Credit where it’s due—during one of those early “we’re filming but we’re trying to make it seem candid” shots, they showed Jen from the back standing, and dang that waist is snatched.  Honorable mention to Dr Bill and Dr Spanx, for sure, but shoutout to Jen too.

Any takers on Joe Go’s actual height?  I think he’s 5’6” in shoes.  What a mealy-mouthed kiss ass.  

I think it was really unfair that Joe Giudice wasn’t there via satellite or something.  They made his character out like he was the devil.  And Andy is really going to sit in judgment of the way Joe acted in Italy, implying he should grovel from foreign soil to get a pardon or something?  Who died and made Andy judge, jury and executioner?  How much groveling would Andy do on TV if he were thrown in jail for his illegal drug use?  Let the guy have a little pride.  He’s not coming back to America, and if you’re going to send cameras to his country, don’t clutch your pearls that he’s not falling all over himself to apologize, is how I see it at least.  I think Andy hates Joe Gi with a passion, and he’s not objective about it at all.  

Oh my God, Andy says the Giudice family “just can’t catch a break”!  Yes, it fucking sucks that all the good people who lie, cheat and steal can’t catch a break.  This didn’t even start with the fraudulent bankruptcy.  Joe Giu had a DUI and forged a license using his brother’s pic.  The guy’s a crook!  And I still like him heads and tails above Joe Go, and light years ahead of Andy.  Can those two possibly be deported or exiled?  And can they take Melissa with them?

Teresa may have reasons for not divorcing Joe right now.  As people suggested, there are likely still hidden assets.  Whatever works for them.  Why does the peanut gallery (Andy, Dolores, Joe Go, Melissa and Jen) assert their opinion when there is likely so much going on behind the scenes?  Do any of them think Teresa’s hands are clean in this?!?!

I love Andy’s false dichotomy that he can’t sit Danielle next to him, because he’s got Teresa and Margaret on either side of him, and Danielle is likely to fight with both Teresa and Margaret.  Are Teresa and Margaret statues who can’t be moved?  I’m sure as hell not saying Danielle should get her way, but Andy is insulting everyone’s intelligence when he acts like he’s in a real life version of that riddle where you have a fox, a chicken and a sack of grain that you have to transport across a river on a boat that only fits two, and you can’t leave the fox with the chicken, or the chicken with the grain.  Like, just grow a pair and tell the bitch “no.”  

Margaret can miss me circling the wagons against Danielle.  Suddenly Jen has a “heart of gold” now that Margaret doesn’t want to fight a two-front war?  Fight a two-front war, bitch.  Teresa fought a four-front war seasons three to five.  And they wonder why Teresa owns this franchise!  

The stubborn asshole in me wants Teresa to refuse to completely denounce Danielle, because it continues to show Margaret’s weak underbelly in refusing to take a stand against Teresa.  Not Margaret the person, but Margaret’s weakness with regard to Teresa, is just as disgusting and ridiculous to me as the notion of Danielle.  They’re both so weak in character, have questionable motivations, and will say and do whatever the hell they think will benefit them, without any shame whatsoever.  

Danielle is so many horrible things that I can’t fully name them all, but damn, some shit must really have gone down with Margaret’s first marriage that it still keeps getting brought up by her cast mates, even though it happened long before the show.  This was no run-of-the-mill divorce.  Margaret should stop getting so involved in other people’s marriages.  Also...she should stop calling other people Granny.  Pot calling kettle, holy shit.  

The whole situation surrounding Danielle is so ugly.  She is such a damaged woman, and the show keeps picking her up and consensually dragging her every time they need some drama.  It’s like that really dysfunctional, disturbed couple who gets drunk and beats the shit out of each other.  No one comes out looking like the winner.  I don’t think this show is any better than Danielle by continuing to give her a platform from which to spew venom (and then everyone collectively clutches their pearls, which gives them their much-needed hit off the smug, superior peace pipe).

Um, Jacqueline Laurita?  Danielle didn’t “prosecute” your daughter; the prosecutor (you know, the one with the power of the state behind them) prosecuted your daughter because your daughter committed a violent crime.  Instead of drinking Bailey’s and parading your poor autistic son in front of the cameras, pick up a book, you horrid Easter Island statue of a woman.  

I thoroughly disagree with Jennifer that Danielle ratted out Teresa.  Melissa accused Danielle of being a bad influence on Danielle.  Is Danielle just supposed to sit there and take it?  This coming from a woman who instigates a fight between Dolores and Jackie about whether they’re friends on a happy vacation in Jamaica?  How is what Jennifer did to Dolores better?  I think it’s worse.  

Wow, Teresa might want to get a nip or a tuck from Dr Bill.  Her ass was looking like a fugly bag of smashed potatoes when she got up to hug Margaret.  

Agatha from Aurora (or whatever A-city that viewer was from, whose name Andy kept trying to say when Margaret and Danielle were bickering) literally got more air time than Jackie this installation. 

I hate how Andy keeps fetishisizing Teresa’s desire for a Jewish husband.  Would this be so titillating to Andy if Teresa said she is intent on marrying a Muslim man?  Or a Mexican man?  Like most of what is Andy Cohen, his attitude toward this is so hypocritical and sordid.

I absolutely resent this show constantly makes me defend Joe Giudice. But Hell No to this idea that he is to blame for Joe Gorga's "you're my fucking father!" NO. Joe and Melissa came on with guns blazing for fame. The Gorga parents hated Joe/Melissa/Kathy airing the fambly laundry on TV. You don't discuss the fambly with outsiders. Joe had nothing to do with that. Teresa actively didn't want it and Joe Giudice couldn't give a shit less, it's Joe Gorga who exists for that drama. I snickered at the replay of Gorga charging at Giudice and ending  up on the floor. Don't start fights you can't finish, weasel. Andy also talked about Joe's debt but, ah, some of that debt was Teresa's. 

 

Because I cannot stress this enough I know Joe Giudice is shit. 

 

Somehow the most annoying person on the reunion was Jaqueline Laurita. 

 

For all the hype online about Danielle's meltdown that was really underwhelming. Teresa's now blaming Danielle for her actions the way JoeGo is blaming JoeGi. Danielle calling herself an OG wreaked of "I'm not like a regular mom, I'm a cool mom."

 

Melissa had some real bitchface reactions during that montage.

I thought his clear B.S. answer stayed in the same lane as Danielle's clear B.S. reasoning. It was an attempted powerplay, and he didn't even have enough respect for her to be honest. I liked it.

Danielle's action was premeditated, she should have been charged. Her inability to apologize shows what a sack of sh@t she is. Damaged, mentally ill, yes - but at her core, beyond all that? She's a bad person. Not everyone who is mentally ill and damaged like Danielle is also at the core awful. Bravo is disgusting for showcasing this person, but she isn't the victim in this.

Word to Margaret needing to keep out of other people's marriages. I'd like to add shutting up about any ideas of morality between men and women at all. Her house is made up of some cheap glass.

Theresa is veering into muppet territory between the shape of her face, her lips and her skin texture. She needs to, I don't know. But it's getting scary.

Just started watching, but Teresa saying Joe was deported was punishing her kids. No you made the decision to commit crimes and your daughters suffered because of their parents very, very criminal activities, which also affected the kids of the people they ripped off - just no - personal accountability and real housewives are like oil and vinegar (or oil and water).

And then Joe Giudice is on a fishing trip in Mexico and dressing everyone in head to toe (tacky) designer labels.
A few days ago, Joe Guidice was slamming Italy’s reactions to the coronavirus as stupid. However, today he was helping make meals for those who can’t leave their homes.
 

Huge changes to our way of live can really show our true selves or our willingness to focus on others. I’m am proud of Joe Guidice (yikes, not a comment I ever thought I would make) for actually focusing on helping the people around him who really need help and food. Will that be a long lasting change? only time will tell.

On a personal level, I am extremely high risk because of my autoimmune system so I am stuck in my home for the foreseeable future. However, my hubby works from home and I don’t have to work in order for us to put food on the table - which is good, because what I do for a living is the first thing companies cut and the last thing they address - so even looking for a job is useless right now).

But enough credit cannot ever be given to the true heroes and reality stars we need right now - all the medical professionals and the CDC for saving countless lives. They help drive how we survive and these reality and Hollywood stars serve to help distract from our everyday lives.

Yeah....compared to Danielle, Margaret looks like a young school girl!  I thought that most of the housewives looked a little rough (except for Jennifer), but I think it was because the horrible make up application.  The makeup was so thick and heavy-handed.  

But Danielle is another story entirely.  She constantly looks like she's been ridden hard and put away wet.  (That statement is so apropos in many different ways!)

This is my list, in order of who I thought looked the best to the worst.  Not their outfits/clothes - just makeup:

I nearly fell over laughing when Teresa said “I’m gonna teach my kids this is what happens when you hang with the wrong people!” And the screen change to danielle’s facial expression. Pure comedy.

 

The time capsule thing at the end was super weird, especially since Jackie put freakin donuts in the thing. Yuck! Ants and other bugs crawling around in there in 10 years.

There were soooo many other things the women could have put in that time capsule.  

For example:

Melissa could have put in a CD of her song "On Display" or a copy of her marriage advice book (I'm sure she has tons of extra copies of both of those lying around in that big house of hers.)

Teresa could have put in a set of her cookbooks and a bottle of Fabellini (I'm surprised she didn't put the cookbooks in.)

Jackie could have put in a book about how to plan the perfect kids' party on a budget.

Margaret could have put in one of her t-shirts with the Vineyard Vines whale logo, or maybe a set of those ridiculously overly long fake eyelashes she wears.

Dolores could have added an advice book on "How to live with your Ex and make it look like you're being platonic".

Jennifer could have added something from her vast quantities of Chanel accessories.

Danielle could have added a scary looking marionette puppet or that Madam puppet from many years ago, so everyone would be able to remember what she looked like in 2020, because she sure as hell will probably look completely different in 2030.

So many missed opportunities.

Consigned to the infinite power. Fuck JoeGo and Mel and their revisionist history. I despise those two. Mel doesn't do shit - she can't even whip up a decent storyline for herself - and JoeGo didn't help his aging parents. That burden was left on Tre, and that's why Juicy was closer with Nonno than his own son.

That and of course Mel's desperation for fame on Tre's coattails is what caused a giant rift and stress on the mother. 

Is Juicy a prize? Hell no. Do I think he's as bad as Mel and Joe painted him? Fuck no. Those two would say anything to elevate themselves and get more camera time. Can we get useless Mel demoted next season, please??

The actual Canadian government website says differently.

yes I used tourist visa as a shorthand because different countries call it different things, so permission to enter the country as a tourist for a short amount of time. Joe has already stated he can’t go to Canada.

OH! Hahhahhaaa, I am dumb--I completely forgot about going the other way to get the fox and the corn! Which is not surprising, considering how bad I can be about figuring out driving directions and navigation. Yet, when it comes to organizing my drawers, cabinets, desk, etc., in a "like with like" way, I am good (ie, neurotic) at determining these kind of arrangements--however useless that may be.

I’m am proud of Joe Guidice (yikes, not a comment I ever thought I would make) for actually focusing on helping the people around him who really need help and food. On a personal level, I am extremely high risk because of my autoimmune system so I am stuck in my home for the foreseeable future. However, my hubby works from home and I don’t have to work in order for us to put food on the table - which is good, because what I do for a living is the first thing companies cut and the last thing they address - so even looking for a job is useless right now).

But enough credit cannot ever be given to the true heroes and reality stars we need right now - all the medical professionals and the CDC for saving countless lives. They help drive how we survive and these reality and Hollywood stars serve to help distract from our everyday lives. 

 

 

 

 

 

There is a level of unaccountability from Teresa about what she and her estranged husband did...she blames everyone but herself and I believe she knew exactly what Joe was doing and was compliant. But the government is punishing her kids...OMG. You know, there are things she could do to help her family...sell that mausoleum of a house that is a waste of space and takes up needed cash to heat, air condition and maintain. Probably would be difficult to sell at this point with what's going on now. Pare down your lifestyle and start saving money...our country is in a recession now and your money flow is going to go to a drip, drip, drip. Stop buying expensive designer clothes and driving luxury cars. Maybe just get a certified used luxury car and sell the others. and most of all stop blaming the government for your problems...these were problems that you and Joe created and you broke the law. Just stop.

Watching Danielle last night was like watching a mentally disturbed sociopath in the throes of an "episode"...good lord...all the primping and styling from a glam squad that just made her look scary and plastic. All the fillers, Botox etc...whew...and the dog in the baby stroller...she's a real shit show. Marty is pathetic. I don't understand their stupid relationship and don't want to. Of course Teresa is too stupid to see that Danielle was manipulating her during her mother's illness by calling her everyday. She didn't care about her mother or her she was doing that to get back on the show. Danielle needs help, she is violent and obviously has some sort of personality disorder. Hopefully, this puts an end to reign of terror on their franchise.
