Butch did say he felt like the son and it got edited out. I just don't like Drew as a host to this show because he doesn't get down to the nitty gritty of things. I guess I kind of felt he was picking on Butch when Matt, Amber and Farrah get away with not explaining their shit.

I am always so frustrated with Panda on the reunions. He softballs all the TMs but then (sometimes) comes down on someone else. I've wondered if MTV tells him not to press for feasr of a) them walking away from the series or b) alienating part of the teen fanbase by being "mean". But time and time again, these girls have proven that they will come back no matter what. They love that TM money. I also think Panda justifies not pushing them any saying that a TV show is not a therapeutic environment and they are not his patients.

At this point Amber gets what she deserves IMO. She has seen the warning signs and chooses to ignore. So when Matt steals all her money and leaves her knocked up I guess that can be next season's storyline.

On to the train wreck that is TM2!

Did anyone notice that when Catelynn was describing her depression, she said something like " I have always had depression (to explain away not knowing she had postpartum depression).  It started when I was 22 just out of the blue--I had never had it before "  I might have heard wrong, but I swear that is what I thought she said.  How much past 22 can she be, and how did she have it for a long time or always if it started at 22?  

 

These people annoy me.  I agree with much of what has been said.... how the people that need to be talked to get away with their crap, and then Dr Drew picks on those that don't need help as much.  I didn't get the number of kids thing for Matt either.  I know that Amber thought he only had 2, found out it might be 7, and now is okay with 5?  And isn't the true answer actually still 7 from various documents?  I am confused, but I am sure that is what they are trying to do.

 

I also found the last segment with all of the girls confusing--they act like we know all of the ins and outs of all of their relationships and awkwardly parade them out to talk about it.  Why pick on Catelynn for realistically not liking Farrah?  A lot of people don't like Farrah.  Ugh.

Is it me or does Tyler seem to ALWAYS cut Catelynn off when she speaks and hijacks what she was trying to say. Dude can't let anyone have the mic.

In the beginning of this docuseries I used to think Catelynn was so adorable with her short haircut/flower headbands and upbeat attitude given the childhood she had, however, these last two seasons I'm seeing an entirely different person (losing her good edit?) and doubt that it's from depression.

Now I don't doubt that she has depression I'm referring to her rude bitchy attitude almost high and mighty type of attitude. Like she's a tough girl that can sweep anyone's face across pavement if they mess with her. I honestly doubt anyone that sits on a couch all day long and that appears to have a very low muscle percentage could have the strength or energy to swing a powerful punch at anyone yet alone kick some butt.

These two, Tyler and Catelynne, are fake and MTV editors are finally slowly revealing their fake "Americas sweetheart" act. Honestly I think Catelynns depression is being exaggerated a tad by Catelynn herself to blame it on the reason she hasn't lost the baby weight ( I'm not body shaming and could careless how much someone ways I only mention it because she WANTED to lose the weight for her wedding but was too lazy and blaming it on something is much easier than to admit to being lazy) and didn't want to be exposed as naturally lazy.

Again, I wasn't body shaming because I think she is pretty no matter what size and all women are beautiful at any size. I only pointed it out because her wanting to lose weight was the focus point of most of last seasons episodes and posing on fitness machines on Instagram.

Gary has been the constant in Leah's life. Yes, Leah has had her grandmother and Kristina there as well BUT who was there when Amber could not bother to care for her daughter when she and Gary lived together as a couple 6 years ago? Amber rarely tended to Leah. Gary was the one caring for his child. This is not something that began after Amber went to prison. Amber has always been a lazy fuck.
