Again, you can't just point your phone at food, snap a picture, and make it look good.  There is a skill to photographing plated meals. 

And, in Janelle's defense (can't believe I said that) I wouldn't pick a restaurant based on amateur photos of their food.  Have you seen some of the horrible sights on things like Travelocity or Google reviews?  Ugh.

You know, she is nearly 50 if she isn't already.  I would suggest a colonoscopy to get the root of all these digestion issues.  She keeps swinging a dead prairie dog to try and find that rock star food item that is easy on her system.  Time to bring in the professionals Tootie!

Yep, because if she was only eating food like that on the regular, she would be 50 pounds lighter.

She makes digestion sound like something we have control over. Food goes in the stomach and is broken down (digested) by acid and enzymes. Does she think these Rock!Star foods commit some kind of miracle while in the stomach? Does her stomach hurt all the time, therefore she is looking at different foods to fix that? Is she just a blathering idiot?

I think Janelle uses “digestion” as a sort of catch-all. ABC food will help with digestion, I.e. weight loss, pooping, sleeping and avoiding your sister wives. Hell, maybe her “digestion” would be better if she stuck with eating one way for more then three meals. How does Janelle know something does or doesn’t work if she doesn’t give it a chance? I have bad acid reflux. It was trial and error to figure out what triggered it, when it would trigger, how to offset it before it happened and what I needed to have only in small portions or not in conjunction with something else.

I don't tend to think of big chunks of broccoli as particularly "easy to digest."  

Maybe she needs some digestive enzymes. I personally have found them very helpful.

Some of the comments are brutal... One person says the gf looks way too old for him and someone else says she looks 40... Another chimes in and says the gf looks old enough to be his mother... (obviously they've never seen Janelle) and another says she looks like a witch.

I haven't had a PSL in years because of the calories  - for the amount of calories in a venti I could have a lot of other things I'd rather enjoy. 

I used to write Starbucks every year requesting that they come up with a light version of the PSL. I'm sure I'm not the only one. 

When these syrups and sauces first came out FIVE YEARS AGO, I eagerly tried them and quickly realized why Starbucks has yet to make a "light" version - because they TASTE LIKE SHIT. 

They remind me of some of the worst diet foods I've ever had. And that's going way back to the late 1960s/early 70s, along with the "calorie free" chocolate syrup and peanut butter from Walden Farms. 

And they made me bloated and gassy - so much for all that focus on digestion. 

But of course...consider the source.

Totally agree about most sugar free syrups being vile (Hershey’s SF syrup is disgusting). I’d much rather have the real thing in moderation than the nasty substitutes.

Lol! Right? I’ve never had a tasty “light” PSL. So, once a year I splurge on the calories and have a full on chai PSL. I sip on it for at least an hour, then take it home and re-heat it as needed. It’s so worth it and I’m over it until the next year.

A recent live by Janelle......she just discovered she’s a perfectionist. She states being a perfectionist isn’t always what we picture. Not being able to go to the gym 5 days a week, and only going 3 is okay, because, “you have to do you”. I couldn’t even watch the whole thing. Can’t link the video, but here’s a  screenshot.

It could be the photo because the first one above isn't bad but the second one she looks quite a bit older.

I'm trying not to stereotype but she looks like the mean girls I used to have to deal with in high school.  But yeah, the fact that she made her IG public to me indicates that she's all in with being on TV. 

ETA: you can be religious without being typical. Look at FT. Supposedly LDS, but for some reason I just don't see him ever attending services.

Did she draw a black line in the crease above her eyes or did she apply some of those eye-lift tapes on her lids (used to make Asian eyelids look "western" or hooded eyes look like Renee Zellweger after her eye job).
