Assault is actually the term for the crime of making another fear injury. In my time zone the show is just starting so I'm not sure what the suit alleges but you don't necessarily have to have pressed criminal charges for battery if you want to sue for damages for an injury. That's a civil matter in torts. I doubt anyone would bother suing for being in fear of injury if no actual injury occurred.

Rinna needs to stop going after other HWs...and going after LVP can risky. I think at this point, if she is looking for a "role", she should be splitting her time between pimping her kids, doing stuff with Erika, and work on being the Greek chorus of the show. Anything but having fights with the other HWs.

Kyle looks very cute in the TH with the I Dream of Jeannie hair and multi-hoop earrings. But not very good at the restaurant with Teddi and Camille. Her foundation was too pale.

Dorit's neon pink lipstick is horrid.

Yes, it is the same woman. I believe the case was dismissed with prejudice, which means she/they can not refile the lawsuit. She was ticked off that Lisa/Ken decided to not sponsor their dog shelter, they told Lisa/Ken that they were a legal non profit shelter (a lie) but they had lost their non profit status well before Lisa/Ken approached them. So, when Lisa/Ken found out, they withdrew their offer and decided to start their own.

Thought that the episode was going to start as a continuation of the dinner at Kyle's with Dorit calling Camille the c-word.  Would have made for a more entertaining episode to continue seeing Dorit be a drunken asshole.  Pantygate from last season was a hell of a lot more interesting than whatever happened on tonight's show with Dorit being late to meet Teddi.  Why make such a big storyline about someone being late to meet a friend for dinner?  Guess it's hard to watch the show and completely be able to separate from real people problems. 

Don't think the producers have much to go on this season.  I'm sure they are pissed for not filming at the time when Kyle's home got robbed.  Would have made for an interesting storyline for next season.  So sorry that happened to her.  I think that's the risk these women face by flaunting their wealth and homes on TV for the world to see.  Surprised her home didn't have better security.

Delilah is so full of herself and ridiculously spoiled - it's more irritating to watch her than her mother.   Amelia seems more grounded.

I got the impression from Dorit the call schedule had filming between 4:30 and 5:30.  Dorit was late and it did take her six minutes to respond to Teddi's text.  Seen this before on RHOBH when, LVP claimed, Faye crashed her tea.  Kyle pointed out it was on the call sheet and there was a place set for Faye.  An interesting twist, in Dorit's blog she claims that she was at Kyle's house (last week's episode) an hour and half before everyone else.  I smell the production fairies at work.  Dorit is pretty self-absorbed with her swimsuit line and absolutely clueless how things work.

I believe it finally sunk in with Dorit about calling Camille the c word, when LVP brought up the new boyfriend.  Kyle needed to advise Dorit of her major mess up.  How does one leave the party without cleaning that up?

I will say this Dorit's story about Kyle sobbing-we all know Kyle doesn't sob --she croaks. 

Oh well two story lines for the next 15 episodes.

Actually last year when they were in Hong Kong, Dorit mentioned she had done business there.  I would agree it is just as likely Asia as it is Europe.

In fact given all of Dorit's ridiculousness I assumed she meant some rando manufacturer in Asia over Milan, Paris or London because she wasn't specific.

Dorit is doing herself no favors this season, I didn't like that she neglected to mention to LVP that she had gone to Kyle first with the details of her missed date with Teddi it makes me not believe the other part of the story.

Didn't notice this when they originally showed it, but I loved the flashback of Kyle instructing River (? the german shepherd) to sit. When she keeps repeating it, he looks around, as if he's thinking, "I wonder whom she's talking to..."

Portia is already pretty attitudinal, the way she said, "Kisses." I know it was to Rinna, but still.

I don't think they were friends.  I think we are supposed to believe they met in the episode when Teddi was hosting a kids music class at her house and Dorit took Jagger.  Dorit talked about how brave Teddi was to have randos at her house or something like that.  Apparently this is totally a thing that people do because I've seen similar classes advertised on Nextdoor when people in my neighborhood are hosting them.

Plan Check is fairly popular, but it was 4pm.  As someone that has often taken their lunch between 3 and 4, I can tell you most sit down restaurants are pretty dead at that time.  It's too late for most lunch patrons and a little too early for happy to be going strong.  

 

So how many breakfasts/brunches/lunches/drinks/dinners were featured in this episode?  

I thought Erika's toned down makeup during her talk with Mikey looked great.  Her sweatshirt was dumb though.  God forbid she wear anything without a brand name emblazoned on it.  Mikey wasn't super annoying -- must have been the jet lag.  It seemed to me that Tom's accident made Erika worried about how she's going to keep her lifestyle going when he kicks the bucket, but maybe I'm being cynical.

Dorit's look at Frida with Kyle was my favorite from her so far this season.  I love Frida.  Everything there is so delicious.  Their salsa is so so so so good.  Does anyone know if Kyle still owns part of Frida?

I can't believe Kyle's dog peed up the wall.  I had to rewind about 6 times to make sure that's what was actually happening, but it definitely looks like there was pee on the floor after that maneuver. 

Again, call me a cynic, but I'm just not buying into Rinna being thisclose to having Kelly Ripa's job.  The Hamlets spare no opportunity to remind everyone that they are spoiled, whiny, entitled brats.  They'd be better off not making appearances, even if just via facetime, in every episode.

I did not like Kyle's look at Red O.  Nor did I like Dorit's ridiculous giant shirt and purple thigh high boots ensemble that she wore to The District.

Teddy was way more patient than I would have been. Dorit was rude and a liar. I ff through Rinna because her daughter make my eyes hurt. I can't roll my eyes like I used to, I'm getting old .

I feel bad for Kyle,  I'm sure she has always felt like an outsider with her sisters. 

Did Erika see anyone else this episode?  I feel like I didn't see much of her. Unless I missed her while ff  the Rinna/Hamlin family.

I know Teddy is way more down to earth than the other women ,but I like her. They all can't be Dorit and Rinna.

Before the dinner at Kyles, I could at least tolerate Dorit.  But now...ugh!    She is so over the top and exaggerated in how she responds and reacts to everything.  I do think in her mind she is quirky and adorable - she's really just an obnoxious b*tch.   Just get her and the Non Laundry Doing Rinna spawn off my screen, Bravo.  Replace them with Storm and Bambi and any other dog that belongs to Kyle.

 

Interesting to see Kyle open up a bit about her family.  Not sure what is going on there but I think it might have more to do with Mauricio's leaving the Hilton real estate firm  - or maybe that's what started it.   IIRC, there was a big deal a couple of season ago when Kyle and Portia were invited to a Hilton wedding (Nikki?) but Mauricio and two of her other kids were excluded.  On the other hand, if Kyle is doing a television show based on "her" life - well, they're her sisters and by default, that makes it also about their lives.  And they might not be too thrilled about that, but Kyle protected Kim for so long, I can't imagine she would dish the dirt with her television show.  I think it really does have more to do with Mauricio. 

 

And as far as Teddi and Dorit - I'd have left too, and I would have been pretty annoyed.   Plus Dorit is telling everyone she was only 10 minutes away, when we all heard her drive say 20 minutes with traffic.  And - she couldn't respond to Teddi's text with a simple "running late" or "on my way"?  Rude.  Tacky.  No surprise.

OMG, I was a big supporter of Dorit's last season, but she's acting so self-absorbed and self-involved this season!  WTF?!  Even if she WAS going to meet Teddi at 4:30, it was 4:54 when she called her and she was at LEAST 15 minutes away, so she was going to be almost 40 minutes late ANYWAY!  And okay, she thought they were meeting at 4:30, that's okay.  But when Teddi tells her SHE thought they were meeting at 4:00, Dorit shouldn't just assume Teddi's a liar - she should've said something like "OMG, I thought we were meeting at 4:30!  I'm so sorry we got the times mixed up and you've been waiting all this time!!"  That's all she would've needed to say!!  Instead she gives some "Oh, I thought we were meeting in this random hour window!" and then bashes Teddi to Kyle and Lisa for leaving after waiting for almost an hour!  Did she really think Teddi was just making up how long she had been waiting??  For what purpose??  And she shows Lisa that Teddi texted her at 4:36 asking where she was and tries to insinuate that Teddi is an impatient bitch.  She KNOWS Teddi thought they were meeting at 4:00, so texting 36 minutes later makes complete sense!  Her whole premise relies on her believing Teddi is a liar for absolutely no reason and acting like a crazy person just to make Dorit look bad or something.  WTF??  Who does that??  Just apologize for getting the times mixed up and promise to double-check the times next time (and not be late for whatever time it is you think you're supposed to meet at)!!

Funny how Dorit never showed Kyle or LVP Teddi's first text at 4:06 (or sometime around there) that she was at a table and was looking forward to seeing her.  Guess that would too easily disprove her story...

Dorit just continues to fall in my estimation. I'm a lot like Teddi, in that I cannot STAND tardiness. And I get that life happens. But I have 3 kids, very close in age; and even when they were all 3 and under I was never late to things. In fact, I'm one of those people that's annoyingly early; and I'll just sit out in my car so I don't intrude on people getting ready. But I'm punctual to a T. I believe it's about respect. It's about being considerate, realizing that other people have things going on too. 

Now, who knows? Maybe this was a one time thing, and Dorit isn't chronically late. But she was REALLY late. And everything she had going on that day was under her control. She wasn't in an accident. Her sitter didn't cancel last minute. No one came down suddenly ill. SHE ostensibly scheduled all this stuff.....very close together. We saw, what appeared to me, a very informal swimwear "meeting" in her living room. And then she CLAIMS there was some overseas phone call that she couldn't end. Funny how we never saw that. (I tend to believe she made it up.) Either way, she should have scheduled all her obligations with a larger grace period. If she fancies herself such a big business woman now. I've never seen LVP show up an hour late. 

And that's the thing, what bothers me most - she NEVER owns anything! If she would just admit, "I forgot when we were meeting!" or "I lost track of time" or SOMETHING. But she's all excuses and deflection. She was only 20 minutes late, there wasn't a set time to meet. Bullshit. Who invites someone for drinks and gives an hour time frame? "Show up any time between 4:30 and 5:30". Like DORIT would have sat there for an hour waiting for Teddi??? And I don't see how she can try to sell this "twenty minutes" nonsense. Even if she were confused about the time. Because when she finally deigned to call Teddi, she admitted she was running late and the driver still said it would be another 15-20!!!

I just don't know why she couldn't give a full apology, and not try to downplay it. Teddi has young kids at home that she made arrangements for, and she just wasted an hour of her time (plus driving) for nothing. Teddi's a better woman than I. I would not have lasted half as long as she did. 

 

And I'm just getting sick of Dorit prancing around in a new hairdo every episode, a new "edgy" outfit. She's worse than Erika at this point. I think Erika really has fun with it and likes to play. Dorit just comes off as if she's trying to impress. I mean, what WAS that outfit she wore at lunch with LVP? She looked like Uma Thurman from Pulp Fiction had just gone to spin class. (LVP, OTOH, looked lovely. I adore her in a simple, white blouse.)

Lisa did seem to be getting a TAD jealous over Kyle's confiding in Dorit. But, once again, I'm pointing my finger at Dorit. She said that Kyle was "sobbing". Kyle was not sobbing. She teared up a bit, wiped some tears, got choked up. But she wasn't laying on Dorit's shoulder, racked with grief, blowing her nose, unable to speak. Dorit was, once again, making herself seem more important than she really is. 

 

Yet, at the end of the day, after ALL of Dorit's assholery, Rinna is still the big loser this episode. She's been apart from the other girls for awhile now - Japan, Canada, NYC. She breezes into town, doesn't even ask anyone how they're doing, and starts RIGHT in on Ken. "Ken assaulted some woman!" Wow, ya just don't learn, do ya? I'm eagerly awaiting the fallout from this one.

Yes she does... she doesn't live at her office and thats where those scenes where filmed ....they showed that they had turned what would have been the bedroom in that place into a giant makeup dress room...

after she got home from her trip with Rinna when she got back to AMERICA ...its an expression i say I'm home when i get back into my town when i fly anywhere... do you not think Dorit or any of the girls would run with it if she wasn't living with her husband? they would be slinging that insult faster then dorit changes her tacky wigs
