I wouldn’t hold my breath that anything is going to change. TLC lost advertisers for a long time for the Duggar show due to The Josh scandal. They got rid of 19 Kids but fame back without Counting son. They aired Counting On for awhile even though the commercials were just advertisements for their own shows. After awhile, the advertisers came back. If a network will keep a show going after child molestation, I can see one keeping a show on after killing a dog.

Looks like Jenelle isn’t too happy about having to pay her shitbag husband’s back child support. Disappointed David yet again avoids jail but at least Jenelle’s having a bad day so small victories. I just wish David would actually get what he deserves. 

David could kill every pet Jenelle owns and that moron still wouldn’t leave him. Sadly I think the only thing that would make her leave is if David cheated. She’s just that selfish. I pray when Barb gets back from her cruise with Jace she immediately calls her lawyer - if she hasn't slready, assuming she's heard about  this - and gets an emergency hearing with a judge to stop visitations with Jenelle. I'm sure Barb is sickened and absolutely terrified for Jace and Janelle. We all hate Jenelle and wish her nothing but the worst but she's Barb's baby and she still loves her no matter what. I can't imagine if my kid were in that situation.

Here's why I think Kayden is the exception when it comes to the kids not being removed from these psychopaths. I actually think there is more than enough evidence to remove the kids and animals, but since I think it has existed from before the torture and murder of a tiny living soul that scumbag is afraid of, I just have no faith it will happen.

Olivia received a restraining order against UBT for both her and Kayden, forcing him to go through the legal process to obtain visitation rights. His visitation went through an organization that supervised the visits, beginning with a short visit, like one hour, in a public place. As part of the order, he was not allowed to post photos on social media, so Jenelle did instead, but it was still a violation and happened more than once. Jace's therapist also told her to stop posting his photos and things about him on social media, which she also ignored.

His visitation eventually allowed him to have Kayden at The Land but I don't think he ever lost the requirement to have the third party present. It's unlikely that either one of them stayed sober and it's possible the escort would report it, adding a new violation. Even if he or she didn't, the moment David made the threat that no one could enter Casa Swamp without a warrant, there is no way the escort would agree to go there. By that time he had become increasingly unhinged and I would be surprised if that organization didn't request that he have to appear at a building instead, where he could first be drug tested, like where Adam was supposed to go to visit Aubree. There is no way UBT would do it, making gaps in his visitation. 

It's possible that the most recent hearing was for a Motion filed by Olivia to adjust the Order requiring the visits to be done at a visitation center, if the Court wouldn't stop visitation completely. UBT was only in Kayden's life for a few hours over the last two years. He probably has less than a week total accumulated time in Kayden's life.

Courts have given custody rights to these psychopaths for all the kids except Ensley. Courts do not like to change the Orders because it just becomes parties filing to change them for every little thing. Chelsea kept reporting Adam's failures to her attorney and got irritated that her attorney was telling her they were not bad enough to make a change until he tested positive for the meth in his other daughter's case. Barb was told by her attorney that she had to send Jace back to Casa Swamp after the roadrage incident, and Barb had been threatened by phone and text by UBT before the deadbeat parent visitation plan was ordered by the judge. Before that hearing, Jace said he didn't want to go back there because UBT and Maryssa were mean to him and Kaiser, so she didn't make him go for months. Jenelle hadn't seen him in nine or so months before that hearing, and she called the cops on Barb because of it at least twice, only to be told they wouldn't make Jace go because he didn't want to and trespassed her from Barb's land. Both Barb and Jenelle said that Barb keeping Jace from Jenelle resulted in the Judge addressing Barb negatively for it; I actually thought Jenelle was full of shit but Barb said it, too. If she doesn't hand Jace over in accordance with the Court Order, she risks losing custody to Jenelle over it. I'll be surprised if her attorney doesn't file a Motion and try and get an emergency hearing but don't think it will matter. I'd love to be proven wrong.

Nathan's calls to the police and CPS have been largely ignored. They keep getting sent to mediation where no agreement is made and still haven't gotten in front of a judge. 

Maryssa lived with her maternal grandparents and UBT was able to get full custody of her. I think the Court may order that she be enrolled back in public school so that independent adults are available to her and to keep her from being isolated, but have little hope she will be removed. 

The only little hope I have is that CPS will show up and interview the kids and they will report that they saw Nugget being tortured and killed. It's awful that they witnessed it and I wish they hadn't, but believe they did. Animal Control wants Nugget's remains and I'm sure they are long gone, probably in the lake by now. Without his remains or the kids saying what they saw there is no evidence other than the social media posts and they just aren't the strong evidence people think.

Just a minor correction, but the dog actually didn't get loose. Chelsea allowed it out of the house without a leash on and it ran over to the neighbor's yard and got attacked. Obviously not anywhere near the level of what Dave did, but pure stupidity on Chelsea's part.

Randy can fuck off. He shouldn't be making jokes about a situation like this.

He has that steady and silent rage 100 percent of the time, complete lack of empathy, no ability to see others as anything other than objects he controls, and has no shame in posting videos of him abusing animals, like when he dragged the pigs. Both he and Jenelle defended it and the chickens being killed by the dog because they are farm animals and not pets.

I don't  believe for a second that David asked Jenelle for money to pay his back support. Being the controlling asshole he is,  you can gaurantee one of the first things he did when moved in with Jenelle  was to gain access and then control Jenelle's finances. When the judge granted him an extension, Lurch didn't  call Jenelle, he went straight to the bank, withdrew the money, came back and paid what he owed.

While I agree that there’s no way a gun-toting POS sociopath like David would ever consider anger management on his own, I don’t think it’s PR by MTV so much as a PR move by Janelle to keep her job.  

Also, I think it will fail.
