Popular Post Neurochick November 11, 2020 Popular Post Share November 11, 2020 Sneak peek is ON I don't think the card Sumit gave Jenny to wear around her neck is going to protect her from COVID. Ari's parents....ugh. Talk about a pair of ugly, ignorant Americans, YUK. You can't have it both ways Ari, if you want live in a nice place the man has to work. And Ari's parents, the world isn't the USA, your daughter is in HIS country. If you're living in another country, don't expect shit to go your way. Talk about fucking helicopter parents, no wonder Ari's a a fucking princess. Look, Princess Ari has chosen to be with an artist, you all can't change that. End of story. Also, if Ari's mom eats chicken, doesn't she understand that you have to kill it first? Don't care about Tim, his mama or his nasty sour faced girlfriend. At least Tim has put in the effort to learn Spanish...see that Kenny? Armando's daughter, Hannah, has more sense than those idiots in the marriage office, ugh, I have fucking bigots. So Kenny and Armando can't get married because we need to save the human species? With that attitude, maybe the human species doesn't deserve to be saved, ugh. CrazyInAlabama November 12, 2020 Share November 12, 2020 (edited) I think the star of this season is Hannah. Adorable, and very smart. Ari is just looking for her ticket home, so nothing Bini does will be good enough for her, or her parents. Deavan, don't get me started on the train wreck that is Deavan. I bet Jenny and Sumit will find out that once they are together permanently, that life will not be so much fun. Edited November 12, 2020 by CrazyInAlabama 13 Link to comment

Ari is looking for her ticket home and being so unattractively passive aggressive it is sad. She is painting him as a shiftless loser to her mom and dad, complaining, allowing THEM to say "Hey look you need a bigger apartment" when it is HER who wants it. Frozendiva November 14, 2020 Share November 14, 2020 Watched the 20 minute preview this evening. Ari's parents - your daughter chose to get involved with an entertainer. One from Ethiopia. She cannot expect the same creature comforts she has in the US. Bini is not going to turn in to an office worker. She made her decision and now she has to live with it. Or find a way to hi-tail it home and go back to babysitting her kid, going off on adventures, and going to yoga class. Some of my aunts and uncles were farmers and I knew where the nice, fresh chicken dinner we had came from when we visited them. People just see the nicely packaged chicken in the store. Ari's parents being doctors and being freaked out by a live chicken soon to become dinner? Really? Cheezy's mom and aunt sure didn't stay long. Only a few seconds of Brittany and Yazan - mainly her being 'tipsy'. Jenny, that lanyard or whatever it is will not protect you from Covid. Did enjoy the scene of her putting her makeup on. LOL. You should be talking to the US Embassy folks about Plan A, B, C, etc. about your plans to stay in India and your visa regarding Covid. 10 Link to comment

Baltimore Betty November 14, 2020 Share November 14, 2020 Ari is upset that Baby had to go to work on her parents first night in Ethiopia but her parents did not seem upset, I am sure they were tired from the trip so they were probably glad not to have to anything, just get a good nights sleep. If Baby did not go to work he would not have any income, Ari fails to put 2 and 2 together. Mother and Father Ari is taken for a little sight seeing trip to what seemed to a market where live chickens are sold, Baby wanted to buy one for dinner but if they are staying in a hotel where would that chicken be cooked? Why wouldn't Baby show the parents a botanical garden or Haile Salassie's home or something that did not look like their daughter had made a horrible decision moving to a country where the residents are trying to leave for a better quality of life elsewhere. Tim and Meylezza...I am pretty sure they have been repeating the same lines in every single episode. They are not in a committed relationship as in a marriage, it is not going to work with them, forget the stupid cheating thing I do not see any chemistry between them. Why do these numb nuts have to squeeze the life out of a relationship when there really is no relationship between them? Aunt Tim just sort of disappeared didn't she. I swear I have never seen anyone look more like a deer in headlights than Submit when Jenny said she wanted to just do the ring ceremony after the lawyer visit. Now he is pumping the brakes on the whole marriage thing which makes not sense, he had to get a divorce ASAP because he loves Jenny so much and they want to be together and now he is like, "hey, what's the rush, we have all night baby." 2 1 11 Link to comment

CrazyInAlabama November 14, 2020 Share November 14, 2020 (edited) I think that if Sumit's parents, or anyone else object, that they will not be allowed to marry. From the very first episode though, Ari has had difficulty connecting with reality. She seemed to think that everyone was just so impressed by her going to have her baaabee in Ethiopia, like it made her special. I don't think she ever made the connection that she was actually going to have her baby in Ethiopia! When she arrived in the country, she was completely disconnected from what was going on around her (apartments, his job, etc.). She is disconnected from Bini, the baby, and everything, but this isn't something new, I don't think. The post partum certainly seems to be making it worse, but there were MANY issues long before she had that baby. 1 20 Link to comment

I think Ari had a romantic fantasy about having her baby in Ethiopia, without realizing that she would be having her baby in Ethiopia. Compare her to Tiffany, who married a South African (with a serious gambling addiction) and got pregnant. Though she was pretty delusional herself, she changed her tune pretty quickly when she saw the condition of the hospital where she would have her baby. Ronald didn't have much money so she was like, "no thanks" and came back to the USA and had her baby. 16 Link to comment

Succinctly said. But honestly, Ari appears to be significantly developmentally disabled, and her parents need to cut her loose to sink, since they are clearly unwilling to address the elephant in the room. Bini is doing quite a good job of doing his best, despite the insurmountable circumstances. And Ari does not seem to realize at all that non-working women take care of babies...and the spouse's going out to work somehow...pays the rent. D'oh. Ari, you want him to stay home? Sir RaiderDuck OMS November 16, 2020 Share November 16, 2020 Amit and his new wife obviously think this impending Sumit/Dimwit (aka Jenny) marriage is a horrible idea: she was just too nice to say anything (or maybe she didn't want to get in the middle of the brothers' relationship). And now even Sumit may be trying to sabotage it by telling someone who could clue the folks in. As dumb as Jenny is, she correctly senses she's being played. Methinks their enforced quarantine together made his fantasy of bagging an American woman less appealing. A badge around your neck to ward off COVID??? Words fail me. Ari was clearly hoping her folks would volunteer to pay for a bigger apartment. Cheesestick and Ice Queen just need to go their separate ways. 1 13 Link to comment
Popular Post TrininisaScorp November 16, 2020 Popular Post Share November 16, 2020 (edited) What was up with all the "Imma tell on you to my mommy" bullshit today?! Cheesestick. Ari. Y'all are adults. Act like it. I cannot tell you how relieved I was to see Summit and Jenny in masks instead of their USELESS lanyards. WTF. The drama with his parents next week is what my South Asian heart has been waiting for. I can already tell the auntie (Mother Summit) is well up to date on her Hindi soaps based on her dramatic reactions alone. Yassss. Auntie-ji is going to tell everyone she knows about how her son is breaking her heart, but **sad shrug** what can she do?! She's going to dine off of that forever! Sister in Law Summit is like "what the fucking fuck did I marry into?" Honey, at least you'll be the daughter in law that your MiL likes vs. the older son-napper. That said, I don't think Summit really wants to marry her. At all. And, like many of you, I'm sensing that she is starting to see it too. I have no explanation for Yazan. I really don't. The only reason this man is acting like this has to be his high libido with limited satisfaction. Homie has to be pussy-ized. No, you don't have to convert. No, we can wait. No, it's all good that you are drunk and having me pick you up outside of a bar full of men. With your tits out. In Jordan. While my family is swirling up shit about us that has my father threatening my life. What other explanation could there be?! I stand by the fact that he needs to run far and fast away from Brittany. B/c she so doesn't give a shit about what she is actually putting him through. To be fair, she doesn't yet really understand the extent either, but even when she does, she isn't going to change anything to make it better for him. Yazan will either need to leave the country (which he has no interest in and no means), or pick a more traditional bride. Maybe not his cousin, but there isn't one Jordanian honey that is going to work for him? Bruh, think, man. Deaven's awkward family is in Korea to make a lovely awkward wedding. Lawd. Her mama looks like such a Karen. Like, if I were to see cell footage of her yelling at a Native American in a gas station to "go back to her country" while not wearing a mask, I would be like "there she is". Ugh. I truly despise Ari. Her attitude and behavior drive me nuts. She has a lot of nerve and moral superiority for someone who rode some foreign dick, got pregnant, and then decided to live her "Adele Africa SNL skit" fantasy out. I hate that she just whines to her parents about Baby after starting obnoxious fights the day prior. Also? Baby? Useless. Bless him, but he's useless. I know his sisters come on way too strong, but I see their POV: They helped raised Baby and they've watched him make REALLY dumbass decisions on a regular basis. And this particular dumbass decision has the gall to give them nothing but attitude at every turn. FOH. IMO, I would be on her too. But, ladies, ya boy ain't no prize either. There are beautiful parts of Ethiopia. There are beautiful parts of Jordan. There are beautiful parts of Mexico that aren't exclusively for proposing. There are beautiful parts of India. Would Amit be willing to help if Jenny falls sick? Amit might be okay with a relationship that has no real future but a marriage? Then Amit & his family has to share in all those consequences (social, emotional as well as financial) and it is clear neither he or his wife want that. This. Until that happens, I think it’s pretty clear why the parents accept one relationship more than the other and I don’t blame them. I’m really over Jenny’s bitching and whining about Sumit’s family in general. If she hates his parents, his brother, and the idea of him having any relationship with his family that much, why did she move to India? Oh yeah - Ari can't go to the bathroom without her parents approval and Bini is the coddled youngest who had others do things/make decisions for him - why should that change now? If we hear "I need help with the baby" one more time.......What, pray tell, do you need help with? Are you expressing breast milk or supplementing with formula adn want to nap? Frankly, I liked being home alone with my newborn.....no one yap yap yapping in my ear! Jenny - you are in waaay over yourhead, you always have been, girl. I stand by my earlier statement that he never intended to marry her. I was not surprised one bit to learn last night that there is an option they can take advantage of to marry ASAP. I am shocked Jenny did not hail a cab right away and get thee to a temple. Sumit HAD to know about that option, he just neglected to tell her. I felt for the other DIL - she had this look like, "What he hell just happened?" Hey other DIL - go and give your MIL and FIL a grandchild and you will be GOLDEN. Forever! Yazan/Brit: Don't care - he has some idea of her that is false and man those love goggles are on tight! Kenny - stop your indignation. Said it before, I will state it again: Prior to summer 2013 you were not able to wed in the US so slow your roll, player! Why the rush to marry? You want to get a job? Where? You seemingly speak zero Spanish, so........ I was on the phone with my college age son during Devan and Company - I would have muted her and her weird Mom anyway......doubt I missed much. I heard they are planning their seventh wedding ceremony.. 3 16 Link to comment

Private healthcare is expensive and public healthcare is overcrowded to say the least. While Jenny may argue that she is healthy, the practical response would be "Yea, that's now but what about later? Who is going to pay for your hospital expenses when you get sick? It is not a matter of if but when because that's how life is; one can only hope it is not serious and expensive." Given that Sumit is diabetic, it means that his family would want a healthy partner to help him if he develops any sort of added issues related to diabetes. There is no government support unless you worked in a government sector job and are eligible for pension. Sumit has burned through much of the financial savings of the family for the divorce. How will that impact the retirement of the parents? I think if Jenny were a millionaire Sumit's parents wouldn't give a fuck about how old she is. I fucking HATE Ari's parents, from my generation, two entitled boomers who don't realize that when THEY were young, your salary could actually pay your expenses with no problem, and people actually could work their way through college. Bini is doing the best he fucking can. Ari wanted to have a Disney fantasy but reality is kicking her in the ass. Ari's parents are like parents of drug addicts who provide their children with dope because they're afraid. Edited November 16, 2020 by Neurochick 1 7 Link to comment
Popular Post Opine November 16, 2020 Popular Post Share November 16, 2020 Wearing my bitchy boots today....... WHO IN THE HELL DO ARI'S PARENTS THINK THEY ARE?????? Instead of lecturing this poor guy, how about tell your daughter that THIS IS WHAT YOU GET WHEN YOU HAVE UNPROTECTED SEX FOR FUN WITH A FOREIGNER FROM A THIRD WORLD COUNTRY???? The comment that oddly bothered me the most was the one about a regular income. Hey Doctor Fred, guess what? a whole lot of folks here in the USA earn tips and commissions for the greater part of their income. Like a wise poster said above - Bini is not now nor will he ever be an office worker. And, Doctor Fred, maybe if you and your wife have such a strict list of "requirements" for your precious little Ari, maybe, just maybe you and your wife should have made a checklist for Ari to use before she dropped her drawers for some foreign hottie. Ari has 2 choices - pack up and go home or stay and shut up. While I feel horrible about Bini never seeing a second American child (because he won't), I think both of these little brats (Ari and Bini) should get "fixed" and grow up. 1 27 Link to comment

I think that's part of the problem and why he's so obsessed with seeing this through-the anticipation and fantasy of what she's going to be like is probably killing him (or going to get him killed). I think she's probably given him a BJ or 300. Also, now that he's lost his job and most of his family's support, he's probably thinking he's got to stick the relationship out to make all the sacrifices worth it, even if it's a trainwreck. Otherwise, he's lost everything for no good reason at all. 33 minutes ago, Opine said: Wearing my bitchy boots today....... WHO IN THE HELL DO ARI'S PARENTS THINK THEY ARE?????? More parents in the fine 90-Day tradition of expecting more from their child's mate than they've ever expected of the child they actually raised. See also, Deaven, Kalani, and Libby's parents, just off the top of my head. 25 Link to comment

He used Jenny as an excuse to break his marriage and get a divorce but he never had that "I am in love and so I will conquer all mountains" kind of attitude. At the lawyer's office, it suddenly dawned on him that this is real and based on his reaction, he really does not want to marry her. It is also possible that he is simply not ready to leap into another marriage as the last one went so wrong for him. More than Jenny, he wanted freedom and definitely, the camera and attention. I think he also doesn't want to lose his parents, which is abundantly clear is what will definitely happen, even if he wasn't completely sure earlier on. 3 Link to comment

I enjoy drama so much more when innocent lives aren't in the balance. And, I've been actually enjoying seeing some of Colombia. 7 Link to comment

I thought Brittany doing the robot and shouting “crunk’s not dead!” looked like she would be awesome to hang out with! Maybe not in a Jordanian market, but a good time somewhere else. I bet she likes the crunk juice. Link to comment

Ha!! but maybe it will protect Sumit from having to marry Jenny. 4 hours ago, greekmom said: I honestly wonder if Sumit just thinks Jenny has money. Well, at this point he has almost certainly realized she doesn't. She would've paid the $20k for the divorce if she had the money. Now that all the obstacles have been removed, Sumit is going to have to rely on his parents to provide the final nail in the coffin to Jenny's marriage hopes. He probably has asked his parents to object strenuously, and he probably provided the "over my dead body" language. At some point Jenny may realize that Summit knew all about the alternate marriage route, but if he did, why would he go to the marriage attorney who would almost certainly tell them about this option. So maybe he didn't know. He isn't the brightest light in 90 day candelabra. The only way I see him marrying Jenny is if her daughter and DIL arrive with a shotgun. Ari and her parents make me want to slap them with my remote. Her parents have different religions, and Ari and Bini have similar differences. Mama Ari and Ari should have had discussions about this. Or maybe Mama Ari never thought Bini would want his child Baptized. I would guess the rite is similar to the Catholic one in which the parents and godparents promise to raise the child as a Christian. It is more than a sprinkle or immersion, and the service lasts maybe 15 minutes. Several other promises are made. I thought at the beginning Ari was wearing a rather large star of David necklace; that has disappeared. She went to Hebrew school, but we aren't told for how long. If she were as Jewish as she sounded at the beginning she would not only not want the child Baptized, she would have almost certainly insisted on the ritual circumcision. At least I think she would, but I am not Jewish so I can't stay for certain. 2 Link to comment
