I really had to think a minute to figure what Tylers job was. Besides Taxi to and from Prisons and Rehabs.

Maci on THE CHALLENGE ? I'd start watching again. I had to dip out when we ran out of RR and RW people I knew. 

Finally the Farrah scene. FFS! She went the whole season…fired from what? Next season?

Maci is leaving her kids to be on The Challenge?  I get that most of the alum use this as their only large payday and do menial jobs in between but she has plenty of money.

Maci leaves her kids every single day. She put Jayde in day care when she was six weeks old and that is where she has spent her time ever since. Surely the youngest is also in day care. Bentley is in school full-time.

I have no problem judging her. lol  It has bugged me as well since there has been no logical explanation as to why she, a SAHM, needs to have her kids in day care full-time since they were infants, when she is home and not working. And now, she wants to just up and leave to do a challenge? It does not sound like something that a busy mom of three with painful health issues and severe bleeding for weeks at a time (her claims) would be doing. It only reaffirms my feelings that this whole PCOS is being thrown out there merely for a storyline. I suffered from endometriosis. I endured non-stop bleeding and severe pain for years before I had a hysterectomy. The last thing I would have been doing was training to be on some challenge tv show. 

In the last episode, Maci's producer said to her how she doesn't have children, but she does suffer from PCOS and how she couldn't imagine dealing with PCOS like Maci and how on top of that she has three kids to deal with. I laughed so hard at the thought that Maci has it hard when her kids are not in her care throughout the day and she is just trying to push this whole PCOS onto the gullible.

The pain from my recurring ovarian cysts was so bad I could barely walk at times, and had to go to the emergency room. I was surprised by this, too.

I'm not saying she doesn't have it, but I think it's being overdramatized significantly.

Maci is also a known liar so I really just don't trust her narratives about things.

I’m stopped at a hotel, just had the worst experience of my life with the Penske rental and moving our stuff.

My husband and I started loading the moving truck at 9am Sunday morning and didn’t finish until YESTERDAY morning at 7am with NO SLEEP (nobody showed up to help us move ?)...took an hour nap at my parents house since our old house closed that morning and took off to New England. 

I woke up excited to read an episode recap since I have no time while driving on the 21 hour road trip to watch television to come to find out no new episode aired and that MACI WILL BE NAKED ON TELEVISION. ??What a HORRIBLE few days. Lol.

Finishing my coffee and back on the road. I have to try and arrive before the Nor’Easter arrives in New Hampshire for the second time. 

ETA: Won’t that mean Maci and Taylor will be away from their children for 21-Days?? (I’ve never seen the show but thought it was for couples, reason why I mentioned Taylor being gone, too).

I talked to my gyn about this. I had multiple surgeries for cysts and they were incredibly painful when they would rupture. Because I had so many cysts every month, I thought I might have PCOS. I don't. He said that normal cyclic cysts are much different than PCOS cysts-they look different, tend to be bigger, and are more painful. My friend has PCOS and she rarely even feels pain from hers. Every once in a while, though, she will get a regular cyclic cyst, like the rest of us do, and head to the ER. I hate to give Maci credit for anything, but she may not actually feel pain from hers. It happens.

I haven’t seen every episode and this may be different if it’s a “celebrity” edition but usually it’s a male and a female who have never met before that are paired up to do this. So they get the extra awkwardness of meeting for the first time naked. So if it’s like other episodes Taylor won’t be there. I wonder though if they ARE doing it together and Taylor is into this stuff because again, I’ve never seen any indication Maci would want to do this or be at all good at it. Plenty of people have had to quit N+A before the days were up and they were actual survivalists with previous experience, etc doing this. I just can’t see how this scrawny beer guzzler will be good at it. If she goes that many days without much food (and no beer) she may literally waste away.

The article said that she has already filmed and that it was for the standard 21 days. It's a celebrity version. They don't normally have spouses on there so I imagine it will just be Maci sans Taylor.

It’s okay. The nor’easter blew away actual pieces of my house, including parts of my satellite dish, so no tv for me for a minute. I’m just thankful my house didn’t end up in Oz somewhere on top of Farrah’s implants.

The new show definitely needs its own thread before the moderators get mad at us!  :)

Maci's narratation was very stilted.  And I didn't need to hear about how much she relates to the moms on the show.

I find Danae and the baby mama (can't remember her name) interesting because of the fact that Danae is not the father and chose to help raise the baby.  The fact that he is transgender also opens up some interesting storylines.

I also like Ashley, the minister's daughter.  She seems articulate. 

Not sure how much I'll watch, though.

Just the idea that MTV chose Maci over Kail, you know, the one who claims to have graduated from DSU with a degree in communications, to narrate sounds like lots of shade being thrown. *insert rotflmao emoji here*

Yeah, I don't doubt that she might actually have it (she does have a few of the signs), I just don't believe that her symptoms aren't hyped up for a storyline.
