Yeah, she's nuts. Gorgeous, but nuts. I do not understand the appeal of David Foster at all. I know a lot of industry people seem to love him but he came off so insincere on the show.

Hmmmm. . . I think David has a type.  Nuts.

I believe he can be very attentive to his ladies and is good with the kids.  Looks wise a big zero.  Interesting he picked the world's most famous model as in an interview with a Canadian publication, he expressed displeasure with a fellow Canadian likening him to the RHOBH.  He even mentioned his 16 Grammys.  So I don't see why he would click with a face that is truly iconic.   Here is what the happy couple was up to last night:

I have Hashimoto's disease.  Took a long freaking time for it to be diagnosed.  Just started as being sick, with what I thought was sinus infections every damned month.  GP sent me to ENT and Allergist.  ENT was a total dick, waste of my time.  Allergist was excellent, found I do have a couple of substantial allergies, then noticed the enlarged thyroid.  GP had seen it too, ordered the routine blood tests, but I was still in the normal range for thyroid.   So fast forward seeing an Endocrinologist, who had to do a biopsy on left, right and then nodes in the center.  Also did a ultrasound first.  Benign, which she thought it was, but had to check.   I had blood tests about every 6 months or so, as I still wasn't in any range to have meds prescribed.  The way my specialist described it, you have to be careful when prescribing thyroid hormone meds, because basically your own body is attacking the thyroid as a foreign body.  If you prescribe more than needed, then your body may attack the thryoid more vigorously, plus you need to keep even levels (or should is the goal).  After about 2 years, I got a small dose of levythoroxine, one of the more common drugs.  The thing is that you can go from hyper to hypo or vice versa because of the way the thyroid is reacting to being attacked by your own antibodies.  Plus, I can go from constipated to diarrhea, stomach upset, some days no energy, then back to normal.  I'm also more susceptible to colds, flu, etc.  Does not help that I've got a touch of asthma, too (just enough to be annoying).  My prescription can have the effect of helping you lose weight (I've not seen a big decrease, which would be a definite benefit for me).

If Gigi does have it, then she needs to eat more than a couple of nuts or lemon water or whatever her fame-hungry mother was telling her during the show.  I would seriously wonder how she'd have the stamina to travel the globe modelling.  Plus, there can be side effects of hair loss, skin problems, etc.  I'm sure she'll get the best help money can buy, but it's a real condition (as opposed to the lemon Lyme crap) that needs to be monitored.  And I hope her mother doesn't drag her to the quacks she used during her "illness".

I do wonder if Yolanda is pushing Gigi to treat this with holistic meds only, it would not surprise me at all.

Oy vey, @hoosier80. This is the kind of stuff I've heard regarding thyroid disease and it sounds like such a bear to deal with (I have a bunch of symptoms the doctors have been scratching their heads over so I've been googling enough to diagnose myself with pretty much everything). Between my previous existing health issues and hearing stories like yours I am even more thrilled we do not have to watch Yo this season. Listening to someone call a mysterious illness a "journey" and seeing that closet full of herbal meds in OCD-approved rows was beyond frustrating. Best of luck managing your condition.

**I have used a couple of herbal meds that have been temporarily effective, but the vaguely titled "health advocate" administering all that stuff to someone who was on pharmaceuticals annoyed me as much as watching Kyle's ponytail twirl.

I'm posting this here because 1) Mo identifies himself as "Television Personality RHBH" and 2) Yolanda marries freaks! There's some unfortunate Paul Harvey pausing here, as well as a need to shower after viewing.

Also Stanbury is by all perspectives completely awful. She was snarky bitchy in season 1. Tolerably bitchy in season 2. Now, she's just obnoxious. That she's hanging with Yo and Mo proves how awful she is.

How homey and corporate.

And with Yolanda balanced on one leg and the box being held between her fingertips, I'm not totally convinced that gift is real and not an empty box.

Corporate Christmas trees are this year's glass refrigerators.

This is not a comment regarding her physical shape at all - Yo still needs to go 1 size up. (As a fellow sick person/possible Munchausen candidate, Yo's tight clothes drove me batty. Nobody who feels sick can wear tight clothes all the time! And her clothes were always too close-fitting. Also, I see she's conquered the effects of hair dye and concealer.)

OK I'll say something nice - the shoes are fabulous.

I just watched the VS show finally the other day. I saw very little of Gigi (as well as Kendall Jenner.) I didn't think that Bella was a very good model at all. She looked very wooden; no charisma at all.  I didn't know she had dated/broken up with Weeknd. No wonder she looked so aloof/unfriendly towards him on the runway.  All of the other models were engaging in playful banter with Lady Gaga, Bruno Mars and Weeknd.  Bella looked very uncomfortable and like she wasn't enjoying what she was doing. I don't think Gigi is anything special but at least she looked like she was having fun.

With Yo on one leg, Gigi upside-down, and Mohammed looking like an old woman being driven to the hair salon, the Hadids truly are in a world of their own.  I'd love to see their family Christmas card

A rich person gingerbread house competition:

Not opposed to this if a real family tradition.....but Jeez, could there be ANY color anywhere?  White and tan home, black clothes on everyone.  Only the gingerbread houses indicated it's a holiday!

And they are sufficiently badly done to be real and not just fake it from a bakery (which I appreciate!).

That first pic looks like a crack whore that was trying to jam me up for some cash one day.

She hangs out at the Western Bagel on Sepulveda Blvd in Van Nuys, CA.

If I knew it was one of the hadid kids, I would have given her a bagel and 50 cents.

LOL,

She's in front of the Yoshinoya at the intersection of Roscoe and Sepulveda, too.

I used to ride my bike around that area (Van Nuys and Sepulveda) and could never figure out why I saw so many used condoms laying around. I'm kinda dum that way. Eventually someone clued me in.

Between the Hadid kids and the Jenner one, none of them would have the success if it weren't for the celebrity connection.  Same goes for the Hamlin daughter.

On another note,  I'm so happy that I haven't had to listen or see another scene with Yo battling and searching for the cure of Lyme Disease.  I'd rather watch pantygate than see Yo in a white bathrobe and going for another treatment.  I don't want to see Yo's crowns (which she thought were teeth) and more importantly her ugly bare feet, ever again!

I touched the gingerbread picture and name tagged each house. I can't think of a time in my life I'd have a gingerbread house for the ex husband. Let alone take his name back. Strange woman.

Woopsi that's her sons name and house

You are welcome.

While "You are welcome." Is not generally a response to "Please." I appreciate attempts at politeness, even when used for the purpose of mocking me.

Everyone is entitled to their own opinion of what is physically attractive. Luckily you don't have to look at me when I post! I may look thin due to illness, but there are other things about me that are attractive that have nothing to do with weight. But this isn't about me at all, it's about GiGi in particular. "There is nothing remotely attractive about a woman who looks like she eats a Happy Meal for lunch everyday." Untrue. Women are attractive for things beyond their physical appearance. Fat-shaming is just as pointless as thin-shaming.  Just as pointless and divisive as, "There is nothing remotely attractive about a woman over 40." To you, maybe there is nothing attractive about a wide (no pun-intended) group of women. However, broad generalizations can and are usually proven wrong. I just don't see the point of knocking someone's appearance when it's related to an illness. Well, I never thought I'd feel bad for a wealthy famous model- that's a first!

/off soapbox

IMO GiGi- regardless of her weight*- is cute, bubbly, has charisma, and can kick ass when needed. I emphasize with her for her struggles with thyroid issues- which completely fuck up a person's metabolism. It can be very hard to control your weight when your thyroid is out of whack. I see no reason to doubt that she has a thyroid problem- many women (even young women) have thyroid issues. and it can be a life-long struggle to get them under control.

Yolanda looks good and healthy (the ultimate insult) in her Christmas photo. And I'm no Yolanda fan. Bella creeps me out (due to the music video she starred in.). As for Anwar, he's shorter than I expected.

I'm betting Yo grows out that hair again. I'm thinking a bob. Maybe Eden Sassoon can help.

*GiGi seems healthy and fit going by video footage.

If it is a real tradition, I think its sweet. Good for them.

As for the lack of color...different aesthetics and mileage and what not.

My old neighborhood. I've probably seen her.

Brent's Deli! I have to eat there every time I go to Cali! Of course Yo wouldn't let anyone eat so I doubt she would step in. I'll take her heaping plate!

You really took the time to write out an answer.

I married a woman over 40, is there something I should know about her?

They were probably given the chance to model just to get yoyo to shut the fuck up and stop calling the photogs every other day.

Nah, I've always maintained that designers love to put celebrity spawn nipples out on the runway because it gets them press. You'll start to notice that they are the ones modeling the raciest clothes in the line and I don't think its by accident this happens.

I don't mind risqué fashions on models, but it seems like we're pretty well acquainted with every part of Gigi's body and, to a slightly lesser extent, to Bella's.  I don't care for that.  It doesn't entice me to buy the gown or the swim suit or anything else, and I'm always wondering what got them to take the assignment.  Money?  I'd have to need money awfully bad to show every last one of my pores.

I honestly don't think money is a factor at all in their decision making, unless both Mohammed and Yolanda announced their kids wouldn't be inheriting anything once they're both gone. I mean, seriously, between Mo & Yo, money is definitely something these kids aren't going to have to worry about.

I think it is just something all models do at some point. Even in the late 80s/early 90s, you saw models doing risque assignments.
