It was worth it, if for no other reason than to see the clips of Asuelo, dressed like a demented Christmas elf of sorts, "escorting" Tammy and Mother Auselo out of the house like a bouncer at a rowdy bar 😂

Mother Gwen makes an appearance giving Jovi an appropriate lecture about how his friends are no longer his #1 priority and that his family should always come first.  

Tiffany is sitting in the same spot, up by herself and looking for all the world like Jabba the Hut in a cold shouldered dress.  

Angela makes a spectacle of herself, then apologizes for how she behaved but not what she said and bounces, hitting on the limo driver as she departs.  

More Mike and Natalie but this time light drama.  No footage ever revealed of the alleged "hooker" comment, unless I zoned out during that part.  

Yappy Julia amazingly kept her mouth pretty much shut this installment, thank the goddesses.  

And Yara states she hasn't had her period in 2 months but hasn't taken a pregnancy test yet.  She says if she is pregnant again, she will probably go back to Ukraine to have her mom's help with 2 kids.  Jovi said if she opted to go back to Ukraine, with his job he would be able to go home to her in Ukraine as easily as he comes home to her in America.  Gwen said she would be sad if Yara opted to go back to Ukraine.  

Oh, and lest I forget the Potthast segments.  😴😴😴 Even Charlie's "surprise" appearance and 3 cups of coffee couldn't keep me focused during their bogus segment. 

It was definitely worth watching, especially the Easter Island invasion segments.

I feel like this was a setup to send Yara and Jovi off to The Other Way and Natalie off to The Single Life. 

Family Asuelo were clearly auditioning for their own spinoff. If that's what it takes to get their ridiculous screechiness and violence off of 90DF and my screen forever, so be it. Maybe Family Chantal and Family Libby can give them acting lessons. 

The only spinoff I would actually watch is Mrs. Gwen giving tough love advice in her charming bayou accent.

Whilst watching her segment, I told Mini Persnickety that TLC needs to give Gwen her own show, something like "Real Talk with Gwen."  

She could counsel all of these chucklefucks on their relationships.  Gawd knows they all need it.

I think Rebecca was the only one I've seen who actually literally stepped up to Angela when she was on one of her tirades.

That's when I realized how very tall Rebecca is, because when she fully stood up to full height she dwarfed Angela 😳

I remember at the time saying, "Goddamn, I wouldn't want to tangle with Rebecca."  I think Angela backed down pretty quickly to unintimidated Rebecca.

I called it long ago…Angela was trying to dump Michael but blame it on him so she can play the victim. She wants to be on The Single Life or have a makeover show like Mama June since she has the same sleazy manager.

It ticks me off that the others didn’t call out Angela for her behavior. They all want to keep riding the TLC gravy train and since Angela gets the most attention (even if it’s negative) they want to buddy up with her.

I will give Rebecca credit for standing up to this bully, she was ready to fight Angela when she went after Avery at a prior Tell All.

I watched the 20 minute preview.

What was Skyla wearing? Was it backwards? So ill-fitting and unflattering. And Angela walks out twice! Apologizes and then leaves again when she wasn't getting her own way. Are these folks so keen to stay on the TLC gravy train to say nothing to her? Not one of them found part of a spine to tell her off and to behave herself? Was it Andreii who mentioned that Angela's doctor was in town too? Ange, nice of you to put your husband on hold til his 'visa' comes through and then you'll decide if you want him. Do everything to tick him off, belittle him, treat him like crap, but 'you' are the real victim. Uh, no. You are a bully. Let him find a nice young woman in Nigeria who will treat him well. Your eyes are probably on a bigger prize, like more TLC money. At the expense of yourself. The money will run out as people will not watch you.

I can understand Libby needing a babysitter to come a couple of afternoons per week to help out, especially if she has meetings or some other work matter that requires concentration. Millions of people were at home during Covid and they still had to work full time and look after the kids plus help out with school and maybe even help take care of elderly parents. She maybe just wants her old life back. It was okay that Andreii stayed home with Ellie but he wasn't 'working' too. Kalani, you are in the same boat. Does Asuelu just work part-time? You also live with your parents.

The show tuned out as Chuck and Charlie arrived.

There is no national registry of marriage in the States. You can’t register your marriage. You just file taxes MFS or MFJ (with an ITIN) and apply for spousal visa if you want your foreign national spouse to immigrate to the States.

Did anyone notice that they reshot the phone call scene?  Angela was wearing white instead of red.  Angela doesn't need Michael anymore. She feels she's the sexy meemaw and can get an 'Mericuan instead of going fishing in international waters.  There were certain places that I could have suggested Angie goes before surgery to get a man. I cannot say here because - well moderators.
I think TLC should withhold Angela's paycheck as she quit the Tell All mid show.  I wish they would have told her as much on camera.

I noticed she was in pink while on the phone with Michael, said she was going out to find some "attentions, some good attentions," then she is filmed getting in a taxi in the red unflattering jumpsuit.

Charlie is definitely using something and Chuck is an enabler as is the rest of the family...or are they all dabbling in some sort of substance?

I am vexed about Kalani, Yara, etc...trying to explain why Angela is like she is in such nice ways, why couldn't one person just tell it like it is, she isn't hurt, or broken or whatever, she is a disgusting loud mouth bully who plows over anyone she wants, never apologizes, barks orders at her friends and daughter, never looking inward, crass and did I mention disgusting?  Not one person told it like it is, what would Angela do, yell at someone for saying that?  She would not lay a hand on anyone on that set, security was probably on "Angela Watch," because of her behavior last Tell All.

I muted her but I had on closed captions as I can't take her voice.  "You married?" to the uber driver.  Skyla looked like a sausage in a casing, ready to pop.  I noticed the change of color in her dress/top as well. Had to come back the next day to film some more drama, huh?

My recommendation would be a yes but not a strong yes.  They saved, in my opinion, most of the fire for last week.  I recommend close captioning when Angela talks. Her cackle is what is waiting for me in hell.  Julia is quiet, and someone else said upthread, Tiffany sits there like a Jabba the whole time.

One thing I tend to think of when I watch these fools (and I am not watching the new 90 Day, as four couples are returning and the two new ones seem.....odd....but I will read the snark!) is how grateful I possess a valid dual licensure teaching license and can financially support myself without whoring myself out on these shows.

Oh, and Only Fans is going nudity free on October 1st.  Hmmmmmmm..........(and I know not all OnlyFans is nudity.)

100%, BB. I only saw the 20 min preview, but Angela is out and out abusive. My stomach turned when Kalani and Tiffany spoke up for her behavior. What???? And after she left I think that Mikul expected some support but got very little, if any. Everyone is terrified of the beast known as Angela. I saw only the 30-minute preview, but it was worth it to me to see the loose skin hanging over the back of Angela's outfit, and imagining the nightmare that must have been existing under the triple-spanxed jumpsuit, but that's just because I've grown to hate her.  Usually, I'd feel sad about someone who thought she looked so irresistible when she clearly doesn't, but Angela?  Nope.

The sad part is, as much as we find Angela to be disgusting, revolting and abusive, there are obviously more people that find her feisty and amusing and, at times, someone to be consoled.  As such, she WILL continue to be watched, she WILL continue to be supported by fans emotionally and by this show financially and she WILL continue to be on this franchise.

Nobody EVER points out to Lesina that she has 8 other kids she could coerce money from. 

If the Family Aseulu shit is real then as Kalani I'd first bar them from my house and then from my show. Then I'd tell TLC to shove their Tell All bonus if they drag them on. In the future, if Aseulu wants to see them then he has to go there.

That said, because the amount was so specific I still think that first fight in Seattle (''I want my thousand dollars!") was about their show appearance fee. I think Aseulu and Kalani told them they'd get paid $1,000 for being on the show, and when they got there Lesina demanded it, not understanding that it wouldn't come until filming ended. And then it just spiraled from there. 

Don't get me wrong, I still think they're trash.

The only thing interesting to me about the Potthast family is how all of them seem to have goiters.

I think Chuck drinks. In the fight episode he had a poster framed and it was of a type of liquor . Who after frat housing has THAT for wall art? In another frame he also had 2 TV screens. Is there any other reason for 2 TV screens than sports betting ? Deep down Chuck is the problem in this family and I think he has secrets.  

As far as the "cancel" use, I think Chuck and Charlie rant about cancel culture and their adjacent political opinions . I’ll have to look but didn’t he wear the red hat in MALdova.

Yeah, I saw that but I'm not totally taking Aseulu's word for anything. While I think they all play shit up I still believe that key points to their personalities ring true. There's always a little bit of truth to what we see, even if it's just exaggerated. 

I have a good friend on the show. He's not on this season but he's done HEA, Pillow Talk, Goody Call, and Love Games. The show often sets up the situations, but a lot of times what unfolds is legit. ie., show's idea for Chuck to keep throwing family get togethers, and the girls pretend to argue, but Charlie truly is a coke fiend and a loose cannon and often loses his shit.

The show Asuelu comes across as dim. Unless he was a fun vacation fling, not many women would put up with him long term. I would think his family does have some animosity toward him for not fulfilling the send mom money part. He probably is a bit more bright in reality.

Chuck has to see the family dysfunction. There can’t be that much drama because of Andrei. The siblings probably love the fights. Eventually you would hope that someone does an intervention with Charlie and sends him off to rehab to deal with some of his stuff. Coke is not cheap.

Why they ganged up on Natalie and let Angela go off, like I have said before, ala Betty Broderick, is a mystery.  Angela would end up on "Snapped- Hazelhurst Edition" if Michael ever got here.  Which he won't.

Plus Angela believes the word of Psychic Sue over her probably not legal husband.

I can't stand Natalie, but it bothered me a bit to see them pile on her, have Trish show up AGAIN, all the while sitting there thinking: "That asshole flew me here in February 2020, then Covid struck, I was stuck, couldn't leave.  We married only to keep me legal bit can't say it out loud.  Just get me out of here."

Angela knows that Mykull’s family does not really approve of her as their son’s wife. They would prefer a much younger and more pleasant woman. Psychic Sue would have more details than the name beginning with an L. Angela probably fed her a lot of info about Mykull’s family and the Goofballs. She was happy to give Angela the validation and reassurance that she wanted.

Natalie is not a loose cannon like Angela.

I've watched the preview, but even without watching it I would have predicted that Libby's family will all fight with and blame Andrrrrei for everything from "stealing their paycheques" to their ingrown toenails.  If these people are ever on another season, I think I'll sit that one out.  I wish Andrrrrei would hook up with Yara.  Wonder how that'd go?

Part of my confusion stems from Chuck, Charlie and “Pappy” are all Charles Potthast.) Remember the foosball scene at the family reunion when an argument broke out and Libby justified Andre’s cozying up to Chuck because “Dad’s drinking”? I sensed an unspoken “again.”

Mother Gwen makes an appearance giving Jovi an appropriate lecture about how his friends are no longer his #1 priority and that his family should always come first.  

Tiffany is sitting in the same spot, up by herself and looking for all the world like Jabba the Hut in a cold shouldered dress.  

Angela makes a spectacle of herself, then apologizes for how she behaved but not what she said and bounces, hitting on the limo driver as she departs.  

More Mike and Natalie but this time light drama.  No footage ever revealed of the alleged "hooker" comment, unless I zoned out during that part.  

Yappy Julia amazingly kept her mouth pretty much shut this installment, thank the goddesses.  

And Yara states she hasn't had her period in 2 months but hasn't taken a pregnancy test yet.  She says if she is pregnant again, she will probably go back to Ukraine to have her mom's help with 2 kids.  Jovi said if she opted to go back to Ukraine, with his job he would be able to go home to her in Ukraine as easily as he comes home to her in America.  Gwen said she would be sad if Yara opted to go back to Ukraine.  

Oh, and lest I forget the Potthast segments.  😴😴😴 Even Charlie's "surprise" appearance and 3 cups of coffee couldn't keep me focused during their bogus segment. 

It was definitely worth watching, especially the Easter Island invasion segments. 

Why is Angela even back, wasn’t she featured enough in part one, seems they just can’t get enough of her yet most viewers are so over her.  Looking forward to Gwen, she is way to good for this shit show, the baby too and maybe Yara.

I love the comment that when Angela stomped out again (after changing to the pink horrible jump suit, and back to the red one) that her plastic surgeon is in NYC too.      

So Chuck shows, followed by Charlie I'm guessing.   My guess, another way to build interest in a spinoff for Family Potthast (or however it's spelled).       I have to admit Andrei tells it like it is.

Yara is a fucking idiot. She gets away with it because people consider her attractive. Well, fun fact: I don't, because I'm not into women and even if I were, I wouldn't be into stupid women. So I have a supernatural ability to see past the lip injections and back of Whitney Houston's closet dresses, straight to her stupid choices.

1. unplanned pregnancy (her/his fault) resulting in miscarriage (no one's fault)

2. difficult hospitalization post-pregnancy; doctor said she probably can't and definitely shouldn't get pregnant soon

3. completely ignores medical advice, gets pregnant within minutes of landing in a city she inexplicably hates

4. chooses to continue pregnancy; moans and caterwauls for months at the apparently brand-new information that Chovee is gone a lot for  work; demands he stay home with her 

5. repeatedly claims to be "all alone" with no one but Mylar as her friend (not a typo -- that's literally how she says it now), while Gwen smiles patiently

6. hates America -- especially NOLA, hates being alone, admits she's too attached to her baby // spends 0 minutes working on her accent or syntax, making friends, or doing anything interesting whatsoever

7. SOMEHOW IT IS POSSIBLE THAT SHE IS PREGNANT AGAIN?! What the actual fuck, Yara. Oy with the Russian/Ukrainian women being too "natural" for birth control. Look at your life, look at your choices. You are Tiffany but with a nicer husband who has a job.
