Wait, what am I missing here, Janelle "came home for lunch today - love living in a smaller town"?  Is she employed outside the home?  Where does she normally have her lunch?

At McDonalds, Taco Bell, Whataburger, pretty much any place with salty, fatty foods and a drive thru.

Oh wait, do you mean where does she normally plop down to eat her lunch?  Obviously at her mysterious job that keeps her busy and tired night and day.

Okay that looks absolutely disgusting and Janelle's idea of a "drizzle" of salad dressing is a lot different than mine..... that crap is literally drowning in fatty ranch dressing.

Does she not realize how much fat, sodium etc is in ranch dressing?

Doesn't she know about balsamic vinegar and other low-fat options?

What the hell... She's supposed to be a health coach! 🙄

The Browns have an office in downtown Flagstaff for their production company.  I'm pretty sure Kody does the "planning" for their show and Janelle does the accounting.

What on earth does this woman have against vegetables?  I mean, I get that if you weren't raised eating fresh vegetables it could be difficult to start, but for crying out loud, she's in her 40's - time to get over it!  And what does it say that she is obese, yet her kids are all healthy-sized?  She must be sneaking to the drive-thru every chance she gets.  I have a feeling that if you opened the trunk of her car, it would be filled to the brim with Bic Mac wrappers and empty french-fry boxes.

Janelle is taking some classes, I forget what it’s for even though I posted about it. I was under the impression it was online, perhaps it’s not, and that’s where she’s going?

I remember you posted about the classes.  I think it was some type of advanced yoga, that Janelle planned to become certified in as an instructor.  Maybe the base course is online, then the practical aspect has to be completed in person.  Thanks for reminding me.

Some of the Browns have gorgeous hair - Savanah, Aspyn, Janelle, Robyn, and Christine’s entire bunch really.

And then there’s Kody. He’s like those memes that show what a person thinks they look like vs what they actually look like. Guarantee you he thinks his hair is like Savanah’s, lol.

Isn't Janelle's on camera hair a wig? I believe I saw it hanging in her bedroom back when they were buying her a new bed.

There was a wig hanging on the mirror of her dresser as I recall, but her on screen hair seems to be real.  Maybe she keeps the wig for those days when it's just too much effort to lift a hairbrush.

omg this is so close to one of MahamidFM's parodies I had to read it twice to be sure. Especially the line about "a million reasons to drive through"! Plus the photo of the icky-looking salad drenched in high-fat dressing. The giveaway though was the misspelling of "Sriracha."

We almost never go thru a drive-thru.  If we are out running errands, we will sometimes go to a favorite restaurant or deli for lunch and eat there.  About the only time we take food home to eat is when we stop at one of the local "hamburger joints."  Most local places lack the space for a drive-thru.  I thought it was funny that she equated a trip through the drive-thru to eating out.

I can't believe people are inspired by her.  A medley of lettuce, left over hamburger meat, and cauliflower does not sound delish to me.   I am not sure I would care for the texture of reheated steamed cauliflower.  If I were not already fond of veggies, this would not not encourage me to eat them.   At least this sounds like she could make it in about 5 minutes so in that sense it is "fast" food.   I am sure she nuked it.

Wait.........what?!??  Janelle, a yoga teacher?  I am not saying that her size is a hindrance to becoming a yoga teacher, but that PLUS her extreme laziness makes it very hard to believe that she is in yoga teacher training.

The wives did some song-and-dance skit for someone's graduation or something, and if I recall, Janelle wore a wig for that.  I think that's the wig you saw.

Someone asked Janelle about her garden and the prairie dogs. She said she doesn’t have to worry about it now because she’s in the city. She said on the  “land they have professionals who remove them.” .

Typical human response.  We own the earth.  We move into and destroy habitat and feel we're justified in driving off the wildlife.

That scrubby dry land is a great environment for snakes too, good for the snakes but not so great with toddlers and curious kids at play.

HA! As a retired game warden, who used to remove wildlife from urban areas, I can guarantee that removing prairie dogs is a waste of time. Kinda like removing gophers. Here in AZ we have a shit ton of  burrowing critters that will take over your property, no matter how many times you "remove" them. And yes, snakes too. I live on an acre and love seeing all my wildlife- javelina, raccoons, skunks, bunnies, quail, ground squirrels, coyotes, every kind of bird you can think of.

I live about 2 blocks from downtown Santa Barbara and I love all the wildlife I see in our yard.  Right now we have bunnies (babies and parents), gophers (baby and mom), skunks, raccoons, quail (saw them for the 1st time a couple of months ago), squirrels, all kinds of birds, and I can see the occasional coyote across the street in the cemetery.  Seeing these critters is the highlight of my day.  I had never seen a baby gopher before and MAN those are cute little buggers.  I know they are not great for gardens etc but I figure it is their yard so they can do with it what they want.  Being a total animal lover I cannot see killing something in their own environment for my convenience.  But I get this is just my opinion.

It does seem like the Browns will have a losing battle re the prairie dogs.  I am rooting for the critters!

Yup, during Meri and Janelle's sessions with their therapist Janelle said whenever there's problems she just withdraws, removes herself emoitionally and shuts everything out.

Like many others who feel emotionally or physically abused I suspect she eats to comfort herself.

I don’t think we have to worry about them trying to get rid of the prairie dogs. That would mean they would have to have the money to pay someone to do it, pay for the installation of utilities and pay for the houses to be built. I wouldn’t be shocked if they didn’t have the money to pay everyday expenses.

The Brown's rent another place for their "production company"?

Who do they think they are... Steven Spielberg?

What the hell are they producing other than a few weeks of BS to film for Sister Wives?

Most people could think that up while sitting on the toilet taking a dump.

They're so pretentious 🙄

Me too.  They're actually kind of cute.  I see quail on my walks sometimes, an occasional squirrel, and a lot of robins (the good kind with an "i" not a "y".)

We humans are encroaching on more & more of our wildlifes' turf.  I find that sad.

Someone earlier posted a link to an article about their being delinquent on some taxes, but I cannot find it now.     I didn't have time to read it at the time, and I thought I would remember where to look for it, but I can't remember now.   sigh..........

Thank you so much for that.  It isn't as bad as I thought $2145 and $2070 on two of the properties in Prairie Dog Estates; they paid the taxes on the other two properties there.  I am sure the ones they paid the taxes on are the ones for which they paid cash.  Also they haven't paid the taxes on Christine's house, but they have until May 1.

I'm sure it's far worse than the Brown's had envisioned.  If the property taxes are in the $2000. range for raw, unserviced land, can you just imagine what they will be once they run utilities and build homes on them.

Why should she avoid fat?

Well one reason would be... she's always saying how she wants to avoid fats... lol

She never misses an opportunity to point out how she used very little oil or fat to air fry her potato strips or how she only drizzled a little oil or fat on her oven fried chicken etc.

She constantly says how she's trying to make good choices when it comes to calories and fat.

Yet almost every picture she posts is drowning in oil or some fatty sauce or salad dressing.

It's typical Brown behaviour.... Say one thing and do another.

She obviously doesn't like veggies because she always drowns them in Hidden Valley ranch dressing.

She used to have the giant economy sized bottle in the background of almost every pic... I guess she tired of the snarking because she just refers to it now instead of it being right there in every pic.

If those prairie dogs are smart, they'll move on by themselves. Janelle may decide to be easy pickings because they're right outside her door. A nice prairie dog salad is a game changer.

Ok, first of all--again--her food looks hideous. Take the photo before you dive in, Janelle. And second, came home for lunch? Did she not think of bringing a lunch with her if she's worried about the temptation of eating out?

Where I work some people go out for lunch every day--and it shows. The folks who eat out every day are heavy (except for the one guy with the light-speed metabolism). There are just a couple of us who are fitness/health conscious and we are in the minority. It seems like everyone "goes out" for lunch. I don't get it--the traffic, the calories, the weight gain. No thanks.

Yeah, that looks like a picture of the table before the bus boy gets there.  Yuk!  Gross sauce splashed around the rim of bowl, sauce residue on fork from her mouth, wilted lettuce covered with sauce, gross!

This is part of her job, how could she be so dense?  Just google food photography.  Or just look at Mariah's instagram--her food shots are much more appetizing.

Janelle has to be trolling us know. Why does she write like a robot talks? “Yesterday I had many movements that simulated exercises at the gym”? It sounds like she was working hard in the bathroom to get something moving. She could just say she worked so hard doing yard work that it felt like she worked out at the gym.

I thought that this was another brilliant @Mahamid Frauded Me post, no lie.  Because who takes a freakin' picture of garbage bags as proof that she was outside doing yard work?  Who's to say that she didn't just clean out the trunk of her car and the bags are filled with empty Frosty cups and Whopper wrappers?  Not to mention, she had to find an article that backed up her assumption that working outside is indeed exercise?  And we used to think that she was the SMART one.

Janelle probably uses the drive thru to avoid fans and exhaustion.

You'd think whoever created the big garden on her rental property also set aside an area for composting.
