Brandi and Kim are nothing alike, apart from their love of the drink. Their issues are pretty distinctly separate, as far as I'm concerned. 

 

Their substance abuse is what defines them.

In a re-run today, I saw Kim's other dog.  It looked like either a pale Golden or an English Retriever.  He was pretty old.  Just laying around.  Didn't get up when Kyle came in the room, didn't even lift his head.  Hopefully he's passed peacefully and wasn't Kingsley's lunch.  This was the episode when Kim was moving into Ken's place and Kyle meets him for the first time.  I love the re-runs, too.

What's frustrating about all of this is that she was warned, she was told that she needed to take the training seriously, and on the show she admits that she wouldn't do everything that the trainer would tell her. I thought the trainer was a little weird TBH but I felt like it seemed off when Kinglsey immediately seemed like he was going to attack the guy.

 

 

I remember when the trainer was on last season and so many viewers were up in arms about his treatment of Kingsley. I said then that the dog tried to bite him ON camera and that he most likely had bitten before the trainer got involved but most did not care.

 

 

 

The trainer was interviewed on TMZ Live, said he thought the dog should have been taken away then, and didn't appreciate his training credentials being questioned by the world because he was introduced as being hired by Kim because Kingsley chewed bags and shoes, but behind the scenes it was known it was because he had bitten a couple of people. Also addressed how he had to defend himself walking in because the dog attacked HIM. He said he knew it was a matter of time under Kim's watch.

I have a dog that's a Mountain Feist/Rat Terrier mix. He is fiercely protective. But, I take him to the park, he's around people in my home, and he loves and licks on everyone. He'd never bite anything other than a squirrel. Kim thinks that by locking the dog away from people, he'll behave. It's just the opposite. She has no idea what she's doing. She and Brandi should never be allowed to have dogs, cats, birds or anything that needs feeding and training.

This. I now officially hate Kim, where as before I just thougth she was a boring idiot that I wanted to go away.  Dogs are protective of their owners, thats normal. I have a poodle mix who thinks he's a Rotweiller and I have no doubt he would lay down his life to protect me. However he has been socialized since I took him out of the animal shelter at about 1 year old, when he was so scared I had to carry him into the dog park and anywhere else there were other humans. Now he is the biggest social butterfly in the world and the most annoying thing he does is jump into strnagers laps at the dog park because he assumes everyone is as happy to see him as he is to see them. He adores people and, unless someone was physically attacking me he wouldn't bite for the world.

 

Kim is an idiot. I hope the poor dog doesn't have to pay the price for her idiocy.

I looked at their site showing the spec homes for sale and some of them were furnished in that same way but there was one if I remember in I think Calabasas that was lived in and looked like kids lived there too. I suspected at the time that was their real home.

However, Kyle does really have Kim’s best interests at heart — well, I don’t know if that’s true. Kyle has Kyle’s best interests at heart, which usually include keeping Kim sober enough so that she doesn’t embarrass herself or Kyle, the byproduct of which being that it's in Kim’s best interest, too. Brandi, for her part, also wants to get Kim in the car and home before she can make any more of a scene. It’s not that either of thems want Kim home and sober; they both want to be the savior, and that’s why they get into a shoving match (with pizza flying!) trying to get Kim into her Uber.

 

 

I will say that Brandi is a better friend to Kim than any of the other women. She appears to be the only one (other than Yolanda Bananas Foster) to invite Kim to something. She does recognize that Kim is messed up and wants to do her part to get Kim home, where she’ll be safe. But it was stupid to get between Kim and Kyle. No one should ever get in between a pair of sisters who are about to have an argument. It’s sort of like putting your hand into the garbage disposal to retrieve an errant fork. Especially these sisters. There is so much history and tension between these two that Brandi can’t do anything to dissipate it. She just needs to stand back and let that fusion bomb blow them all to sequined little bits.

So Kim kept Kingsley and got yet another trainer, and allegedly failed to pay the trainer we saw on-air, and she or someone else have tried to rename and reregister Kingsley so that the bite history doesn't track to the dog.

 

So - Kim's a sociopath IMO.  I hope Kyle cuts her off - none of Kim's kids are minors, so Kyle can have relationships with her nephew and nieces in the safety and sanity of her own home.

    This isn’t really a fight between Kyle and Brandi at all. This is a fight between Kim and Kyle, one that started three years ago, when Kim got sober, which has never been resolved. Kim is such a pleaser that she can’t stand up to Kyle, and now I think she’s sort of enlisted Brandi to do the dirty work. The real moment of the fight came when Kim said, “I’m not standing up for [brandi], I’m standing up for me. I’m standing up for Kim.” She has never done that to her sister before, and she’s been such a mess for so many years that now she's in no position to make Kyle trust her to act on her own. Now that she can, their dynamic is stuck in such a paradigm of Kyle helping Kim that the latter doesn’t know how to get out of it other than to send Brandi in to blow it the hell up. Though she may be the aggressor, Brandi is only collateral damage in this scenario. This is about Kim needing help and attention for her hernia and taking pain pills and Kyle making it all about herself. It’s not Brandi’s problem — it’s Kim’s.

Kyle’s inside bitching to Vanderpump about Brandi lying about her, which is ironic. Vanderpump grabs her shoulders and says it’s how she felt last year, and Kyle shouts “It’s not about you, Lisa!” No, it’s about the fact that you knew Brandi was a liar last year but used her bs lies against Lisa so you’d have something to fight about on camera, ya desperate hag.

 

Kyle repeats that she warned Lisa about Brandi first, and I can’t figure out what her point is with that. If you knew she was a lying dick, then you used info from the lying dick against a friend knowing it was probably a lie, how does that make you right? Kyle may be ass backwards in her thinking, but she occasionally has a moment of clarity. When Rinna asks again what is wrong psychologically that would make Brandi act like she does, Kyle answers “She’s just an asshole.” Thank you.

 

 

The story was meant to make the sisters feel some real emotion so they could come from a place of love in their discussion, but unfortunately they’re both narcissistic attention whores and just sit there trying to decide what to fake cry about when Eileen’s monologue is over.

Kim loves Kyle. Kyle loves Kim. But Kyle’s mean cuz she wants Kim to look bad! And Kim’s mean because she makes Kyle look bad while she’s making Kim look bad! Screaming! Fake crying! Arguments that make no sense!

I could detail every line here, but we’ve all heard it a million times and basically, they’re both wrong. Twitch is a fucked up addict who needs to admit that she’s an addict and get help. Kyle needs to stop using her sister’s fame to get her on reality shows when she knows she’s an unstable addict. You both lose. But at least you’re on TV!

I really have nothing left to say about this fight, especially because I can’t tell what Kim is so upset about and why Brandi is there in the first place. But a few notes on this fight. I did enjoy when Kyle was crying to Lisa about how mean Brandi is and Lisa says, “Now you know how I felt last year,” and Kyle screams, “This isn’t about you, Lisa!” I don’t know which is richer, Kyle getting mad at someone else for making a moment about themselves, or Kyle making sure that everyone around her know that through and through, this moment is about her.

 

Now, I don’t think Brandi’s an alcoholic either, and neither does Yolanda. Brandi certainly does not think she is one. However, what both Yolanda and I know that Brandi does not is that Brandi is just a bad drunk. She's one of those people who always gets sloppy and confrontational and misunderstood. Just look what happened when she threw wine on Eileen! That is the sign of a bad drunk.

 

If we wanted to watch normal people, we’d go to the Rainforest Café in the mall or look in the mirror or some shit. We get enough of normal.

Eileen has good intentions. Eileen does not know the Sisters Richards very well. Within minutes of sitting down Splits and Rambles are off like a mob at a Prada sample sale, screeching at each other over who is to blame.

So last night on Real Housewives Of Beverly Hills we all got to play amateur psychologist as we tried to figure out what the heck is wrong with Kim Richards. Leading the charge were our bright-eyed and intrepid newbies Eileen Davidson and Lisa Rinna, eager to make a change, eager to help where help is not wanted. As they are about to learn the Richards Sisters are content and complicit in their dysfunction!

Eileen’s husband Vince has written a screenplay and they want to do a test read-thru, so they invite all the girls – sans Brandi – over to mock play the parts. After all as Eileen points out they’re all actors – I wouldn’t call what Kyle does “acting” – unless you count acting like a nice person on RHOBH, which she only barely accomplishes occasionally. Also the last time Kim acted most of us weren’t even conceived yet, but I do love when Lindsay Lohan Sr. tells glorious stories from her child acting days (pranking Bette Davis – amazing!).

 

Lisa and Lisa drive together, where Lipsa expresses her serious concerns about the “disturbing” behavior Kim has recently displayed. She feels they have to do something. LVP says they don’t know her well enough – and besides last time SHE said anything she got a poopy pillow smashed in her face. She still hasn’t recovered her full sense of smell! Lisa thinks it’s a bad idea to get involved. “Why are people so afraid of Kim Richards?!” Lipsa exclaims – they’re not, they just know the vortex of dysfunction that encapsulates Kim and Kyle is beyond any mere mortal’s – or half plastic/half mortal’s – capacity!

 

Around the dinner table Kyle is salty and jealous that Brandi is there and snarkily asks Ken why she was invited. Leave it to Kyle to wear pettiness around like a badge of honor, as brazenly as if it were a diamond ring.

Everyone rallying around Kyle and defending her is probably the greatest moment of her life. IT’S ALL ABOUT KYLE!

Last night I was at a friend's and I spoke to someone who last time we spoke was right before the Poker Night episode and she had been enjoying the show.  Last night she was only up to the Gay Mixer episode and was just tired of the one big long Brandi fighting people.  So unless they lighten up a bit I think we will see this story over and over.  Two more weeks of fighting in The Netherlands might be too rich for some folks' blood.

 

So I think they need to mix the rich loves of these women with the empty, soul sucking lives that are Kim and Brandi.  I must say Yolanda's idea of a time out was refreshing.

I know a few people (IRL)who watch RHOBH and a couple have stopped watching because of Brandi. They don't understand why I still watch, I don't either, but whatever lol.

One person I know loves Kim she was a huge fan of hers but stopped watching after poker night. She said it got too ugly. So I'm not surprised the ratings are down.

I could watch just Yo and Lisa VP hanging in their closets all day, but unfortunately the majority out there would be bored stiff. How about an episode where Eilleen takes the ladies to work on the set of Y&R? It would be fun to watch some behind the scenes action from the Lady Gaga video featuring Lisa, Kyle, Kim, Carlton, Yo. That's some RHOBH in the media right there!

I think that Brandi has run her course and a lot of her relevance this season is that she latched herself onto Kim and inserted herself into the Kim / Kyle conflict.  I don't consider Kim the star of the show, but I still think that there is still gold in them there hills when it comes to Kim and the Kim/Kyle dynamic.

I don't consider Radar Online a great news source, but it works for me as a good source for gossip. According to the article, they confirm that Bravo has asked LisaR and Eileen back for next season. Not surprised. I hope they both accept and get a bounce in pay.

More than likely the bombshell is Kim gonna say something at the reunion about Harry.  I thought it would be she or Brandi are quitting.  Dang it.

I think I read that Kim spills whatever it is about Harry at the season finale which is a party at Adrienne's house, I think this is bigger!

Suomi just posted that Kyle called WWHL and said that whatever it is about HH comes out at the reunion so the "reports" I read were wrong. Kyle also said that the reunion was the first time in 4 months she has seen Kim! I still think the bombshell is something bigger.

During the show tonight they showed Lisa Rinna in a RHOBH/Cinderella promo spot and she was sporting an evil stepmother persona. I couldn't help think it might be a foreshadowing of the future LisaR's style on RHOBH. She seems to be gearing up for it.
