Really dislike the idea of Sam dying from complications of an organ donation. Seems irresponsible from the show that gave us BJ/Maxie. Unless we're getting some kind of malpractice story out (Portia?) of it it just feels gross. And that's going to be A LOT of baggage to put on Lulu who is going to wake up to find out her father and aunt are dead as it is.

Maybe she'll be hit by a car or something before the surgery but things seem to be moving pretty fast for that.

Maybe they'll do some sort of gross GH version of Gift of the Magi with transplant surgery where Sam gives Lulu half her liver, Lulu wakes up and then Sam ends up in the offscreen coma from complications.  "Lulu, I gave you half my liver, so you could live and it makes my boyfriend happy", "Aww thanks, I gave you my whole coma and it's a good bet I'mma steal your boyfriend too!"

LOL that Ned's "reliable source" is in elementary school.  But for real Drew is terrible so it would be hilarious if he's taken down by a child.

Willow is almost tolerable when she's allowed to have interactions outside of Michael, Wiley, Drew, or the Carlys.

Please give Tracy something to do other than running a daycare and talking to Olivia.

Did Sam forget she got tested to see if she could be a match for Lulu? When Teri told her she was a match, Sam looked at her as if she didn’t know what she was talking about. Why not, you know, smile?

Maybe Sam only got tested to look good in Dante's eyes?  As in, "Dammit, I never thought I'd actually have to go through with donating!"

Why is Martin Gray the wronged party in the Lucy/Martin debacle?  He stole the idea for the Deceptor, told her about it, then it nearly bankrupted her company.   He refused to marry Lucy because he didn't want to give up spousal support from one of his exes, and refused to be honest.  Lucy went overboard, breaking into a law office to get the dirt, but the man is a weasel.  Sure she had a literal roll in the hay with Scott seconds after the breakup, but MG decided they were over.

RIP, Colonel Tad! I noticed the southern accent had faded, I just figured he was pulling a Ross Geller and letting it discretely slip away. But instead, they found an actual excuse for Lois's vocal coach!

Yes, Brooklyn, Violet's grade school record is bound to haunt her forever. I once lost out on a great job when the recruiter got wind of a little kindergarten spitball incident. So embarrassing. My career was never the same.

So I guess we know now how Sam is getting killed off. How nice for Dante, he gets to have both Lulu and Sam in the same body!... Or at least a little piece of Sam, which he can think of fondly every time Lulu metabolizes a glass of wine.

Just please, Show, do me one last favor and harvest the liver through Sam's jeans.

Sam has had major traumas to her body in the past that required surgery, so it's not a huge stretch to think a complication could happen during organ donation. That's totally different than a child being a donor, who was healthy until declared brain dead due to an accident. I stand by what I posted about this providing Emmy reels for a few actors. Nikolas's mother Laura and aunt Alexis, holding onto each other and crying over their daughters a la Felicia and Bobbie's scene about BJ and Maxie would be very moving given the long-term relationship/bond that these women have because of Nikolas and Spencer. I believe Alexis gave the eulogy at (presumed dead) Spencer's memorial because Laura asked her.  Alexis and/or Elizabeth trying to comfort Sam's children would be very emotional as well. I just hope we don't see Jason ask Elizabeth to take on the parenting of Danny.

Isn't Violet 8 or 9? Unless she goes on a Michael Myers-esque stabbing spree, nobody is going to care about her actions when she was in elementary school.

Willow did say a middle school record wasn't going to affect Violet's future in any meaningful way.

Please. Danny will move in with the Qs.

Eh, Sam's not the sharpest knife in the drawer.

Still, she volunteered just in the past few days. She's not that stupid.

And maybe because Lulu is in a coma, but JEEBUS CRIPES, I don't recall all this pearl clutching over the actual surgery and its dangers, etc. when Noah needed a new liver and Patrick donated part of his. Sure Noah was conscious, but he was also in a very bad way and in the hospital, I think?

Why am I overthinking this? That was under Guzasshole's regime, and not the current one, where all the writers treat the viewers as if we're stupid.

I don't know who first brought up tying Sasha to someone on the canvas, but you entered the thought into the universe and the universe answered. Though until today's episode, I didn't see this coming at all.

She's a Scorpio. They couldn't have made it clearer if they tried.

Because they did absolutely nothing to set it up.

Oh I got that. I just didn't see this coming at all. At. All.

Unless she's Holly's and not Robert's. She could be Ethan's twin, so apparently Luke's daughter, which would gain her Tracey's approval and make the fact that she and Cody have been kissing each other less gross.

I feel like this episode was at least in part a competition between Portia and Jordan to see which of them is the most insufferable. They both win! Clearly Isaiah is going to operate and experience/witness the anvils he's dropping to Jordan about transpant surgery.

Good lord, for a former PI Felicia isn't too observant and is very trusting when she knows Holly has a history.

I liked Tracy saying "your married ex-boyfriend and employer" and calling Sasha Cody's "broker."

Loved the Dante and Elizabeth conversation!

So now the Show is retconning Holly and Sasha's past? Geezzz. Why does Holly need a daughter? This Show is going waaayyy OTT in trying to make Cody and Sasha relevant.

No secrecy once Sam got cleared to be the donor - she and Dante tell the 3 kids tomorrow.

Didn't she tell Terri she didn't want Dante to know? Or was that only about the secondary testing?

She didn't want him to be told in case her liver wasn't a viable option after the other tests came back. She didn't want him and Rocco to have false hope.

I got the impression that Holly became stressed out and went to the Qs because she had a whole kissing cousins situation to deal with.

DA FUCK??????????!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Do the writers realize what they've done? They've entered V.C. Andrews territory.

So Frank is all FUCK YOU about Robert only having one child for all these decades because they're so creatively bankrupt, they did this. So, is she Robert's or is Holly again, Lying? Setting aside the grossness of it all, Sasha is the most boringest, blandest character ever and I'll never buy her as a Scorpio. So is her grammie not her grammie?

To make Holly relevant IMO. And she really doesn't add anything to the show now.

That would explain why Tracy is unchararistically awful to her. Tracy can be a snob but was never this bad. However Cody had his DNA tested and it was a match to Mac's.

Diane and Robert delightedly saying "and dessert!" to each other made me feel nauseous. Poor Robert, he deserves better than Diane, Holly or the current Anna.

Terry explaining organ donation to Sam makes it even worse if Sam dies while donating. You're supposed to get more people to volunteer, not less.

Portia is a terrible Chief of Staff. She's obsessed  with petty rules and falls apart when things don't go her way. Some people shouldn't be in management..

I hate the white books on the Quartermaine book shelves. They look like cheap covers on a downscale library. This episode had several moments where the writers showed that they don't understand professional or money -- Portia talking to Liz as "Nurse Baldwin", Michael agreeing with Sasha that it's hard to know where to donate money (the Quartermaines should have a foundation that makes those decisions), and my perennial problem -- the mayor and a psychiatrist juggling daycare for their grandson instead of hiring a nanny while Carly, who grew up lower middle class, has constant nannies for her kids.

Why are they making Tracy so awful to Sasha? She was never such a snob to the help before.

Interesting how Portia lives in fear of Heather being released, but Carly, whose daughter was stalked by The Hook twice, doesn't seem to care.

Carly's been talking to the writers. She knows that her kids are bullet-proof.

All we know is that Sasha called Holly "Mother."  So does that mean Holly has lied to Sasha about her family? Given Holly's addiction to Robert, it makes zero sense that she would lie about/hide a child of theirs.

I'm putting money on her being Ethan's twin, makiing her Luke's and not Robert's, making Tracy soften towards her. Seems like the Tracy animosity came out of nowhere, which usually only happens when a character is about to find out that they are related to someoe else. And that allows Sasha/Cody to continue without it beeing icky that they've kissed.

Yeah mine too. Are we thinking he went back after Laura left? I originally thou Ge was the last one in the room but then remembered Laura threw him out.

i wondered why Holly looked so uncomfortable at lunch when she found out Cody is Mac’s kid and Sasha is his girlfriend. First I thought she was going to try to run some kind of con given his background or try to have him fence the diamond. I did NOT see that ending coming!  I hope Sasha isn’t Robert’s but the look on holly’s face says otherwise. Of  course I also don’t want her to be Luke’s either. I know I just said we still don’t know anything about her but I didn’t mean to make her someone’s long lost kid!

My guess is Cyrus did something to the ventilator to put Lulu out of her suffering. He will find out Sam is the donor and kill her in the hopes she won’t save Lulu but Alexis will agree to let Sam still be an organ donor and save her.

I'm sure suspicion will fall on Cyrus because he was in there alone and has his whole supervillian history. But unless he has the ability to rig a little timer sabotage, I don't think he was the most recent visitor.

The Sasha stuff makes my head hurt. Why can't that poor chick catch a break? Do we know if they've gone beyond heavy petting?

I remember as a kid when my babysitter watching the whole SL on AMC, when Erica and her new boyfriend Mark went away on a train for their first weekend together, and then it was discovered they were siblings and half the town raced to stop them from Doing It.

🤮 Why??? So stupid!!!! You could make her the daughter of an alien and it would still not make Sasha compelling TV! Did we not just learn this lesson with Cody!

I hope Cyrus didn't try to kill Lulu, but should everyone be continually begging a long term coma patient keep fighting? What if they are suffering and want to go?

Dante and Liz look super cute together. I'm wonder why they never went there.

Connecting Sasha was going to happen eventually, since tptb like her but making her a Scorpio is even more contrived than usual. It seems unbelievable that Holly would have kept a kid from Robert. Luke either, for that matter considering she already did that with Ethan.

But I'm a little intrigued. It's been ages since I've actually looked forward to the next episode.

Elizabeth literally has known Lulu, her ex-husband's sister, since Lulu was a little girl. Lucky told Elizabeth when Dante and Lulu got engaged. Elizabeth was around often enough when Dante and Lucky were partners at the PCPD. She knew they were friends. It would be a bit much for Elizabeth to have an affair with Nikolas and then a relationship with Dante. It's weird enough on this show that Dante and Sam have siblings and a bunch of other relatives in common.

Elizabeth's son Aiden and Dante's son Rocco are cousins. Yes, I know Finn and Elizabeth were a couple but that happened after it was clear Hayden was never coming back, and Hayden and Elizabeth met as not young adults. They were half sisters biologically, but the truth is they never got to know each other well.

I can’t tell if they’re purposely chem testing them, or if they’re just sparking.

It’s dumb, but it’s so soapy, so I kind of love it. Holly’s eyes bugging out as Felicia described Sasha and Cody’s love story was hilarious.
