Fuck this Trick! I hope Jo and Javi fight hard on the California deal. And yep @BitterApple I recognize Lake Las Vegas as well. Looks like we moved right in time. I used to get unreasonably pissed off with Housewives fucking up Green Valley Ranch up the street. Both those locations are pretty much locals. I had lunch at The Ritz every week and it was wonderful and quiet. Sorry, sick with an attitude problem.

I don't think it's directed at anyone whose already on the show. I think it's probably directed at somebody she knows whose not on the show, who she felt like was using her to promote themselves or something.

Kail was just in Atlanta, too. So when I heard that conversation on MBC, I wanted to throw my shoe at her fat ugly face on my screen. Her face reminds me of those vintage moon faces (Google that if you don't know what that is). 

Kail sits there and starts telling the other cast members how that conversation went down. Per usual, she is the victim. Cruel Javi is telling her she can't just up and take Lincoln to Atlanta after she graduates (ha! that sounds funny now knowing she was pregnant AT graduation). What is appalling is, Isaac's name is never mentioned, but you know that is exactly what her plan was at that time (still is), to take BOTH boys and move to out of state. Forget that she has no job prospects. She is just trying to get away from Delaware and stick it to everybody. She then goes on to say how during their argument, Javi says Lincoln is staying with him if she leaves for Atlanta. She tells the cast members she responded to that comment by saying, "Why should he stay with you!!?" Um...because he is the father and he has just as many rights as you. Lincoln is not only YOUR child. I read an interview somewhere online where Javi recently said he will put up a fight if Kail has plans on moving anywhere.

Kail and that word "cheating" is all semantics:  

- Kail gave an interview and stated she was no longer in love with Javi when she gave birth to Lincoln therefore, anything she did after that point in time is irrelevant and she was not cheating since her heart was no longer in it. To be honest, I don't think her heart was ever in that relationship because she doesn't have a heart and she blatantly admitted to wanting to marry Javi for his benefits. 

- Kail has stated on numerous occasions she didn't cheat because she had already filed for divorce. By filing for divorce, she is legally not a married person and what she does on her own time in her own bed (or someone else's bed) is her business and therefore, she is not cheating. 

- Kail has stated, "If I cheated, then so did Javi." Implying he had an affair overseas. This occurred after she filed for divorce. So, she admits to being with someone else, but has to take Javi down with her because she won't go down alone. Javi later stated Kail doesn't believe the story about him being with another girl overseas, a statement Kail never denied. When Javi accused her of cheating on the show, she never once mentioned him cheating. She did say the following: 

 “I know what I do, I have nothing to cover up — I’m not sleeping with all these dudes! So don’t sit here and try to make me sound like some ho while you were gone" “I’m sorry we weren’t going to work it out, yeah — I slept with someone else, whoopty f--cking doo.”

Semantics again. She wasn't sleeping with "all these dudes" because at that point she had her sights set on one dude - Chris Lopez. She does admit to having cheated, but it is okay because in her mind they weren't going to work out as a married couple anyways. 

- Kail admits to kissing (not a mere peck on the lips) another person during her marriage to Javi on the Marriage Boot Camp show. She denies it is cheating because the person in question is a female and she is a friend. 

Kail is all over the place with what she defines as cheating. It just depends what day of the week it is. She has all her bases covered. She initially started out denying ever cheating to pushing the timeline all the way to when she gave birth to Lincoln.

yup I saw that. Kail has built her own trap. honestly, i hope they show more of this issue next season, but it goes to show people, even if you make all the money in the world, if you have 3 different kids with 3 different men, you are still trapped in ways that money can't necessarily get you out of. if you wanna move, you've got 3 men who are like "hell no, not with my son, you won't," that you gotta battle in court. 

I also saw that Kail is upset that Javi's trying to take half of her money, which she finds outrageous, but you know if the situation were reversed, she'd definitely go to take half of what's his.

As Javi clarified, because Kail only mentions half-truths, he is wanting what is legally his from the marriage. What they both earned is rightfully theirs, as in community property. Kail acted as if Javi was going to go after her own money which isn't the case unless these two sat down and had a pre-nup, which we know they didn't because Kail would not have signed such a document. We know in real time things were divvied up equally. That is how it rolls when you marry get married, Kail. You can't just expect to "benefit" from a marriage and not think your ex partner is not going to do the same.

This is why Kail will never be truly successful as anything but a reality star freakshow for people to watch and feel superior to (or idolize-as it validates their own shitty lives)- she's willing to waste time and money just to try and look cool for her SM followers. I have to admit that I wish they'd put the show on HBO or another cable provider that doesn't bleep out all of the cussing. As horrible as it is for the kids to listen to all of the non-stop cussing/name calling, does anyone else find it legitimately hard to listen to, from a viewer perspective?

I listened to part of Kail's podcast today.  The first 30 minutes was basically a commercial.  She has really low self-esteem and wants to have a nose job, lipo, etc., all while saying it's because she wants to feel good for herself.  Pretty boring podcast actually.

I tried listening to Kail's podcast, and had to shut it off. I am not sure if it's my phone, or the way it was downloaded, or the way those two chuckleheads recorded it, but it seems like the audio is off. It reminds me of when I would play my dad's Boston and REO Speedwagon records at 45 rpm because I thought it was funny. But it's like the audio is sped up in a way that's really hard to ignore. Maybe they are just talking really fast?

 

I will say one complimentary thing about Kail- her speaking voice has improved considerably and she sounds much less choppy. She's clearly been practicing, but good for her. A far better use of her time than flying around the country for fake work.

My irony-meter will need recalibrating if Javi, a person she married strictly for benefits from the jump, gets to take half of her stuff because she didn't want to be with him, and she's got to ask him to keep Lincoln on his military benefits package because she's just an independent contractor who has to pay for hers out of pocket.
