I gotta say, it's rude as Hell to invite a vegetarian (or pescatarian, in this case), or any kind of arian to your home for a meal, and not even try to accommodate their needs. Why bother inviting them if you aren't going to make them an actual meal?

Last week, Mike told her that she could bring a dish.  Maybe that's code for "Cook yourself!" or "Enjoy the one carrot again."

Sister Libby wants to list the house as-is, if she's the exclusive listing agent.

That’s not my understanding.  The way I heard it, Chuck and Charlie buy and renovate the properties and the sister lists and sell them.  Libby is involved in the rental portion.
Andre seems to want to be given a property renovate it and sell it himself.  Having a real estate license has nothing to do with the renovation part. I doubt he has any idea what building codes, budgets, etc.

"I almost dropped my week old infant on her head. But kids get hurt, what's the big deal?"

Oh Jovi. No wonder Yara is as nervous as a cat.

Interesting fact. My mums friends dropped me down a flight of concrete stairs. Now that I think about it it explains a a lot

Mike's mom talking about feeding Natalie some water moccasin for Thanksgiving is sorta passive-aggressive, isn't it??

Nothing passive about it. Its just straight up, taking off the gloves aggressive .

Mike’s mom “don’t want no drama”

Except the drama she starts.

I don't know...good moms show daddy some trust. If he holds her wrong, but not wrong enough to do harm, back the heck off and let him learn. He wasn't holding her by the face, for crying out loud.

I'm sure Yara will ease up in time. At this point that baby is only a couple of weeks old. When Yara feels more confident she'll lighten up.

Every kid in my family either rolled off of something (in my case the drainboard on the kitchen sink),  and we all survived.    My mother didn't pay attention, and actually didn't care, she thought it was funny that we all fell or were dropped from a decent height.

So Chuck is the voice of reason?    Why couldn't Andrei scout new properties to buy and flip?

I wouldn't be surprised if Thanksgiving Dinner at Mamma Mike's was a lot earlier than November.

Yara gave birth in September 2020, and Mike's talking Thanksgiving, so their timeframes are about the same time.

Angela had bariatric surgery in August 2020.

The Kalani-Asuelo and Tiffany-Ronald timelines don't matter, since their arguing and misery run yearround.

Everyone's arguing is year round!!

Especially Chuck and his crew. Shocking, they are standing around arguing instead of actually doing work.

My goodness, I cannot wait to see Mike and Natalie meet up with Trish! Trish is that MIL from hell!

Speaking of 90 Day MILs, I got downvoted on Reddit for saying that I disliked the way Gwen criticized Yara's parenting last week. Those folks really like Gwen for some reason. I don't know why I liked her in the first place.

I had a sister that criticized me nonstop when I had my first baby. She would stop by my place before work "to make sure the baby is ok", and accuse me of  having dropped the baby or "made her cry" or of not feeding her. Her reasoning was "I don't believe you know how to do this."  It was fucking insane.

Maybe that's why I want to lock Yara out for an hour and let Jovi have time with his child.

When I was a baby, my sister pushed me out the car door, onto the curb, while the family car pulled away. 🤷‍♀️ I was the third of four, so my mother was probably roaring with laughter over it. My sister would have been about four.
