First of all I can’t give 💩💩 about Kyle being a father. Summer as usual is making much ado about nothing. The point is that he had an affair with a married woman with a husband that would kick her out of his life in a heartbeat or worse. Than what, is Kyle going to take care of her.  I’m sure the Ashland would never let her see the child again. I’m basing this on the death stare Ashland has given Tara and Kyle as they were arguing in the Grand Albatross lobby.

In response to Kyle being the father or Tara being the mother of a 9+ pound baby it’s entirely possible but highly improbable unless Tara is a diabetic or gained a lot of weight during her pregnancy.  If Tara gave birth to a baby that size it would mostly be done by cesarian section.
 

As an aside, My first daughter was born in 1970, there was a woman in the next bed that gave birth the same day. She gave birth to a 3 pound baby.  My wife asked if the baby was premature. The woman said no, the baby was full term and low birth weight was in her family. She was also a 3 pound baby and grew to 6’2” 200+ pounds.

Babies do seem to have higher birth weights these days, so who knows? My 27yo daughter was 10.5lbs, and I gave birth to her naturally and no drugs. She was 6' tall at 14 years old. Her younger sister, however, was 7lbs 11oz, was out in 2 pushes, and is only 5'2" tall. 🤷🏻‍♀️ It's a crap shoot!

I was gaga (don't ask me how old I am) for Ryder when he first came onscreen. That is a good-looking dude.

I'm sure I'm in the minority here, but I find both Ryder and Kyle absolutely gorgeous. Too bad Kyle the character is in need of major redemption. If they could make Ryder smarter and Kyle less .... Kyle, then I think we'd be in business!

Remember when Lily’s son made a video of Dina’s life and then somebody spliced something into the video that revealed that Ashley (or Jack) was not John’s real child and everyone blamed Victor for this but I don’t think it was Victor...

Does anyone remember this happening and if so who was the culprit that spliced into the video ?

I think it was Ashley, so that Jack not being John's would come out also. I hated that stupid storyline, because it was so unlike Ashley. They just shoehorned her as the culprit since she was leaving.

My question: Does the actor that plays Kyle read cue cards? He's always looking everywhere but at the person he's talking to, and this was pre Covid also.

Kyle. Sheesh, this character has been all over the place, not even including the previous castings. As I recall at the beginning of this recast's appearance, Adam wasn't around, probably presumed dead at the time, and Kyle was like an alternate Adam. He worked with Victor, well he was actually used by Victor, against his dad, Jack. He dug up a grave! Then he became some milktoast. He was kind to Dina. He feel in love with the poor girl who kept eating his face and rejecting his gifts. She was the love of his life for five whole minutes. Now he's with Dummer and they are the most despicable couple ever on this show. I used to like him but I cannot stand his entitled ass combined with her entitled ass. Kyle + Dummer = Buttbiscuit levels of disgust.

Someone upthread asked if we knew that Kyle and Summer lived together. There’s actually only one ugly room at the Great Penis. It’s the same one everyone uses, the same bathroom that they all use and the same furniture they all sit on, sadly. If Y&R is only going to have one hotel room, couldn’t they have made it kind of, sort of attractive?

Absolutely!  The Grand Albatross so called suites look like they are furnished by IKEA. I’ve seen bigger suites at Motel 6 or even The Red Roof In. I don’t understand why Summer/Kyle, Amanda, and Sally live at the Grand Albatross. Do they all live their for free?  Rent has to be a heck of a lot cheaper than room rates.

Cynthia Watros plays Nina Reeves on GH which is a character previously played by Stafford. Cynthia was the first to play Kelly Andrews on Y&R before Cady McClain took over.

Yeah, Cynthia Watros seems to have gotten caught up in the filler trap, I think. Seems like once these Hollywood actors (especially women over 40) start going that route they can't restrain themselves and the results become more and more...dramatic, to put it kindly. I always wonder if some body dysmorphia is at play.

Phyllis talking to Summer today; Summer's hair was full-blown Mermaid.  I have never seen that much hair on her head!  As she was conversing with Phyllis, I noticed that MS looked very rode-hard-put-away-wet; eyes kind of off, complexion not good.  I hope the actress is not sick; or she may be recovering from flu, cold, allergies, etc.  I feel bad for commenting like this on her looks because this board has been discussing how actresses feel the need for fillers, plastic surgery, etc.  

As much as I cannot stand MS, she is really an attractive woman.  Is it terrible that I would still love to see a recast?

She was probably pissed he didn't come on to her after she tried so hard to be sultry.

Chelsea has a pretty good poker face. Adam is thisclose to figuring it out though. He just doesn't quite want to believe he's been fooled by her when he was confident he had Chelsea under his thumb. 😑

I don't know if it was my TV or what but Sally's makeup looked a bit Kabuki-esque to me today. The color on her face was noticeably a shade or two lighter than the skin tone of her neck. Combined with the dark lipstick, the affect was a tad too theatrical in my view.

Meanwhile, Summer looked to me like she was running for prom queen or something. I just can't take her seriously as a business executive.

Hmm, why would Ashland Locke be calling Kyle? Kyle looked like he peed in his pants a little. Dude, you need to stop talking to the guy's wife behind his back. 😕

Exactly. Atonal Adam is Chelsea and Chloe's target. 

I think it's Faith's Secret Text Boyfriend that walked into Sharon's cottage stole her Atonal love tokens and poisoned Rey Rey's personal products, while he grooms Faith.

Frankly this storyline is only increasing my fondness for VoiceOverChelsea.
