  1. " Teresa actually has a degree fromBerkley College" And to think this college grad is now a convicted felon. She really went far with that degree. Her mom must be so proud.
  2. I think you hit the nail right on the head there. I believe she is. When the diagnosis is relatively new , it's so hard. You are just so afraid and don't know if your child will ever talk or what. It's really hard guys to know that this child's life will be so very very different from everything you have known. For the longest time whenever we would take our son out to a restaurant or to the movies and he would behave strangely people would stare at me like I was a bad Mother for not making my son behave. If they didn't know he was autistic they just thought he was badly behaved because I spoiled him. I would stare right back and dare them to say one word to me. I had so much anger inside and was ready to take it out on them! Seriously I would glare at them almost wanting them to say something so I go off on someone, get all that frustration and anger out. For many years we didn't take him out much. You stay at home and are isolated. I just can't criticize Jac's handling of Nic's specialness. I cried for years at night in bed. My son was like Nic not very verbal. Just a few words. He talks plenty now though. Ha! He still struggles with his Asperger's. I think Jac is just trying to figure it out. I really hope she befriends other Moms with special kiddos. No one understands what you are going thru like someone who is going or has gone thru the same thing. She really needs to be reaching out and making connections with her community. The relationships I have made with other autism moms are PRICELESS. Completely not understanding Dina not being there for her nephew. She's a phoney. She should be ashamed of herself.
  3. In Texas ABA therapy is a covered expense but the insurance only pays $12 an hr but therapy costs anywhere from 75$ An hour to $125 an hour and several hours a week are often needed. My son was getting 12 hours a week and it cost 3500 a month. We had to stop because we could no longer afford it. There is insurance that will pay better but it costs $850 monthly to $950 monthly for the premium. So yes it is costly but crucial for early intervention. It can mean a huge difference in a child being able to reach his full potential. This journey ain't no walk in the park let me tell ya. I feel for Jac, it's extremely tough. Parents find themselves trying to figure out how to deal with their Childs diagnosis, treatments etc while at thesametime fighting the insurance company and the school district. Not for the faint of heart. My son just went to the dentist for a deep cleaning and fluride treatment. He must take Valium and have nitrous plus extra time to get it all done. Costs us 341 dollars every time. Ins should pay some of it because of medical necessity but refuse every year. I fell in love with little Nick when he was a baby and I feel thesame way about him now.
  4. Exactly Kat has a banging hot body. I think she is prettier than Amy any day of the week, so we will just have to differ on that! I just don't find Amy attractive at all. She is ridiculous with her telling Jennice off about Kelley. What a frickin weirdo.
  5. I read somewhere that Ma and Pa Giudice had 600,000 dollars worth of mortgages on the house and paid $350k for it. So there' s that. Noticed that Teresa is getting brown spots on her chest from all the tanning booth time. She has skin tags, spots possibly skin cancer to look forward to. She will really see the damage she has done to her skin when she no longer has access to the tanning booth. Very very bad for the skin. Brown spots all over the face. It takes time for all this stuff to show up. years after the tanning is over. Also, whatever money Joe and T were able to make off the sale of their property would be from the fraud they committed and would go right back to the IRS. Right to the Judgment - any profit of any property obtained thru fraudulent mortgage loans is forfeited according to the plea agreement. Jeez, Tre downsizing to a million dollar home, 8 or 9 thousand sq. ft. Does anyone really believe she can afford to live like this?I wanna see her fall hard.
  6. Oh yes, and Adrienne asking Ben if he was behaving himself with Kat. None of that bitch's business what he does or whom he does it with. Who does she think she is? He's a grown man and can do damn well as he pleases with whom he pleases. I would not tolerate that bitch at all. I would tell her to keep her nose out of where I put my dick. Why does it seem like these women are jealous of Kat's ability to attract men? Adrienne so concerned with Kat's sex life?
  7. Okay, this is how I see things. Adrienne repeats gossip she has heard secondhand from someone, Amy? I dunno. Adrienne tells the guests on Kat's boat this gossip about Kat's sex life. Totally inappropriate, wrong and EXTREMELY unprofessional of her.She crossed a line big time. Kat was humiliated, embarassed, slut shamed, and hurt. Then she got angry. If it went down the way it was talked about - Kat did Amy a favor. If the guy had cared at all about Amy he would not have messed around with Kat. Let's face facts. Men are visual. Kat is a hot young woman. Amy - not so much. I am sure when they worked together and met men, Kat was hit on much more frequently than Amy.That's why whiney Amy doesn't like Kat. She's jealous of the attention Kat gets from men that she doesn't. I hope Kat messes with her every chance she gets. It's funny how NONE of the people on the show who have worked with Adrienne seem to like her. Oh yeah, that's because Adrienne is a bitch. She is pissed she is no longer on the show. That's why she came on the boat to visit. I like Kate. She seems mature and she is really pretty. She seems much more interesting than Adrienne.
  8. In Teresa's plea agreement there is a section which discusses sentencing . " This office can not and does not make any representation or promise as to what guideline range may be found by the sentencing Judge, or as to what sentence Teresa. Giudice will ultimately receive."
  9. I found Joe's plea deal online at justice.gov and it was supposed to have a Financial Disclosure Statement attached to it but that was not included in the online version. Darn it. He filed one because the Plea Agreement spoke of the attached Financial Disclosure Statement.
  10. Thanks for the compliment. I really don't know anything about criminal law. I think Teresa will get some time to serve behind bars . I'm gonna say 6 months to 2 years for Teresa and 4 years for Joe. Just my opinion based on the evidence against them. But, if the Judge gives her probation I think it would be to keep her earning money to pay back to the Forfeiture Judgment. Gosh , I really don't know! I am really looking forward to the sentencing. All I know is I work hard and have been doing so for many years and I don't steal money to live a life I can't afford to live. I live within my means and I file and pay my taxes. I do without things I can't afford and have struggled financially for years. I have no sympathy for people like Joe and Teresa. They need to pay for what they have done. Justice needs to be served. I do feel sorry for them when I see the show and they seem to be realizing now how their actions have affected their children and will impact them in the future. But they need to be going thru these things . Everything they are dealing with they brought down on themselves. They will grow and learn from their mistakes I hope. Or they don't and keep doing illegal things which will end up in more prison time.
  11. Yes, I think you are right. I just think her attorney is trying that to get her probation. I am not a lawyer so I don't know but reading the case law it supports what you said about extraordinary circumstances . Also, Teresa profited from these crimes and the Judge will take that into consideration as well. In other words she is guilty as hell. Yes, the 200K payment is the initial or first payment she makes. She is responsible for the balance of the debt. It looks as if they intend to take everything. The taxes they owe seem to be separate from this Forfeiture Money Agreement , I may be wrong on that. She does make that check out to IRS. But she seems to owe separately as well for her unpaid taxes. It looks to me like the Feds are saying, we want as much of the money as you stole back and the taxes you owe. I think the term "departure" means when the Judge departs from the sentencing guidelines but I am not sure about that. If the Financial Disclosure Statement is filed with the Court and is not filed under seal then we should be able to see it. Yes, I agree. It would be awesome. Also, if she doesn't list everything on that statement they get to take it from her. She has to sign over anything she "forgets" to list. She agreed to that. THat's in her Plea Agreement.
  12. In reading Schedule A stipulations of the Plea Agreement it states that Teresa reserves the right to move for a downward departure under some statute having to do with Family Ties and Responsibilities and to argue for a variance re: imposition of a sentence. Below is what that is about: [the Court also ruled that the mere fact that a business faces likely failure and that others who are innocent may be disadvantaged when its key person goes to jail is not by itself unusual enough to warrant a departure. [The assumption that such departures are not invalid as a matter of law is probably now questionable, since on October 28, 2003 the Sentencing Commission specifically amended § 5H1.6 to eliminate community ties as a separate ground for departure.] So it looks to me like here is her attorney trying to keep her out of jail. I don't understand what that law means exactly but the Judge is not bound to these stipulations of the Plea Agreement anyway. I would love to hear from posters who know about criminal law as I have no knowledge of it. Also , they state that Teresa's offense level is at 16. Anyone know what that means? She can't divorce Juicy and get out of paying restitution when she pleaded guilty to these crimes. She is individually responsible and legally bound to pay restitution, it doesn't matter if she is married to him or not.
  13. Jenniferdc said: In her Plea Agreement, Teresa agreed to submit a Financial Disclosure Statement to the US Attorney's Office by the time a Draft Pre-Sentence Report has been "circulated" in this matter. If she fails to include any and or all assets in this Financial Disclosure Statement , she forfeits those assets to the Feds and agrees to sign them over to the Feds. As for sentencing - the Judge has to follow sentencing guidelines but from reading the Plea Agreement it states that the Judge is not bound by the Plea Agreement regarding sentencing - has discretion to do as she sees fit. Teresa has to submit the check for $200, 000. before or by the sentencing date by hand delivery. She is then bound to pay the remaining balance. It certainly looks to me after reading that Plea Agreement that the Feds are determined to get as much back as possible from her. One misstep from Teresa and they could send her to jail. I would think that they would be more likely to get most of the money back if she were not in prison and on the show earning money they could take from her to satisfy the Forfeiture Money Agreement. So that would definitely depend on Andy keeping her on the show which I would think Bravo would do since the viewers could see how Teresa lives after Juicy goes to prison and she has to give all her money up. But, who knows? It's all up to the Judge it seems as far as whether Teresa does time or not.
  14. She has to surrender any property or properties that were purchased with monies thatshereceived thru the fraudulent loans. She has to enter into a payment plan to pay it all back. Including substitute assets whatever that means. This is all in her plea agreement on page 5. She will have to give up everything .
  15. She has to file returns for the years 2000 thru 2011. She has to provide all docs supporting her returns ( this is all before sentencing and pay her taxes or enter into a payment plan to do so. This is all in her plea agreement
