Well she did call people names, but to threaten her is overkill.

Not horrible names like c#nt or apparently orangutan.  I don't think I recall Faye even swearing or raising her voice.  Don't get me wrong she came down on Brandi but I think it was deserved.  IIRC Brandi kind of faked it and left the room.

I actually think that Kyle is a good enough friend that she would have preferred that Faye stay off the show, especially given how it's worked out in the past.  Would you want YOUR friend to go through that?  Or have to insert yourself into the whole sordid thing yet again to defend her (because that's what friends do, and they truly are friends - I don't doubt that)

But Faye apparently wants it, and for the life of me I don't understand why.  I COULD understand if she were using it to try once and for all to exorcise the ghosts of the past by at least fake apologizing and blaming the drugs for what she did.  But that apparently isn't the plan.

I can't believe they're paying her much of anything, and she lived without publicity for the past 15 years or so, so I'm just baffled.

Now, Kyle is determined to rehabilitate Faye and put her on this show as a regular or a friend.  Faye was already removed from this show once due to viewer disgust, yet Kyle persists!  There are many other shows that Faye could appear on, but she and Kyle are determined to forge ahead with their own crusade.  So far this season we've been given Kyle, Bethenny, Taylor and Faye.  Who's next?

But how do we know Kyle is doing this so-called persisting? We don't know how Faye gets onto the show exactly, but I'm pretty sure Kyle can't (A) make a grown woman do anything or (B) make Bravo do anything it doesn't want done; I highly doubt Kyle can "put" Faye anywhere.

Further, it's highly improbably that Faye can simply march her ass into the credits of these "many other shows" you mention--one can't just say, "Hey, here's a show; I'm gonna appear on it."And, if Faye is on this show already, and Kyle legit likes Faye, why shouldn't Kyle say so (especially in light of the fact that Kyle is likely directly asked to talk about Faye; answering a question is not necessarily crusading). What's she supposed to say about her friend--"Dude, that Faye, man...ugh, right?!"

This "persists" (and "put") thing is giving Kyle all kinds of decision-making power that I am willing to bet she so does not have. Perhaps Kyle is doing nothing but simply knowing a person that Bravo wants on its show?

One more thing: is it a fact that Faye was removed from the show due to viewer disgust? If so, how in the holy hell are any of the NJ people still working then?

The cast consists mostly of washed up models and models turned actors, they traded on their appearance, and tall blue eyed blondes are what the entertainment industry prized. Kyle was never any of those things, and the entertainment industry is really all she's ever known, I'm not surprised she has self esteem issues. Plus she's not very bright.

So what exactly has she said or done that make her "not very bright."

Believe me I'm not arguing that she's a candidate for Mensa.  But really, which of these women are?

Another irritating aspect of her persona is the constant primping -hair flipping, clothes adjusting, along with the discussions about money, tacky.

LOL being that Erika is the one whose intro line says that she is an enigma wrapped in CASSSHHH I hardly think Kyle is the most guilty of talking about money.

Has anyone else noticed that ever since Lisa said this, Erika seems to be wearing something pink almost every episode?  She had on those loud pink pumps at Kyle's non-bbq and in her TH Erika had on a pink blouse.  lol

Look at the video on Bravo about Erika's closet.

She has some other colors in there, but IIRC it's dominated by black and pink.

Kyle is just slow on her feet. She's not witty or clever, she's not evasive, she's doesn't see anything coming, and she cries a lot as a result. I think the Lisas are definitely smarter than her. Even Yolanda probably is.

Huh.  And I think Yolanda is probably the dumbest out of all of them.  I mean, just her "medicine closet" alone convinces me that she'll fall for just about any snake oil sales pitch.

Even in Yolanda's dumbest hour, she shows determination and resolve. Kyle is destined to die in the same town she was born in. Kyle is very passive.

This all day long. I don't see any benefit for Kyle in having Faye in the show. It never works out well for Kyle. You start having folks flash back to what some refer to as her "mean girl" behavior. People question her own integrity in having such a friend. This has always been the case and it's not going to change no matter what Faye does.

One thing for certain no one will ever be accused of hiding her friendship with Faye Resnick.  She is out and proud of it.  I will say this, I would think after 22 years people might have moved on from she wrote the book and after 19 years she posed for Playboy.  It just seems like the statute of limitation for moral superiority should have expired.  Faye can't change what she wrote and what she said, but she seems to have lived  drug free life since those times and been a law abiding citizen. I think that is where Kyle is coming from.  Not Faye's finest moments but she has moved forward and perhaps everyone else should.  I think it is far healthier than carrying around mental daggers for the people who you have issues.

It was very ugly

So is Faye -- as demonstrated by her actions to say nothing of her polyester hair and overabundant use of facial fillers.

As it appears any reference to the great apes and Fay's appearance is a loaded term -- and not really sporting as orangutans are lovely creatures -- perhaps this (might need a sec to load to full image) is more suitable:

I cut Yolanda slack at this event. Whatever the origin of her whole Lyme complaint, if she had a 7 hr surgery a week before, or 10 days or whatever, just showing up for an hour would be hard for anybody. What is it they say - a week recovery for each hour under general anesthesia? I had a 3 hr procedure once. Was climbing the walls with boredom by day 5 at home. Had somebody take me to the store just to get out of the house. Walked from the car into the building, and realized I needed to go back to bed.

Obviously she was obligated to be there but I'm sure it still took a lot out of her.

I had a softball-sized cyst and ovary removed.  Three days postop I decided I was up for Christmas shopping.  I was found on a bench in the mall a few hours later - extremely irritable, sweating profusely, and loudly complaining about being abandoned.   Some women get almost wired after surgery (or childbirth), but inevitably, we also crash.

I guess I just don't see why she would feel insecure amongst this lot.  She's one of the wealthiest, youngest, and (IMO) most attractive (next to Eileen!) - and has one of the most seemingly happy, secure marriages. PLUS (and most importantly) the CUTEST DOGS!  I guess she's not as tall/thin as some of them but other than that- I got nuthin'.  But that's just the way I see it , of course.

They better!  I need my vacation porn fix!

Poor Kyle was a slacker the day she was born, as far as Big Kathy was concerned.  Big Kathy seems to have pitted her daughters against each other.  Kim was the bigger star, Kim and Kathy married incredibly rich men.   Kim was catered to because she made the greater money, and Kathy was surely doted on for landing a Hilton and looking/acting like Big Kathy.  I hope Kyle realizes that she got the better deal.  She seems happily married, her children all seem happy and stable, and she's probably close to Kathy's level of wealth - not that I personally find the wealth so important, but you know they do.

I'm surprised by all the /hate/snark/doubt about Yolanda's Illness.

I think she is/was sick -- and also wanted to be on the show. Is that a sin?

I like her a lot. I wouldn't expect that someone who was sick and recovering to care about wearing make up -- ESPECIALLY if you think chemicals and toxins are aggravating your illness. There was a recent study about toxic nail polish chemicals being found in women's bodies -- by Duke University. Not exactly some quack outfit. Geez.

I do believe that Yolanda was/is sick from the implants. I won't say that it's impossible that Yolanda has LD but I honestly doubt it based on everything that she's said and I've read. I definitely don't believe that the kids have it and think she's deluded and/or lying her ass off. Not one thing about the non-Gigis having LD adds up to me save the out of nowhere claims. (Claims that conveniently give her kids excuses too like with Bella's DUI which is now being blamed on the imaginary LD.)

As to your question about whether or not it's a sin for her to want to be on the show while she's sick, a few things---

Is it a sin? If she's lying her ass off the way that I think she is then, yes. If she's manipulating her children, family, and friends over it, I'd say that's pretty crappy behavior too.

I would think that a person who is as sick as she claims to be would want to focus on getting well as opposed to being on a reality TV show *especially* since she (and David) give every impression that she's above these women anyway. Why go on a show where you know that X, Y, and Z obligations are expected of you and you know damn well you aren't going to fulfill them?

Yolanda wants to do the show but she is able to pick and choose when and how long she feels like showing up while the other women all have to pull their own weight in addition to making up for what Yolanda isn't bringing to the table. I'm curious if Yolanda will skip out on half of the reunion again so that she'll be able to avoid the tough questions. If I were the other women it would absolutely annoy me that she hasn't been bumped down to friend status.

Yolanda is extremely critical of other people and is IMO very much 'do as I say not as I do'. When people have questions about the LD, she's very prickly and quick to be offended but when she wants to question people and have a conversation then it's okay.

She gets to judge people hard and fast for having doubts even though there are numerous things that she's said that make some of her behavior seem alarmingly questionable.

Not only that but she completely disregards what other people are going through because it can't compare to LD in her mind.

Yolanda is totally inconsistent with the makeup and hair as we've seen. As has been pointed out, there are natural makeup options to choose from but Yolanda isn't interested and IMO it's because it would make her look healthier and she isn't about that right now. She's demanding sympathy and she wants a permanent get out of jail free card because of the LD--meaning that she doesn't have to be held accountable for anything because, as we've already seen, she'll just blame it on the LD. Everyone who calls her out is mean or supposedly has a lack of compassion and I'm like, 'no, we just see through the bullshit and are commenting because you've put your issues out there for public consumption.'

The makeup thing is only scratching the surface when it comes some of the quack decisions when it comes to her health.

Yolanda's story is boring as hell to me and I think being boring is flat out unacceptable for reality TV.

Faye shows up on RHBH, she will get daggers.  Just like Kim, Yolanda, Brandi, and all the rest of them.  She's not some special little snowflake, and it's no more unhealthy to call her on her actions, and voice our opinions of her than anyone else on this show.  Solution for Faye?  Stay the hell away, and I think that message has come in loud and clear for many years by the pretty overwhelming public response to her.

This is another reason I am getting to the point where I cannot stand Lisa VDP.  She forces us to take Brandi's part!  Because if I recall correctly that's exactly what happened.  Lisa was trying to get some lift-off for VDP Rules and knew that having Scheana around Brandi would give it some oomph given that Scheana was in the other show.  I loathe Brandi.  She's like a cowpat on legs.  But she was right on this one.

Brandi already knew that Scheana worked for LisaV before she joined the show and IMO, she used LisaV to get at Scheana ON camera.

Because I had completely blocked pretty much anything that had to do with Brandi and Sceana, I went back and watched a bunch of clips of the prior seasons to see these interactions.

I could see if Brandi was upset about seeing Sceana if she felt Ken and Lisa were pulling away from her, but didn't Brandi accuse Lisa of "mothering" her? I thought that was the initial catalyst for Lisa backing off. Also, when watching these things like when Lisa told Brandi to congratulate Sceana on her engagement, I got the distinct impression that this was something Brandi and Lisa agreed to before hand and Brandi caught feelings in the moment. - which is perfectly fine, but Brandi was being given an opportunity to prove to the audience that all of her protestations of being over Eddie and his cheating ways was actually true.

Rewatching a lot of those scenes from past seasons brought home how much Lisa tried to help Brandi craft a better image for herself as a housewife. Getting the modeling gig, hanging out with her off camera, getting her to show she had moved on by congratulating Sceana, all of those things to me said that Lisa was trying to help Brandi get better control of her image and Brandi was going along with it until she wasn't.

I am also starting to see that Yolanda was grooming Brandi to be her own pitbull and go after Lisa. I want to say it started with the shoes she bought her in Paris. But it may have started earlier with the whole "Who is Adrienne Maloof in this world?" comment that kind of cemented Yolanda as being on Brandi's side. But, it was that dinner in Puerto Rico where we saw Kim and Yolanda pushing for a confrontation between Lisa, Brandi and Kyle, that it really started to click with me. Lisa seemed genuinely hurt and kept stressing to Brandi how much she loved her before she and Ken finally left. I think Lisa saw what was happening but couldn't articulate it on camera and could only kind of beg Brandi to remember that she loved her and had been a genuine friend to her.

With all of that said, I am going to go back to pretending Brandi doesn't exist as I don't want her stench to emanate back onto this show.

I agree. Brandi's big complaint was that Lisa was "mothering" her and she already had a mother. I also think Yolanda used Brandi to become Queen Bee on the show and it failed, big time.

It was very ugly and I think if people sit back and take a breath they might see how disproportionate the hatred towards Faye was and is.  She wrote a book, it contained some unflattering things about a murder victim, her friend.  She was one of many who had her name attached to Nicole's and received money for their story or work.  People posting on her Bravo blog acted and wrote as if she was worse than Hitler , Osama bin Laden or OJ.  It was page after page of hideous comments.  Even the Christian Post  headlined the story describing Faye as a villain.  Faye had received a death threat on her car.  But who decided to capitalize on the situation?  None other than Brandi.  http://thestir.cafemom.com/tv/152910/faye_resnick_hate_grows_to  Mind you this vitriolic was directed at Faye because she dressed Brandi down for what she did to Adrienne and Paul and their children.  She didn't threaten anyone, hit anyone, call anyone horrible names but people thought it acceptable to threaten her life?

I find it odd that Faye said that she was defending Kyle when she was talking to the 2 Lisa's because she was defending Adrienne to LisaV at the vow renewal, NOT Kyle. Kyle also repeats this in her blog, short term memory problems I guess. LOL

She is selling her book via her IG account, so she is looking to get a payoff from this season through new book sales.

I disagree. I think that Brandi knew that she would see Scheana (I honestly have no idea how to spell her name) and that she would interact with her. If there is one thing that LisaV is, it is consistent. She would have prepped Brandi for every interaction and the two of them would have had a game plan for how the would play the scene. I think the real problem was that Brandi would get drunk and get emotional in the actual filming moment. Then, she would catch some feelings and decide to go off script. And when Lisa tried to point that out, Brandi assumed Lisa was trying to "mother" her and then (and I think a lot of that was Yolanda in Brandi's ear), think that Lisa was using her.

And, yes, Lisa had her own agenda with Brandi and Schena, but I have no doubt that Lisa was also trying to school Brandi on how to navigate the Housewives and come out on the winning side. I think that Brandi was down with that until Yolanda got in her ear. People keep saying that Lisa turned a blind eye to Brandi's behavior, but re-watching the clips, I don't think that is true.

I think that Lisa was trying to be careful in how she worked with Brandi onscreen. She seemed to do her best to not let it show that they were talking off camera about how they would comport themselves. But, Brandi would get drunk and decide that she wasn't going to play along with what they had decided. I think that is why we saw so many uncomfortable laughs from Lisa as she gently chastised Brandi with her "that's not nice" stuff. And when Lisa told Brandi that her drinking was hurting both of their images, Brandi sought the comfort of Yolanda.

Yolanda did the one thing that Lisa never did. She bought Brandi something extravagantly expensive. Lisa, gave Brandi opportunities to improve her "brand" and Yolanda gave Brandi expensive shoes. Thinking back now, it makes perfect sense that Brandi would take Yolanda's side over Lisa's. It had nothing to do with Sceana, and everything to do with which Housewife would be more willing to give her stuff.

ETA: My friend Ronnie is constantly saying how Lisa loves a broken ho. And I agree. Lisa loved Cedric until he turned on her. She hated Taylor but then befriended her when she saw how broken she was. She loved Brandi until she turned on her. Hell, she keeps going back to Kyle. Lisa loves her a broken ho like she loves a dog with alopecia or a swan with a bowel disorder.

According to Cedric, a huge wave of doubt surrounds that statement always, Brandi, Cedric, Scheana and Lisa all knew of the Scheana/Eddie connection.  I think the producers used it for ratings gold.  These producers keep up with the going ons of players and potential reality stars.  There is just no way they didn't know of Scheana's affair with Eddie and magically Schena first day of work at SUR (after being at Villa Blanca for years) was the finale.  It is a little like the place cards in this episode.  Kyle didn't put them down but she is owning it as being her house.  At least some didn't have hearts.

Yeah, I caught that about Faye/Lisa.  I think the response was to the frequent statements that Faye did Kyle's bidding.  Also LVP and Kyle were not in a great place Season 3.  I think there is more to the story than they are telling.  Faye was assertive and it was Lisa's home but there were several stars that were down right rude to Faye-I am looking at you Yolanda.

Faye is showing us the difference between an apology and being sorry.  I think she apologized for having offended people about the subject matter of the  book but she was not sorry for writing it.  From what Bravo posted as to what Faye wrote about Kathryn, it was not pejorative.  it is also indicative that someone would be offended by such writings.  However, it loses its punch when the scorned one didn't even bother to read the book.At this point I think Faye is splitting hairs.  Time will tell if she says she is sorry to Kathryn.  I guess Faye figures Marcus was aware of OJ's wife beating  and stayed supportive of OJ after the arrest for awhile and doesn't expect Kathryn to say she was sorry for her then husband's bad choice of friends and allegiances.  I would think Kathryn would want to move past it.  It was another time, another marriage and she seems happy now.

I have to say to both LVP and Kathryn why is a public apology so important from Faye?  From all the things LVP has written and said about Faye I think the apology ship has sailed.  Calling Faye an orangutan may have consequences.  I can't believe LVP would be so careless.

I actually thought Lisa was trying to help Brandi too. Granted while helping herself but that isn't mutually exclusive. Lisa handed Brandi a storyline to help improve Brandi's image and possibly her relationship with her ex too and Brandi screwed it up.

I think Lisa found out about the Scheana/Eddie/Brandi before the SUR party without a doubt but Brandi knew full well where Scheana worked and who she worked for well before she joined the show and I suspect that it was Brandi, herself, that pitched the idea of using the affair as HER story to get on the show to begin with. I can also see the producers keeping the affair ties secret from some of them as long as possible, including Lisa. I don't think Lisa knew that Scheana slept with Brandi's husband only because Brandi came on using her maiden name, NOT her married name and I think she did that for just that purpose and at the producers behest.

At that argument between Lisa/Faye, Lisa only brought up Kyle's name when Faye repeated the "chess" comment that Kyle used against Lisa, hence her saying to Faye something along the lines of her, Faye, getting her info from Kyle. Otherwise that conversation was Faye accusing Lisa of using Brandi to go after Adrienne. I really think at that point, Faye thought Lisa was the 1 that told Brandi about the surrogate, not Adrienne's lawyer. Faye crossed the line between assertive and aggressive IMO that night, big time. She was ugly to Lisa in Lisa's own home during a special event and was completely inappropriate IMO. I think that Faye DOES owe Lisa an apology for what she, Faye, said/did that night to Lisa. I also think the "orangutan" comment was about Faye's bad, very bad, orange spray tan and although it was petty, it wasn't that bad either. Now for Kathryn, Faye should apologize for even mentioning her as they had never met and I question how good her memory was then because she was high, an active addict when she saw/witnessed/was told these things and addict's memories are questionable most of the time IMO.

So what exactly has she said or done that make her "not very bright."

Believe me I'm not arguing that she's a candidate for Mensa.  But really, which of these women are?

LOL being that Erika is the one whose intro line says that she is an enigma wrapped in CASSSHHH I hardly think Kyle is the most guilty of talking about money.

I misspoke, her talk about vacations, her store, closet and reminders that Desi is the greatest salesman on the planet don't count. Sorry.

Personally, I don't think that LVP wanted a public apology. I think that she just wanted an apology that never came in the past few years. And as those years passed without an apology she got more and more tired of having to see Faye outside of filming. If Kyle is telling the truth, and Faye has been at all of her events, Lisa has had to do the "How are you darling Kiss Kiss" for a couple of years now to keep things civil.

And now she has to do it in front of the cameras. I could see her still having feelings about Faye and having a producer ask her about it and then responding honestly.

Faye is orange, by choice.

So, maybe that is why I didn't see a racial element to Lisa's comparison of her to an orangutan (I am saying this as a black woman). I didn't even realize that it would be a racial thing until people took exception here, because I consider Trump to be an orangutan every time I see him in action. I honestly don't know if that says something horrible about me or about those who immediately assumed a racial motive (seriously, I am truly confused about that one).

A broken ho is looking for someone to befriend them, listen and to build them up. The "Mom" that LVP becomes gives her another lackey/minion/henchman. She can turn to them and say, in essence, "You owe me, I was your friend when you were down and I stood by you. Where was everyone else?" If you decide not to respond in kind, anything you said in confidence to her - while you were broken - is fair game.

She thought that BG was a project, but Brandi was too consumed with hate and consumed too many spirits....

She definitely knew. And I agree, she wanted to have a go at Scheana on tv to embarrass her further. But I'm not convinced she was expecting to see more of Scheana after that...

Going off of Brandi's words in the scene I know she knew that they'd see each other and interact again. Brandi didn't say anything to the contrary and neither did Scheana. Brandi indicated to Scheana that they'd see each other again and that it would be okay for Scheana to talk to her. The idea that Brandi didn't think she'd be running into Scheana is total nonsense because that's why they said they were having the meetup in the first place so that they could figure out how to have a comfortable ground since they're going to be around each other.

I'm definitely not some person who is incapable of seeing Brandi as being on the right side of the argument. I've always maintained and been on Brandi's side regarding Game Night back in season 2. I can defend Brandi on Game Night all day long because it's too easy even with her being a total dumbass who has no idea who Winston Churchill is. Kyle has rehabilitated herself in a major way that it's sort of hard to remember (or maybe it's easy to forget) just how awful she was on Game Night. It's very easy to blame it all on Brandi but I remember being surprised and feeling just how impossible it was to defend her in addition to seeing Kyle backtrack like a mofo when she was doing the rounds once she realized how nasty she came across to most viewers. (I've always liked Kyle and still like Kyle, and if I have any issues with her it's old stuff from seasons 2 and 3.) And anybody who watched the episodes back then x-amount of times knows what I'm talking about when Kyle said (paraphrasing) "I guess where you're from it's not." Freaking hell, if Kyle ever wants to wonder how Brandi got an inkling of support in her early days on the show, she can look back to that moment where she treated Brandi like she was less than trash before she'd even got the chance to know her. Then you have the new girl Brandi actually being apologetic after the fact (at Adrienne's spa day) while Kyle is still defiant and oblivious that she'd done anything wrong. Kyle didn't backtrack until she got viewer feedback--I agree that Kyle is a loyal friend/sister but she too (like all of the other women on all of the franchises for the most part) cares about what viewers think and she wasn't willing to see how out of line her behavior was until she started getting flack from the viewers.

I'd add more but I know this isn't the right thread so I'll stop here.

Lisa knew that Brandi was married to  Eddie Cibrian and Scheana was working for her when the story came out about Scheana and Eddie.  Brandi talked about it from the time don't care how many people worked between the two restaurants that would be news.  Waitress on Entertainment Tonight  Also there was the Cedric/Brandi story-just no way LVP didn't know of Brandi's  ex.  Brandi even dropped the pretense and said "she found out" LVP knew all along.  I will respect production façade for the sake of a storyline.

Well I stand by my position, you can't expect an apology after you call some rancid and claim they weren't invited to your home.  Perhaps, if LVP wants an apology (and again, why) she should approach Faye and say she was unkind in some references to her after Faye's comments at the vow renewal.  Calling her an orangutan-bad form especially to her best friend.  Women should never reference another women's appearance and compare it to a beast.    I am sure there are plenty of examples out there but Kyle was certainly offended by the comment.  Oh Kim calling Eileen a beast.

Anyone can write something about someone, meeting them is not a precursor to writing about them.  Do I think Faye should have repeated a conversation she had with Kris? No.  It doesn't seem to bother Kris, so I should probably let it go.  Many of these OJ trial people wrote about OJ and did not know him or Nicole.  I think Faye has made her statement and to me, Kathryn has already said she will never be friends with Faye, so why expect an apology?  Is Kathryn then going to take back her expressed opinions about Faye?  Think before you write or speak.  Then again that would make for really bad reality TV.

I don't care if some think that I wrongly feel superior to Faye , IRL in my neighborhood she would either be ostracized or get a major azz beating.

Nobody would just cater to her bull crap.

And FYI my girlfriends run the gamut from MD to former pole dancers...

I can't for the life of me understand why we should give her a pass. No fucking way!

Like Brandi would ever admit to the truth about anything concerning Lisa at this point or at any point after their falling out. A fall out, BTW, that was caused by Brandi, NOT Lisa because Lisa had the audacity to try and help Brandi grow up. I don't take anything Brandi spews about any of the other HWs at this point as "honest" or the "truth" and she only revealed this tid bit AFTER they were no longer friends.  Lisa most likely knew that Scheana had an affair with EC but Brandi was NOT using her married name by that time, she was going by Glanville so it is more than possible that when Brandi first joined the show that she did NOT know the connection between them. Yes, at some point during filming she became aware but that changes nothing IMO. Now ask why would Brandi be hell bent on joining a show that featured the boss of one of her ex's mistresses? The show not only showed Lisa's more private life but also her business life, they showed VB several times season 1 and Scheana worked at VB during that time and Brandi would have been well aware of that.

Again, it was petty for Lisa to call Faye a name, but it was not racist, just petty.

I question Faye's memory because she was an active addict during her friendship with NS. Has K Jenner ever said that she did indeed talk about Kathryn to Faye? IMO, any publicity is good publicity to the likes of KJ and to Faye as well. Did you notice that she now has her book up for sale/order on her IG account? I guess she is just trying to cash in, with the BHHW talk with Kathryn and the upcoming OJ movie....AGAIN!

Of course it later came out the whole Cedric/Brandi thing was a publicity stunt.

So Lisar asking about who they were protecting was pretty funny.

I don't think it is Faye's Instagram account.  It seems to be a bunch of different people putting up photos and captions.  Even under Google it sounds like a spoof account.  Faye has protected her twitter account. Her book does seem to have been reprinted.  She would have no control over the publisher reprinting it.  There is nothing indicating how to buy the book.

I think if Kris had been misquoted she would have said something publicly or not continued her friendship with Faye.  If the negative stuff about Nicole was left out of the book, it did seem it was pretty much an effort to expose the "real OJ".

I don't think Faye gets squat from the mini-series.

I'm sure that's entirely possible, even likely, I just don't think loyalty to Lisa is an excuse for the way Brandi was treated. They could have at least taken a wait and see attitude (the way Lisa appeared to on the surface even if it wasn't genuine) instead of being rude for no reason.

I definitely got a kick out of Lisa having to eat crow over having been a Brandi defender. I honestly think that she's been more shocked by Brandi turning against her than anything that's happened on this show in terms of things that have had to do with her directly. Brandi's slurred "strategizing" made the hairs on the back of Lisa's stand up.

Oh, I don't think Faye is getting any money from the mini series either but I DO believe she will willingly cash in with book sales. I did see that she went private with her twitter account AGAIN, maybe she should just realize that the public has not forgotten or forgiven her for writing a tell all directly after her "friend" was murdered and should stop going on the HW show. She once said that she would NEVER, EVER, appear on the show again after getting death threats so I have to ask why she is back now? I am sure she knew they were making this mini series about the murder and when it would air when this was filmed last year, so why come back and do the show, that is other than possible book sales/money?

I remember LVP very calmly talking about how Brandi would call her about a problem and LVP saying it was pretty much everyday.  I always felt that Brandi used, Lisa and Ken as parents, made cracks about their age, even went so far as to say she didn't have her family here and then literally slammed LVP for trying to help her not make an ass out of herself and screaming, "I have a mother."  I also think Brandi took full advantage of their hospitality at their restaurants, the one she could not understand Scheana had a right to work in.   Different standard for Yolanda.  And I don't buy Yolanda was consistent.  Yolanda sure didn't Brandi down at her house either time she got drunk and insulting.  The first time to Joyce and her husband and the second time to Babyface's wife.

I find it telling that the "mother" comment came from BOTH Brandi AND Yolanda at pretty much the same time and appeared to be something they both agreed to do before filming began that season. Also, BOTH Brandi and Yolanda tried to turn Joyce against Lisa from day 1 that season right at the beginning of filming. I really do believe that Yolanda, with backing from David, made promises to Brandi to get her, Brandi, to shift sides and become Yolanda's BFF as Brandi still had a lot of fans/defenders at that point. What those promises were is anyone's guess but I suspect it was contacts, Hollywood contacts, for future roles after the HW show had run its course and or Brandi was no longer on it. I also think that Yolanda is now afraid to say or do anything that Brandi considers a betrayal because Brandi knows about all the skeletons in Yolanda's closet and what/where she buried them in her Malibu backyard.

Brandi going to SUR all the time off camera, outside of filming, just shows that she was never bothered by Scheana working for Lisa despite what she said on the show or in interviews. Most of what comes out of Brandi's mouth is calculated to make everyone else the bad person and herself the perpetual victim. She and Yolanda deserve each other IMO.

Isn't that the truth, ITA Matilda. It seems to be LVP's "go to approach" as she consistently looks for that "broken ho" to bring under her wing. She offers them the opportunity to be close to her and Ken's glamoured rich and famous life style. As soon as they realize they're being used, they balk, and she kicks them to the curb. Once Lisa suspects her doormat is wiggling loose she works to get them off the show. In Slapping Brandi's case it was an easy call.

Boy, was LVP upset with Kyle for inviting Faye to her BBQ without informing her heinesse. Kyle may be getting LVP back for harping on her difficulties with sister Kathy regarding her niece's European wedding. Even though Kyle brought up the family angst in the first place. Kyle has come a long way and IMO I suspect she's breaking away from LVP once again.

God, I hate to be in a position - ever - to defend Brandi.  But.....this sit down meeting with Scheana wasn't what Brandi ever complained about. She completely got what this was about (OK, near the end she said she felt used, but this wasn't what set Brandi off).  She was fine with that meeting, and understood she was setting up Lisa's new show, but also helping herself. Everyone was happy. The problem for Brandi came later when Lisa invited Scheana to other events that were filmed (Ken's birthday party) because Brandi had asked her not to do this and Lisa had agreed, and also because Lisa was pulling away from Brandi. I always got why this upset Brandi. Her issue was with the fact that suddenly Lisa and Ken weren't taking her calls or spending time with her, while at the same time arranging for more screen time for Scheana.

Brandi did complain about it, and - as you said - she said she had been used.  She agreed to do it, and we all know that Brandi doesn't do anything she doesn't want to do!  It worked for her then.  A little drama, a little screen time, a chance to tell Scheana what she thought of her.  At the end of that meeting she told Scheana that she felt she could be cordial and say hi to her if they ran into each other in the future.  But she then turned it all around and complained that Lisa was choosing Scheana over her.  She took it to ridiculous, childish levels.  ("Who would you save in a fire?  Her or me?")  Scheana works for Lisa, and Brandi knew that, and that's why they discussed what they would do if they ran into each other.  IMO Lisa and Ken had every right to back off from Brandi.  She's a hot mess. Just because they didn't feel they were bonded to her for life and just because they decided to distance themselves from someone so clearly toxic doesn't mean she then had the right to backtrack and say that she felt Lisa used her by having her meet with Scheana.  There is no doubt that it was a pre-arranged situation that Brandi herself said she had agreed to.  Twisting that around afterwards was ridiculous.  Maybe she should spend some time looking inward and trying to figure out why she has so much trouble with other people rather than continuing to always put the blame on everyone else.

If Lisa ultimately decided to pull away from Brandi, so be it.  And if she decided to prefer Scheana to Brandi, then that's the way it goes.  That's life.  Friendship goes both ways, and Brandi was a blood-sucking taker and an embarrassment.  Time after time.  It's totally within Lisa's rights not to take Brandi's calls and to cut back on spending time with her.  That little "favor" that Brandi did not only benefited Brandi, but also didn't entitle her to undying gratitude and friendship from Lisa and Ken for the rest of her days.  Her reaction was very childish, IMO, but of course that's to be expected.

Brandi was the one that backed off Lisa, she resented Lisa "mothering" her and backed away. That is all on Brandi, although I do think Yolanda was in her ear telling her that Lisa was "mothering" her which is when Brandi turned from Lisa to Yolanda....who "mothers" Brandi on camera even more than Lisa ever did but is there for Brandi way less than Lisa was off camera. Oh, and least we forget, it was Yolanda that compared Brandi to "Garbage" at the last reunion. LOL

I think in some ways, it's a case of which came first, the chicken or the egg!  Brandi knew that Lisa wasn't thrilled with her (hence the "mothering"), so I think they both did some backing off.  Brandi clearly needed Lisa in her life more than Lisa needed Brandi in hers.  And yes, of course then Brandi had Yolanda so her need for Lisa wasn't what it had been before.  But in the end, after Lisa kept pulling away and Brandi kept trying to ingratiate herself back, she ultimately slapped Lisa, and at that point it was Lisa who cut Brandi off.  Quickly and definitively.  Brandi still wanted to be friends, and was "playing", but Lisa was done.

My point, though, goes back to the post I had originally replied to.  I had said I had no sympathy for Brandi.  And I don't.

Geez.

The issue is not that she's not wearing makeup.  It's that she has lied about not wearing makeup.  About not being able to drive.  About being so brain dead that she can't read.  About being housebound for 18 months.  And on and on and on.  She has said many, many things that are easily found to be 100% untrue.  During the time period that she has worn "no makeup", she has been seen wearing makeup on this show, at events with David, on her own Twitter, on photos easily found on Google, etc.  She talks about toxins and vitamins and all kinds of things that she thinks makes her sound knowledgeable, but she has tripped herself up more times than can even be counted at this point.  So much of what she has said is absolutely not true and clearly documented to be not true.

No, being sick and wanting to be on the show is not a sin.  What is a sin, though, is lying and exaggerating and misrepresenting, and doing a huge disservice to people who are suffering with chronic illnesses while claiming to be helping them.

WHAT? All of the people on these shows talk about their homes, businesses, and material things. Never heard anyone talk about "Desi" though, not even Kyle. (Anyone have a sudden urge for crackers?) Is "Desi" code for Mauricio (who is not from Cuba)?

Desi stands for Desi Arnaz of I love Lucy?....

Who knew?
