It's for Bobbi Brown makeup I think. Yeah, it's for the new line she started after she sold the brand with her name on it. That annoys me, but also the fact that the product she's selling in that commercial makes everyone's face pink, which is pretty much the opposite of what I want from foundation. 19 hours ago, DrSpaceman73 said: I don't like the apple ai commercials with Bella Ramsey. I generally can't stand Jennifer Coolidge (except in that episode of The Closer) so the Discover commercials are obnoxious to begin with, simply for having her in them. But they'd still be terrible even if it were a different actress. Although the one where the customer service asks her to prove she's a real person was funny the first hundred times they ran it. 4 Link to comment
mojoween September 24 Share September 24 I don’t know why the Credit One ads rankle me so, but I swear as soon as I hear that music my teeth involuntarily clench. dleighg September 26 Share September 26 The ad for ClearCaptions (a "phone that captions in real time") drives me nuts. This couple overacts SO much; it's like they've taken too many happy pills. I guess it's not totally non-sensical but it always strikes me as weird. https://www.ispot.tv/ad/fbEd/clearcaptions-easy-solution 3 1 Link to comment

It is promoting the iPhone 16 Pro's AI features. Quote The Game of Thrones actor features in three short spots, each highlighting a different feature on the latest device. Hot on the heels of its September event promoting its newest iPhone, Apple has unveiled a new campaign with three ads. Each of the films, directed by Emmy-winner David Shane and Oscar-winning cinematographer Erik Messerschmidt, centers on the company’s artificial intelligence platform, Apple Intelligence, and how it can be integrated into everyday scenarios. I really want to learn. You always use a transgender person's chosen name, even when referring to a time when they were known as the deadname. (Just like how you've correctly used he/his pronouns because that's who he is, a man; you don't say she/her just because that's how he was known at the time of that film.) It's rooted in the fact people don't become their chosen name when they come out, it's who they've always been (and that hearing a deadname can be painful, a reminder of when they were forced to live an identity other than their own, thus the move to calling it that instead of birth name). 7 2 1 Link to comment

Oh the other hand, some just don't care. My niece doesn't care if you, who have known her pre-transition, call her by her given name. As long as you don't use it in front of folks who only know her post-transition and who may not know she once had a boy's name. (Although, I think her given name of Jordan could actually go for either gender, it's her deadname and she's now Natalya.) Link to comment

chessiegal October 4 Share October 4 The aetna Medicare ad with the woman not believing that their plans cover vision, dental, and hearing because her presumed friend "tends to exaggerate".
