I think of the Rockettes.  I was shocked to hear how young they are, but when they remove all the makeup they definitely look like the young women that they are.

Kelli is fast becoming one of my favorites. She takes incredible care of herself, is fun to watch dance and just seems like a fun supportive person to be around. I think she is one of the oldest on the squad but I think that gives her a maturity that is so beneficial and needed.  Her insta with very little make up she looked amazing with out it. She genuinely seems to love the interactions with the kids and young girls at camp too.

Is she dating someone from the Nau family who own Silver Eagle Distributors? I’m pretty sure they’re the largest beer distributor in Texas. I’m familiar with their family.... had no idea anyone attached to their family  was dating Jessika!

My curiosity got the better of me and I checked out her Instagram ….WOW!  Talk about trash!  Not sure what she is trying to accomplish....porn comes to mind.

You know I didn't see Alexis as being that pretty in the past. Everyone was saying it but I was like idk. I wasn't a huge fan of her swimsuit photos. I thought she was too squinty-eyed and a little masculine looking maybe. But seeing pictures from the past few months or so, now I'm like yeah she is gorgeous like everyone says. Ha

I hope she comes back for a 3rd year but who knows this is her 6 year of dancing professionally since she danced 4 years prior on another team

She's definitely pretty, but she is not a stunner IMO. 

In fact, THIS squad is a prettiest girl in high school pretty, not head turning gorgeous.

Who would be your definition of head turning gorgeous? Someone from 3-7 years ago, I’d guess? Thinking these women are just “cute” is a sign that we keep getting older, and they stay the same age. They are  now basically little girls in tons of makeup.

This would make a wonderful dissertation thesis, "Changing perspectives on beauty as we age."

As I age, I realize that the type of beauty DCC's strive for is a fairly generic type of beauty.  About 80% of it comes from youth and a physically fit body.  (It also helps that they are generally half-naked).  Another 10 - 15 % is styling (hair and makeup).  That only leaves 5 - 10% relying on face.

This is why tons of facially average ladies can put on a push up bra, bikini bottoms, and a ton of makeup and get the DCC look.

I know I will get a lot of flack for this post, but think about how ladies like Jenna (whom I love), Jessika, Amy, Kellie, Maddie, etc. can get the DCC look.

As I age, and understand how this ish works, I become less and less impressed by it.

I watched some of Kashara's TCC season last night. She was freaking ADORABLE. The woman has so much  personality. She naturally winks when she performs. So far the only person on the current team that comes close to having that free spirit is Bridget.

Kash was so much thicker in her rookie season though, it's funny to see how lean she's gotten but even now I still think she's sort of thick sometimes

I hear you, but think far more than 10-15 is hair and makeup. I'd say 50 fitness/thinness, 40 store bought extentsions, lashes, makeup, teeth, 10 face. I'll stack push up bras, implants, tights in with the fitness thinness LOL.

Last season I was like Bye Felicia towards Erin. Now I'm like she is the DCC world class standard. Such a great comeback story.

I don’t think the Cowboys or the beer company would put much weight on who is dating whom...there is a lot of money riding on the relationship...mostly for the beer company...AT&T stadium who have vendors lining up to replace this one.  Again...IMHO.

@LadyMsJayi made my assessment from her social media, these boots podcast, and the dcc twitter. She loves animals and is not narcissists. She's funny and free spirited. 

Most of the DCC's Instagrams are "look at me and all my pretty friends" gag!

I don't...much to the disagreement by my DCC fan friends, but I seriously do not see weight gain.  The only difference I see is how (IMO) bad her hair looks now compared to her rookie year.

Same here...I don't see the weight gain...she's still tiny. BUT I have to agree on the hair...it's out of control.

In regards to the "caked on make-up" is it because they are performers and have to maintain their appearance thru a very physical 3 hour football game? I wonder if they have to wear the amount equivalent to stage/movie makeup.

IDK. I'm super granola and never wear makeup so I don't know a thing about beauty products.

Kelsey Lowrance just did a "NFL" makeup tutorial on her youtube channel, honestly idk if she was skipping steps or what but it didn't seem that caked on to me. Not as much as some of the other girls so maybe she just has really good skin besides she said the occasional break out
