I was thinking the same thing 80k is t much of a margin given the construction and the fact they need to pay themselves. Flipping isn’t as easy or profitable as it is portrayed to be on TV.

I'm wondering what's wrong with the house to make it that cheap.   The Tampa housing market is booming, so I'm wondering why that house is supposedly such a bargain?    It would be more sensible for Chuck and Andrei to finish this house quickly, and let the other member of the Coven sell it, and they can start on another house.
