Juliet Angus: Daisy Duke on Speed

She's annoying, rude and homely. She's like this show's own 'Real Housewives of OC's Vikki, only without an ounce of likability or humor!

I think Juliet is exactly like Icki and RaMOANa.  No redeeming qualities whatsoever.  I guess someone had to get the "ugly american" edit.  And i'm sure she was more than willing to fill that role for camera time.

Hopefully she's just playing this horrid role for TV - it's hard for me to believe that ANYbody could for reals be an amalgam of two of the most over-the-top vicious ho'wives….

She seems obnoxious to me. Why did she have to sing at the July 4th celebration? Her voice is terrible. Oh yes, she must have lots of attention. I thought it was funny when Annabelle said " more like Star Strangled Banner"

I thought singing the U.S. national anthem was annoying, but I thought Annabelle's "Star-Strangled Banner" was a bit try-hard as well.

Hated Juliet's outfit and hair tonight. Is it just me or is she too old to be wearing those jean shorts?

No, it's NOT you---she looked hideous!!

She just doesn't have the legs body/youth/edge/sexiness to rock that entire excuse of an outfit/look, but I did love how Caroline kept openly mocking those hideous jean shorts. When Juliet gasped in shock over how expensive/designer they were, it just reminded me of that hilarious line Countess LuAnn perfectly delivered to an equally shocked social-climbing/style-deprived castmate a few seasons ago on 'Real Housewives of NYC': "Even Louis Vuitton makes mistakes."

Seriously though, was she trying to look stupider than usual or does she really just have no taste whatsoever? Because based on all her ridiculously goofy outfits thus far, I'm guessing the latter.

I'm still learning who these ladies are - please don't tell me Juliet is the stylist to the stars.

I kind of don't get it either. I hate her TH look. The one with the blue shirt and the bad hair. I do think she's pretty though. Unfortunately, she has a very affected air about her that counteracts that.

I just can't enjoy her.  She is a bit too much like Ramona Singer for me.  Ramona early on was great since she was just as nasty as the others but eagerly pulled back the masks that the others tried to employ.  But as those others dropped out Ramona got more and more entitled and nasty and invested with being on the show.  At this stage we don't need a season five Ramona on a season one LoL,  Especially when Caroline dropped off her lofty perch of faux grandeur and decided that Americans vs. Brits be damned.  Annabelle pretending to wear knickers that get into a knot over the slightest thing and Caprice pretending she is not posturing to get into as many scenes as she can are just too easy and too enjoyable targets to take a shot at.

If Caroline's not so inner mean girl coupled with what so far seems a sensible self aware Marissa with a good sense of humor and the ability to at least publicly self deprecate, can mitigate and channel Juliet into being the flip snide blurting voice of awareness for the likes of Noelle, Caprice and Annabelle, I'm okay with Juliet.  If she gets any more brash and shrill though I can do without.  She had adorable kids though I'll give her that.

On tonight's episode, Juliet speaks with Marissa outside of Noelle's charity function.  What in holy hell was on that yellow dress Juliet was wearing?  It looked like suspenders or buttons made of baby bottle nipples to me.  I can't believe she's a stylist of any sort, unless her specialty is getting people on worst dressed lists.  I'm no fan of her abrasive personality either.  It's one thing to have a strong opinion, but that doesn't mean tact and knowing one's audience goes out the window.

She consistently is the worst dressed woman on the show.  By a large margin!  Always!  It must be some sort of trick...

ETA: a) her blue and white dress today was okay, which for her is a big win  b) maybe she dresses crappy so no one knows who her clients are

I thought the shirt looked like a straitjacket. Hideous weird high neck.

It was so ill-fitting.  Juliet is probably my least favorite which is remarkable on a show where I have no favorites.

I just wonder if she is trying to somehow set trends with these ridiculous outfits she wears.  Like, she can somehow brainwash the audience into thinking that even though they think her clothes look ridiculous, they are somehow awesome because she is a stylist to the stars and she is wearing it.  Like we are all going to be suddenly convinced to wear straitjacket shirts with buttons in the back.

I got news for you sweetpea, wearing clothing backwards has already been done....

She annoys me.

I hate that weird shit-eating grin, or smirk rather, that's always plastered on her face.  It appears as thought she's always thinking of the next "outrageous" thing to say, or waiting for a reaction from the last inappropriate thing she said.  Like, "aren't I SUCH a little stinker?"

I KNOW EXACTLY WHAT YOU MEAN! She's just so affected. And for all of her inability to keep her mouth shut, she doesn't strike me as a real independent thinker. I'd bet she's the type who thinks of herself as having an image bases all her opinions and taste off what that sort of person should like. The type of person who seriously considers whether or not a dress fits into her lifestyle before she buys it.

I would like to know who she styles as I can't believe she is honestly employed to dress people. She looks bad to really awful all the time. And her hair is a hot mess. It's like a 6 yr old spends an hour on it or something because you can tell effort went into it, but it is bad from all angles.

Well, she is intensely annoying.  The shrill voice, her non-stop whining & her general behavior & demeanor -- particularly the way she constantly throws tantrums like a small child (for usually no rational reason) all add up to an exceptionally irritating woman.  I should hate her guts, but no, I don't.  I compare her to Moaner.  She's someone I'd never want to meet or have any connection to whatsoever in real life.  But she is kinda entertaining to watch.  While I'm eternally grateful to the producers for booting off the ridiculous & awful Caprice, I'm OK they left around Juliet.

Guess I didn't pay too much attention to this show before.  Other than the house porn, there was a lot last season I tuned out.  I have no memory Juliet was a stylist.  Wow, that does not compute.  The woman ALWAYS looks like an unmade bed.  Her hair always looks like an uncombed mess.  Does she ever wear makeup?  From head to toe (bags included), her clothes range from unmemorable to downright hideous.  There is nothing about her that would indicate she's a stylist.  Is this a joke or real?  Makes me curious if we'll see some examples of her styling work.  Is she styling women to look like her?  Now, that might provide some chuckles & giggles.

Juliet is an ass, on the show and apparently in real life, too. Bravo sent Marissa a bouquet (I'm assuming they all got one) and she shared it on Instagram, making a quip about Thanksgiving. Juliet wrote a loooonngg response on Marissa's page about how Juliet always has Thanksgiving at her house and couldn't do it this year because she had just moved yada yada yada - it was a truly hateful response. Look, I get that the producers probably manipulated the hell out this situation - I'm 1,000% sure that each woman was told to do something the complete opposite of the other by production. Neither woman got a great edit in this situation but Juliet comes of looking particularly unpleasant.

wait! It's Juliet that is claiming to be a stylist. Birthday Girl. Julie is married to that Earl Guy.

Yeah, Juliet is a fashion stylist. Tee hee. And I am a one legged transgender outer space lion taming heart surgeon.

Okay after two years of watching her on this show, I googled her. I see she has her own fashion blog. Wow, guess who she has modeling all her clothes...HERSELF! Check out the 3rd picture down where she is wearing the white sunglasses. Oh my, does her hair look ratty. Scoobie nailed it above - she always looks like an unmade bed. Only this time she looks like a greasy unmade made bed.

I also googled her, because this has been bothering me .....I feel like I have seen her before somewhere....cant quite nail it. Almost like in real life? Or was it the Real World or a Road Rules rejects ? Dunno. Seriously....where have I seen this chick before.....the whiney voice and attitude. So adolescent.

And yet, Juliet's husb seems like a nice-looking, very nice guy.  Or am I wrong about this?  Just saw him for the first time & thought -- how did this guy ever get saddled with a loser like Juliet?  Not sure if I'm being tough on her, but sheesh, she seems like such a freakin' whiny, childish, annoying PITA.

Ugh, I'm having a hard time picturing that.  Maybe cuz I don't wanna.  Ew.  I'm really kinda shocked that Gregor seems like a nice guy.  I was expecting Juliet to be married to a jerk who treats her like crap -- like Moaner or a zillion other Housewives.  In Housewives-land, the only nice husband I can think of is Heather's hubby Jon.  And Heather is leaving that show, so that leaves a vast wasteland of husbands who are jerks, dawgs & assholes.  OK, there a few here & there who seem OK -- like maybe Eddie.  But on this show, most of the husbands seem like pretty nice guys, who are married to women who are assholes, monsters & outright bee-otches.  OK then.

According to Juliet's Instagram, she's an acquaintance of Lindsay Lohan. Explains so much, doesn't it?

She probably styled Lindsey Lohan, which also explains a lot.

All I can think of when I see her is the main character Jill on "Odd Mom Out."

Ha...very good comparison.  Juliet just seems so needy and then at the same time, kind of vulnerable, so I can see why someone would befriend her and then de-friend her after a while.  Then you throw Gregor into the mix who seems like a pretty decent bloke and total confusion reigns.

She reminds me of a SNL character. Can't place which one, or maybe I just think she SHOULD be one... but it's driving me nuts. And I had no idea she was a stylist until reading this thread. Disturbing.

I also kinda see the Ramona comparisons, but that's an insult to Ramona. Ramona will always be pure trainwreck entertainment to me. Juliet just makes me want to change the channel.

I hate to say this but from a certain angle and in a certain light, Juliet looks like a  version of Jennifer Saunders to me. A much less appealing version of course.

I had LofL on in the background while I was sewing. This was the first time I noticed how awful her voice is, too! Usually when I'm watching, all I can focus on is her face and how pissed off she always looks, or how, no matter what the rest of her face is conveying, her eyebrows make her look really annoyed or make her look like The Evil Villain. But she is soooo nasal and whiny. I would love Henry Higgins from My Fair Lady to take a crack at her.

I agree: her voice is nearly as grating as her personality. The way she says 'America' is particularly dreadful in that not only is the pronounciation harsh and nasal but also in that she's reminding the entire UK and the world that she's from the US, thereby damaging diplomatic goodwill with not just the UK but all of Europe. Isis probably likes her, though.

For whatever reason, whenever I look at Juliet, all I can think of are those "Faces of Meth" clickbait articles from a couple years ago.  Like in this picture:

Sadly, I think this is one of her better pictures.  She looked way more "Faces of Meth" when they got to the hotel for the shooting weekend.

Agreed. I wonder if the reason is that we aren't looking into her eyes.here.

I think she looks good  in the season 2 credits when she is half turned away from the camera.  IMO it's her eyes that make her look pissed off, even when she might not be- they bulge outwards & can appear hard and glassy. Not something she can help. Maybe she needs to take Julie's yoga classes and chill. Or have more sweet and fuzzy thoughts so her eyes would seem softer.

And though this doesn't have anything to do with her eyes, I wish she would get rid of that two-toned hairstyle of hers. And trim off the ends.

She's the smallest pawn on the board...she doesn't even have the ties that Julie and Marissa do to the British uppercrust (which still don't get those two far). At this point I don't know if anyone takes Juliet seriously. The show seems to be bringing out the least attractive & most needy side of her. I wonder if she would fit better (and be more appealing) in another kind of world- a more wholesome one. Maybe she was never meant to swim with the sharks.

I keep thinking there must be something to her for Gregor to have married her. He's not just a pretty face...he seems to have his head screwed on the right way.

There is a certain type of man in the world who meets a girl like Juliet and thinks she is a breath of fresh air, no stuffy airs, no constricting manners, they respect her because she is able to be herself 24/7 with no filter.  She just seems so unconventional....someone who plays by her own rules!  But a few years after marrying that girl, and having a couple of kids with her, the thrill wears off and all thats left is a shrill harpy who doesn't have any manners and no filter.  They realize that sometimes that lack of a filter in a mate can really hurt.  I could absolutely see her alienating his friends and family and coworkers.  And maybe thats when you magically come up with a job that takes you out of the country.

Seriously, is Juliet playing up this crap for the cams -- or is she really this much of a drama-queen, tantrum-throwing PITA?  My hunch is she's very much a major PITA.  Sounds like she'd be extremely exhausting & draining to be around.  Ah, but can't the same be said of so many other reality peeps -- like Bethenny or the Moaner or Tams or Vicks or on & on & on?

Idk, maybe Gregor is just a nice handsome dull guy, who totally thrives on Juliet's lunacy.  I've seen these kinda couples a lot.  Actually, I know more than a few & am even related to some.  The scenes of Juliet with her little girl are very telling.  The little girl acts like she's 40 & Juliet acts like she's 5.  Hmmmm.
