I wasn't watching closely but I got the impression that Lily, tho she says she loves Sam, says that she is not his bio mom, and therefore Sam is Cane's responsibility.

That ultrasound photo looked to be of a baby pretty far along. My brother's girlfriend had one done at 3 months and all we could see was a smaller blob attached to a bigger blob. It was way too early for any definition or for anything having really formed at that point.

Mia will either really lose her baby early on and hide it or she and Lola will both go into labor at the same time, Lola obviously being premature. Both Baby Rosales will be in critical condition with Mia's baby dying. Someone -either Mia or Summer- (or maybe Summer sees Mia switch the babies and says/does nothing to stop her) will switch the babies with Mia's 'baby' living and Lola and Kyle's baby 'dying'. Summer keeps Kyle who Lola won't want after losing the baby and Kyle will just stay with Summer because of his grief and guilt.

We'll then have a months of Rey having to co-parent with Mia to Sharon's annoyance with Sharon and Mariah having deja vu and in a twist of irony ultimately being the ones to suss out the baby switch and that Mia's baby isn't hers. Mia instead of handing the kid over tries to run off with it with Rey, Lola, and Kyle in pursuit. Cornered on a bridge or a cliff or some precipice Mia breaks down that all she ever wanted was Rey's love and after finally being talked into handing the kid over, she slips, falls, jumps and ends up dead with Rey now wearing the guilt mantle while Kyle and Lola reunite over their kid and Summer faces the consequences of her knowing/keeping the secret to keep Kyle.  Save the date for a Kola wedding in late 2020.
