Does Sheila care about any of her other kids besides Finn? Does she remember

the twins she had?

I hate to nitpick, buuuuuut...Sheila never had twins on B&B, That was on a different show, and even on that show, Sheila has never had scenes with those impostors.  Those little twits were working with someone who claimed to be Sheila's sister.  So it's not part of B&B canon.  As far as B&B is concerned Sheila has three kids:  Mary/Erica with James Warwick, Diana with Moss and Finn (John) with Jack Finnegan.

Just to clarify, the discussion of Paris's hair does fall under the site's updated Inclusion policy

So far, it's been respectful and we appreciate knowledgeable members explaining all that is involved for those who may not understand the complexities behind it. (Not that anyone has to, of course.) But it is important to tread lightly.

I’m starting to believe that Grace is moving into Shiela territory. Who the fuck she thinks she is not only being where she doesn’t belong but to barge into an office where she actually knows who’s in there.

I could give 💩💩 about what was going on today. Nothing but dribble dribble dribble 🙄. What I was hoping for today was finding out how long Li could hold her breath 😉

I play this game of pausing my DVR to freeze the character’s faces. It could be very entertaining especially Stuffy’s crying face or Ridge’s  pissed off face. Lately I have been doing this to Grace and all I can say, she makes the best mean faces.

As I understand it, women of color in the entertainment industry (and in some cases in the regular work force) have historically had to change their hair to get jobs and appear more palatable to white audiences. The character is working in the fashion industry and the actress is also a singer so to me it actually fits that she’s being more creative with her hairstyles. I’m glad she’s pushing outdated boundaries of what audiences consider “acceptable”.

A friend of mine said she didn’t mind it on Paris but that there was so much of it. LOL!!! I actually liked when she wore it short because no woman in daytime had that look. Even the different colors didn’t bother me but I was partial to the yellow look. Anyway, she’s young and she’ll probably have a different style in a few months. She seems like the type person who likes to try different things and I’m sure the hair and makeup people like it too.

I was agreeing with Grace today. Maybe she doesn’t know that Carter is still in “love” (if he even knows what that is) with Quinn, but she seems to sense that he’s not in love with Paris. And maybe that’s why she is partial to Zende. She believes Zende actually loves Paris.

I was disappointed we skipped ahead to the next day with no Li mention or sighting.

If it were me and psycho killer lady, and she had no weapon? Yeah, shit would be on. In my opinion good old fashioned fist-i-cuffs is the great equalizer. So I was glad to see Li fighting back, and she really gave Sheila a what for despite her small stature. And of course Mike had to conveniently show up. But what actually happened to make Li's car explode? Was Sheila secretly sporting some type of bomb? I didn't see Sheila actually hit Li's vehicle, but would that have caused that type of explosion? I mean, Li wasn't driving a Pinto or anything. Hopefully, Li will survive and come out with the big win. In the meantime, I guess Sheila will watch over Finn with Mike's help. Maybe Finn will wake up and freak out about Sheila being there and will go into some type of medical emergency that Sheila can't handle. OOOPSY!

I hate how Ridge just saunters into Brooke's house. Why does he still have a key? Brooke is far to forgiving and kind to him. I am glad that KKL is back and on the mend though.

Paris has always been portrayed as a smart young lady, so why isn't she questioning this quick turnaround from Carter? I know she is not a fortune hunter because she could have had that with Zende, but she also told Zende she wasn't ready for marriage. I hate when they make a character look foolish to satisfy a plot point. And I really hate it when they make me agree with a character that I don't like, but Grace is right in this case, and so is Ridge.

I agree with Grace, too, but she would have much more of an impact if she had a calm, reasoned conversation with Paris, and Paris might actually listen to her.

Instead, Grace is portrayed as this wild, batshit crazy woman bursting through doors, looking and acting like she's about to stab somebody.

I thought Hope should have told Grace to leave and write Paris up for not working at work.

Hope isn’t Paris’s supervisor. Paris supposedly works for the “Forrester Foundation.” There is no reason for Paris to constantly be running around FC. Oh, I’m being logical. Sorry! 😏

Grace is right about Carter, but not for the reasons she thinks. That still doesn't give her the right to go barging into private offices at a place where she doesn't work having conversations about this!

Also, will someone PLEASE sit Grace down and inform her that Carter did not do Zoe wrong, but it was the exact opposite?

How many times do I have to say that Zende is not as fantastic as Grace thinks. Grace only wants Paris to have the Forester name.  Does Grace know that Zende was once married to Nicole. How did that work out. For all Grace knows, Zende could be an abuser. In the real world Carter, as COO, should be making more money than Zende.  Oh, I almost forgot, does Grace know that it was Zoey that messed things up with Carter?

Why is Paris acting and talking like a love struck teenager?

Why can’t the monkeys with a keyboard come up with any new situations. Lurch wants Hope and will screw Zoey to do so. Now Carter wants Quinn but is he going to screw over Paris.

During the show today, a website/app that I follow had a notification for a pickle ball set that was on sale. Never seen a set even for sale, let alone on sale. Felt like that was a Godwink. I’ll never, ever hear “pickle ball’ & not think of the naughty honey bears.

I feel like Paris is going to land right on Zende & be just fine.

Today was good soapy fun. I’m glad that wasn’t a Friday cliffhanger.

Yes, it was!

Eric getting busted playing hide the pickle with Donna by Quinn and Bridget - now that's the stuff I tune in for.

I haven't seen today's show yet, but am looking forward to a great week of soapy goodness!

I mean a wedding at Il Gardinio, Charlie officiating, the WTF-ery of $Billl being there, disheveled Quinn crashing the ceremony ... can't wait!

Anyway, I came here to post that I had a good chuckle the other day when I drove past our local "Chicken & Pickle." It's a restaurant that specializes in chicken tenders (ugh) and they have a pickleball court. And as far as I know, the pickleball court is open for business full steam ahead!

Even dressed casually and her hair braided, Quinn is still beautiful but somebody should have warned her about the back of her shirt collar being disheveled before the scene was shot.

I said this before and I will say it again. Once a cheat always a cheat. Eric has cheated with Donna on Stephanie and now on Quinn.  Donna is not as ding-batty as she seems. Donna is shrewd in perusing her personal desires.

Katie is the go to Logan when the need for gossip is required. What business does Ridge have for telling Katie that Carter is running away from Quinn. Especially when he keeps running away from Brooke. Ridge looks for any opportunity to pursue other woman.  Katie and Ridge opining on Carter, Paris, and Quinn when they are guilty of the same actions. Ok for me but not for thee.

Eric is Busted!  so now can we move on to see how long Li was able to hold her breath.

As an aside, not only KA has done nudity and soft porn in film but JG also has done nudity and soft porn in a couple of movies.

Quinn, don't even waste time feeling bad about this. Go directly to Carter, stop him from marrying that child Paris and get your man! Leave Eric to his ridiculous "honeybear".

Ever notice that Eric and Donna's scenes always have old-fashioned soft porn music playing?

Not only the soft porn music, but I find it irritating that Donna is always standing there in her underwear and Eric is fully clothed whenever they have the same chat over and over....

“I love you, honey bear”

“I love you more”

Today was soapy good fun. George from The Price Is Right was there. Paris looked like she had turned Zumba pants into a bra. I’m guessing Katie was filling in for Brooke because of KKL’s surgery? And the best was Quinn and Bridget finding Eric in bed with Donna.

FYI - I hear naked pickleball is big in The Villages, FL.

I will say that John McCook looked more creepy than usual. I guess because he’s 78 years old. LOL!!! I know he’s just acting but today felt more icky than usual. I’m glad Bridget was there to see that her father was in the wrong here along with her Aunt. Ewwwwww! Hopefully, she can stop Carter from marrying Paris & just get on with it him & take Eric to the cleaners.

Quinn, go directly to Il Giardino's, do not pass go and do not collect $200. You have a wedding to interrupt. Funny that Paris stopped Quinn and Eric's wedding vow renewal and now Quinn will stop Paris and Carter's wedding. Well, hopefully anyway.

I am with my fellow posters with Donna being in her skivvies all the time while Eric paws her. Maybe once and awhile, but not Every. Friggin. Time.

Props to Zende for shutting down Grace's nonsense real quick and in a hurry. Just because Grace is right, doesn't mean she is right. Sometimes parents have to let their grown ass children make their own choices and their own mistakes. And knowing something is off with this fiasco certainly doesn't give her the right to run around FC's trying to bulldoze people.

In a weird, soap opera kind of way I feel bad for Paris, but I am sure she will land on her feet right by Zende.

It has been two days; I sure hope Li equipped some scuba gear in her vehicle.

JG has a fabulous body especially for her age but JM is old and creepy. He has no business taking up the time of a younger, vital woman.

I thought generally, gay men are more involved in soap opera writing than cis het men, but when a soap keeps trotting out the tired, worn out plot of "hot younger woman getting with a way older man because she's so in luuuuurve with him", I now have to wonder if indeed cis het men ARE the ones writing soap stories as wish fulfillment/fantasy living vicariously through the characters.

If you think this is bad, I just learned there was a rumor that  way back in the 2000s when Horsefaced Caitlin was on the show, TIIC briefly considered pairing her--a child who was still in high school--with Eric of all people before John McCook supposedly ended that nonsense. That was also around the time Amber was banging Thomas and shortly after that Bridget/Ridge nonsense.

What in the actual FUCK was Bell smoking back then, if this was even remotely true?! 🤮🤮🤮🤮

That said, while Deric 1.0 had its sensuality they did used to have a level of depth to it that's been noticeably absent this go around, which is a bit disappointing. Queric's happiness felt so unearned, especially given that this happened weeks after her debacle with Liam that unless it was Ridge railing against them, I could never really root for them, chemistry be damned. Bring on Deric and let Quinn have Quarter.

Gay male writers may be in the room, but it's a (presumably) straight executive producer giving notes and approving what goes to air. :(

Grace is right that Paris shouldn't marry Carter because his motives are likely impure.

But Grace is wrong that any pain he caused Zoe was underserved.  Zoe tried her damndest to get Zende (whom Grace now wants for her other daughter Paris) into bed but, thankfully, he resisted.

Grace is wrong for barging into Ridge's office to "tell" on Carter, accusing him of sexual harrassment.  What?

Grace is wrong to birddog Zende, pressuring him at every turn to, what, throw himself at Paris and beg her to take him back?

Grace is wrong for stalking the offices of FC (unsupervised, mind you; whatever happened to security ensuring the designs aren't stolen?), eavesdropping and generally being unpleasant in a space she shouldn't be in in the first place.

Grace may be right but she sure is wrong.

I'm sorry to say, but they look like an old customer and a call girl.

He previously dumped her because she got fat and not only is she with him again but she's wearing lingerie all the time to try to get his approval, meanwhile he's all ancient and grisly. She's got issues and needs help. He's oblivious and it seems like he's taking advantage of her. I don't think this is going to be as simple as him switching square dancing partners.

Yes. And I have read spumours that it's going to be:

Spoiler

Katie

Yuck and double yuck

On the topic of Deric, I am not sure if I read it here, but somebody posted that JG posted pix on IG of the intense workouts she did to be camera-ready to pose in lingerie. Now, I'm not saying that 78 y/o JM should have to do quite the same, but c'mon ... SOMETHING! He got a free pass appearing shirtless in bed, 85% obscured by sheets and blankets. Not. Fair!

I have to say that despite the silliness of the Pickball/Honeybear hijinks, that was a very realistic break-up between Eric and Quinn. I thought John and Rena played the beats beautifully, without a lot of histrionics or Quinn shrieking and trying to beat the shit out of both him and Donna...and the absence of that was very telling.

FWcD-m3XkAEYSJj?format=jpg&name=small

It was sad but very real that both had the realization that they had grown apart and that their hearts and, ahem, passions, were with others. Too bad both didn't realize that before they cheated, but they are seeing the error of forcing something that just isn't working anymore and showing that there is some level of caring and respect for the other. I do believe that Eric would have told Quinn - him encouraging her to follow her heart and stop Carter's wedding is proof, IMO, of that.

I loved Quinn slipping her wedding band off her finger and giving it to Eric while telling him, as innocent as a kitten, that she would be keeping the big diamond. "As you should," said Eric.

Queric had a nice run but after not one, not two, but three affairs (Ridge/Quinn, Carter/Quinn and Eric/Donna), it was time to stick a fork in them and again, it was refreshing to see them end things like grown adults, even if they didn't always act like it during the whole debacle. I also didn't appreciate Eric turning around and cheating on Quinn and letting her continue to show gratitude when he had evened the playing field and even given her a hall pass to be with Carter for a brief time. But they're over and I like him with Donna, even if she could do better than a man old enough to be her daddy. And I adore Quinn and Carter.

So, run, Quinn, RUN!

Make like Forrest Gump and go get your man.

As for Paris, who looks beautiful, in this case, Momma Grace was right (for the wrong reasons), but I'm sure you'll be able to worm your way back into Zende's good graces. Hint: It's called "hello."

But we are getting Quarter again and I'm thrilled.

I’m desperate for more “B”. The “atie” can visit sporadically. It’s still so WTF to see $Bill at the Paris/Carter wedding. That’s the oddest assortment of wedding guests I’ve ever seen…

• the CEO of the company that employs both

• a fellow employee

• a large donor to the part of the company the bride oversees, but has little to no contact with, likely a smidge more than he’s had with the groom, (although, he’s the prettiest pretty there)

• the verrrrry recent ex of the bride

• the verrrrrrrrrry outspoken-against-this-wedding mother-of-the-bride

• the dad from “Small Wonder”

I thought the Queric breakup was great. Maybe the best breakup I’ve ever seen on this show. John McCook really is an Emmy-worthy actor.

Now, can we see deacon again, please?

I hope Quarter just goes off into the sunset because I really don't need to see them anymore.

There's something about Quinn with her hair up that makes her look like grandma.

A compliment for Paris:  Her dress was lovely.

Can someone please take the stick out of Ridge’s ass then kick him in his balls.

Isn’t the restaurant just a restaurant?  Since when does it have rooms?  Is it also a catering hall?

I’m going to be kind and not comment on Paris’s hair 🙄

Can someone please clue Grace in on why Carter dumped Zoey. I’m tired of hearing Grace dumping on Carter.

Eric you are such a fucking hypocrite.  You tell Quinn that she is in love with Carter making him turn to Donna but he doesn’t admit that he was still in love with Donna.

So Eric prefers dumb and buxom to demure and intellectual.
