#WorldTraveler.  I.Am.Dead.

She has been on about 4 cruises, to Hawaii and the Caribbean.  She has been to Disney countless times, Utah, Nevada, Arizona, Florida and MA.  Possibly Oregon IIRC but no mention ever of NYC, Canada or Mexico, right here in North America.  Visiting various pavilions and dining on foreign cuisine at food stands at Disney does not count as world travel.  I highly doubt she did much travel when living broke-ass in Utah before the bonanza of the show.  This is a revolting technique to recruit more hapless souls into the clutches of LLHellNo before the cruise ship sinks.

Very true.  But I believe she was able to travel more than the other wives.  As she only had one child and most likely stayed either with Christine or with Bonnie.  She often blew off jobs to go on the road with Kody.   I think for the most part it was Kody and Janelle working to support the families.

Meanwhile, I’ve lived/worked/studied in Israel and Germany, been to Switzerland, Italy, Austria and Jordan and still don’t find myself traveled enough to label myself “world traveler”.

You know, I am not a huge fan of Meri but I agree.  I don't see her being an ass abroad.  I do agree about Kody.  

Last time I was in Mexico I was with someone who was a total ugly American.  I was embarrassed and was apologizing left and right.  I finally told her fiance I didn't know how he dealt with her and I wasn't going to any longer.  Toodaloo!

Which is one main reason I don't stay in the all-inclusive resorts when I go to Mexico. Many of the other guests are impossibly rude and treat the staff horribly. Also the food is generally mediocre. 

You can get amazing deals on Airbnb, especially in the off season.

It’s nice when you fit in in a country. Israelis assumed I was Israeli until my Hebrew-that-sounds-like-a-7-year-old showed up (it was still better than the rest of my party who couldn’t really speak or read it at all).  We bummed around at local hostiles and took buses throughout the country, it was fun.   

No way to air BnB. People place cameras and staying in someone else’s place creeps me out already, even if I know them. Nope nope nope. I’d rather sleep outside.

I used to think it was a nice idea but even back then Meri had zero fashion sense.

She put a lot of hours into making them but I kinda wondered if she did it to secretly punk the kids because the fabrics were soooooo unattractive.... The colors the patterns...ugh!   😲

Very few kids get excited over a gift of pj's.  She may have spent better use of her time making them stuffed animals but she was probably trying to impress Kody and the gang with her practical domestic goddess abilities.  I churned out countless stuffed animals for my grandkids when they were young and I was pleased to see that one of my granddaughters, in her 30's still has a bunny on a shelf that I made for her when she was about 4, he's a little bedraggled now but he was much loved and the memories associated with him lasted longer than a pair of pj's.

It always looked like they were made out of the crappiest fabric and some didn't fit properly....

I doubt if they were worn other than Xmas morning.  😂

I used to sew a lot and made doll clothes and stuffed toys for our kids but they're all grown now and so far none have produced any grand babies so my sewing machine is packed away.  

I drag it out occasionally to fix a hem or some other small repair but that's about it.

I feel like pajamas are the worst gift ever. Why do people still do it as a gift? Homemade ones, even worse. Clothes in general are terrible. I still have clothes gifted to me that I hate (ugly synthetic sweater anyone?) I’ll probably wind up donating them to Goodwill. 

Let people choose their own clothes/PJs. Get them something they might actually LIKE instead.

A few things I've noticed:---She has dropped #WorldTraveler and condensed it to #Travel.

In the last 2 photos she has smiled with her mouth closed (maybe with winter upon us, the dead tooth has become sensitive to the cold).

The last 2 photos clearly demonstrate that she has drawn her left eyebrow with a much heavier hand than her right.  Is this a new trend?

I am a COL and have never taken my photo in a car, train, plane, or any other mode of transportation - however, I am also clueless when it comes to filtering myself so that it looks like I am one big blur of skin and eyebrows.  Also, I'm not 16 years old and the world does not need to know my every move, mood, facial expression or what I am currently eating/drinking/watching/thinking.

I'm not convinced that her travel photos are meant for her sister wives and Koty.  That might be a part of it, but a huge aspect of MLM sales is showing that you live the lifestyle your downline aspires to have.  That is sort of like MLM sales 101. They want the folks at the top of the pyramid to show off nice cars, houses, and vacations because this creates the illusion that if you do what they do, you will also have those things.

Exactly and the thing is you can get sparkly fabric that doesn't do that....

I have a similar dress that I bought to attend a company Xmas party a few years back but it's a lovely textured fabric that shimmers and shines but it doesn't accentuate any problem areas because it isn't paper thin and clingy like this LLR crap!
