Thank god.  I couldn't stand her.  I have a friend who went to SUR a few months ago while they were filming, and she said that Lala was there with the cameras around, so she must at least be in a few episodes, but hopefully she's been downgraded.  I remember that on her podcast, Stassi said that there were a lot of terrible things about Lala that were cut out of the show, including Lala drawing a knife(!) on Faith to threaten her, so maybe her antics were finally enough.  Plus, since it looks like the core group of girls are all friends again, maybe there just wasn't a place for Lala to fit into the storyline.

Lala posted on instagram a little bit ago while she was having her lips done and some other facial work as well (standard Botox but I can't remember what else).  She looks 100% like a drag queen now.  She was so naturally pretty.  Totally ruined and gross.

Ha! I think a big ass is a good thing, trust me--I'm super partial to my own. And I'm sure you have a beautifully proportional derrière that does not look man-made at all! I'm specifically talking about the Kardashian-style diaper ass which looks out of proportion with the rest of folks' bodies.

I think she really did leave of her own volition, but I think it was because she's never managed to seem like more than a thirsty interloper. Part of the reason she isn't in the credits is because she walked off and stopped communicating with production.

They are too young to know the implications a la Jennifer Grey who cites her post Dirty-Dancing nose job as a career killer.  

Very few of Hollywood's most famous celebrities have model-good looks.  Maybe a few, e.g. Brad and Angelina, but most are not and simply have interesting/attractive looks, e.g. Jennifer Aniston, Cameron Diaz, Kate Winslet, Bradley Cooper, Robert DeNiro, etc.   I get the desire but they'd be better served keeping things in the latter category, IMO.

The taller the actress, the greater the likelihood that she started her career as a model--Uma Thurman, Geena Davis, Famke Janssen, Rebecca Romijn, Milla Jovovich, Brooke Shields, Charlize Theron, Tricia Helfer, and Monica Bellucci.

I think there’s modeling and there’s modeling. As I understand it, Cameron Diaz was a catalogue model. I could totally see that. When she was young she was very cute and fresh faced. She looked like a Gap model. I don’t know that she did much editorial work. Yes! Most successful models-turned-actors are not of the high fashion variety, lest we forget the laughable acting attempts of Cindy Crawford.

 

Those other former models-turned-actors you mentioned, and more specifically Cameron Diaz? She was totally a commercial model, not runway/haute couture---she did a few soda/snack commercials and modeled in catalogues and teen magazines before she got lucky and magically scored her first ever movie role when she auditioned for "The Mask". Her story really is a rare old-fashioned Hollywood success story; you don't see that with many big actors anymore, although most of them still keep trying to convince themselves that they'll be so lucky. I'm sure LaLa has convinced herself of this as well, although I'm also willing to bet she's no stranger to the casting couch; just a hunch.

It does break my heart to see how she and the rest of these chucklefucks are so young and yet so addicted to unnecessary cosmetic enhancements. No one needs Botox/fillers in their faces in their 20's and early 30's, I don't care what they say. 

Casting directors already admit these days to having trouble casting older actresses because so many of them are so desperate to appear young and are so pumped full of Botox that their faces barely move or emote. I'm convinced that LaLa((and maybe some of these other gals)) will definitely have a scary catlady face by the time she hits her 40's.

Ok...so first I acknowledge that I need to get a life....

Lala posted on IG last nite.  First she said she was smoking weed and going though old, hot pics of her...and posted a few. Then she posted two pics of her walking down Mainstreet in DL with the balloons (looks like a parade was going to start soon because the center of mainstreet was empty, and you dont usually get that on a Sat nite. 

Next, she posted a video of hotel staff and who I think must be her boyfriend's kids or relatives of his kids (they looked about 7 years old) , trying to get all the balloons into their hotel room. From the mainstreet pics, it sure didnt look like ALL the balloons in DL, but more like how much 1 vendor would carry.  Maybe 100 balloons, or so. Fun Fact...the balloons are abot $10, and u have to pay cash...since the walking street vendors dont have cc machines, so her bf must carry a ton of cash around.

 I thought that posting videos of the kids was pretty much a "suck it" move, since the boyfriend's divorce JUST finalized on 12/22.  Her next post was something about her "high" being ruined because she had a cut in her nose from tweezing her nose hairs.

Then...poof...all posts and videos from last night were DELETED.

Since this dude is a pretty powerful man in Hollywood, Im sure he heard about/saw the posts and tighened her leash.  

Also, the hotel room they were shoving the balloons looked like just an average room..not a presidential suite or anything.

I think a break up or at least an IG lock down may be happening soon?.

Since his divorce was JUST final, and she has been bragging about dating him for 2 years, I kinda think she WAS dating a married man...duh Lala.

Angelina...the funny thing is, she has actually had a shit ton of surgery to look the way she does now. Granted, she had the raw goods, but that nose and those lips have been tweaked more than once.

I don’t think Lala is particularly bright, but I think she can recognize a good idea when she sees it and runs with it. For example, she has completely absorbed all that therapy-speak (as seen in her redress to James the day after the pasta incident).

 

She has also started and is selling her own makeup line. Unlike Scheana and Stassi who aren’t doing anything with their lives and are hoping to marry into money, it seems like Lala is trying to capitalize on her Z-list fame. At least she’s doing something not directly related to VPR so she is not solely subsisting on the show or her bf for income or a career. I think it’s sad she seems to think her worth is based on her sexual attractiveness (from the comments she’s made about herself) but maybe she sees her appearance as commodity only for the time being and is using it as a jumping off point to parlay herself into other things.

 

I think the other cast members have personality disorders, Borderline (Jax and Kristen), Narcissistic (Stassi, Scheana) or substance abuse issues (Schwartz, Jax, James). These disorder tend to manifest more severely over time and we’ve seen that in the show. Lala, on the other hand, seems to be more mentally healthy than much of the cast and is maturing, unlike the others who seem stuck or are spiraling downward.

His ex is now engaged, and they seem to be co parenting well (both celebrating their kid's birthday together), so I guess its all one big Hollywood extended creepy family.  Wonder if Lala will be engaged soon?  If she is smart, she just rides this wave for awhile and moves on.  At some point she has to realize that money and "things" arent love...even for all the balloons in Disneyland.

Lala isn't dick whipped. She doesn't want to screw up her income stream. Even Wig on Atlanta was smart enough to know to not put too much of Big Poppa's business in the streets. Lala was the same way on her first season when James outed some of the details of her off screen relationship with Hayes Pullard, an NFL player. Lala went off on James. I'm of two minds about keeping relationships off reality tv. On the one hand, these shows and the spotlight on you tend to ruin relationships. On the other hand, almost everything about Lala seems transactional.
