I don't believe this is the first time that FRC has had to terminate an employee due to their lack of morality. We're talking the right-wing here, the party of "do as I say, not as I am doing". IMHO of course; I need to do some more research. And I am still wondering if Joshley Madison was accessing porn on their computer network. They would NOT want that little factoid to get out at the least.

 

It's possible he also has some "really good shit" on them. This is someone who was so brazen he (allegedly) used another campaign's computers to access porn and didn't learn from his earlier (alleged) mistake. It's easy for them to keep paying his contract until it ran out until the end of the year as a way of keeping him quiet over what he might have known. Let's face it, anything's possible, but I think they wanted this over as quickly and quietly as possible, which means $$$.

 

Well, not an employee but a founder and board member, at least. One of those in the forefront of crafting their anti-gay message. ..... George Rekers.

 

He got caught taking a European vacation with a rent boy.

 

 

And I agree about Joshley probably getting more from them than we'd think. They didn't want one whit more publicity from the whole Duggar mess once Josh was out of DC.

 

Reporters were certainly going to snoop around for more evidence of FRC's hypocrisy and so on. And I expect they wanted to ensure that nothing negative or "anti-family" could have been said against them. So to protect Anna and the kidlets -- so that no journalism outlet could point to their potential suffering and say, 'FRC, Where are your family values?!' -- I expect they gave Josh a decent severance. I'd bet through the end of 2015, plus continued solid health insurance for a year or so. They wouldn't benefit at all from AP turning up a story about how they risked having a young mother and her three-plus children suffer because of her husband's jerkiness and their stinginess, leaving her uninsured with an infant, etc.

Josh's Ashley Madison scandal was going to be a scandal no matter what.  I can't see them paying him a dime.  They really had no reason to do so.  They should and could have fired him on the spot so letting him resign was quite a gift.

He resigned after the molestation scandal. No one knew about AM yet.

Wow, exciting! I'll have to keep my eyes peeled. Though I've been aware of them since the show started, the only run ins I've had in all of these years is Jessa handing me a flyer at a 4th of July parade when Bob Holt was running for something; seeing their nativity float behind the scenes at the Springdale Xmas parade; & being told the kitten we adopted from the Springdale shelter was brought in by "one of the Duggar boys". So not very many encounters.

Accountability people, adults who can't stream porn on their phones if they want, parents sitting beside couples while they get to know each other. They have built a prison and sell it as a 'safeguard'. Who would willingly submit to that much control over their lives? Jill couldn't be apart from Derrick. Bin probably has to go to school online so he can be in Jessa's crosshairs. Anna smiling while she advises Jessa to check Bin's social media..what a fucking mess that is. I don't know how long Josh will be able to tolerate this. The Duggars would keep their own children in pitchers if they could...just beyond disturbing...perhaps Ggogly Eyes thought the children might be defrauded by trying to figure out what gender the kitties were...who knows what goes thru her batshit crazy mind...

No wonder Josh is as messed up as he is...he might have turned out that way even if his parents were hippies or followed a less conservative dogma...who really knows for sure.

They are just sooooo fake and boring there is literally nothing to talk about. Imagine if Anna wrote an honest blog about him coming home??  people would be talking non stop for days. They would * SHOCKER* actually be able to connect with other people who maybe have survived infidelity ( can't imagine the married to a molester crowd is too large) but many people get cheated on and stay together. 

 

Anna And Smugger would have a super interesting show if they were honest. Like, how the hell do you navigate your relationship after all this? I would legitimately be interested in watching (along with REAL ACTUAL THERAPY)
