Another restraining order against Amber's boyfriend

Now, Radar can exclusively reveal that another ex slapped him with a second protective order against him — and the Teen Mom OG star’s new boyfriend is telling his side of the story exclusively to Radar!

In court documents obtained from the Superior Court of California, Glennon’s ex-girlfriend filed a domestic violence restraining order against him on April 23, 2015.

The ex-girlfriend, who Radar is respecting the privacy of, asked that Glennon, 33, stay 500 feet away from her at her home job and school. She also requested that her father, stepmother and brother be protected under the order.

Glennon’s ex explained in the court documents that they dated from November 2014 to January 8, 2015.

“Since breaking up with him, I have received hundreds of emails, phone calls, text messages and Facebook messages from him harassing me,” she wrote. “He has shown up at my work, home and the bus stops I take to and from work as well.”

She claimed he waited outside her job waiting for her to leave. She even moved to avoid him.

“He has threatened me verbally and I believe yesterday he sent an anonymous letter to my boss and coworkers to deliberately trying to smear me,” she wrote. “He has contacted my family and my friends in order to try and find out about me.”

She continued, “I am scared for my safety and I am scared of him.”

A temporary restraining order against Glennon was issued on May 14, 2015.

The restraining order was dissolved and the case was dismissed on June 4, 2015 when neither appeared in court.

Glennon claimed exclusively to Radar that he was unaware that she filed a protective order against him.

As for the letter, Glennon allegeed that he witnessed potentially abusive behavior by his ex-girlfriend that forced him to reach out to her employers.

 

“I felt it necessary, her being a teacher, to let her employers know what type of person they have working for them,” he told Radar. “She was one of the most poisonous relationships I’ve ever had. I’ve learned from those relationships and all those hard experiences have helped shape me to the man I am now.”

He explained that he has been single for two years in an effort to better himself.

“I wanted to enter the next relationship with nothing but purity,” he said. “I have three sisters and would never consider stalking nor harassing any women. In hindsight, I should have contested the first one (didn’t know about the second), but if that is what she wanted, then that is what I go through with. We still talk to this day.”

On October 30, 2013 his ex-girlfriend of three years filed an order of protection against him, requesting he stay at least 100 yards from her and her dog.

“I broke up with him and he was very upset,” she wrote. “[He] hid my keys as I had to leave out of fear. The next day he wouldn’t leave [my] apartment until my dad threatened to call the police.”

She changed her locks and moved his stuff out of the apartment, but his behavior only escalated.

“In May, he showed up uninvited and after I asked him to leave he secretly let the air out of my tire till it was flat,” she wrote. “On my birthday, [he] showed up at my work under a false name delivering flowers. Security at my work turned him away.”

She then accused him of “calling, texting, emailing obsessively and emailing threatening statements.”

She also claimed that he hacked her iTunes account and installed Find My iPhone, which is a GPS tracker, on her phone.

In Glennon’s response to the protection order, he agreed to the conditions she requested.

“I lived with [her] for three years, we had a falling out,” he explained in the court docs. “I tried to get her back via flowers and cards. I didn’t hear back from her and was served with an order to appear here. I am determined to fulfill all requests made by [her] and this court. I have moved on and have buried myself in my work.”

Her request for a domestic violence restraining order was granted for a period of three years. It expired on October 30, 2016.

 “Andrew worked in production on the show, and spent a lot of time with Amber,” a source told Radar. “He worked on all her confessional scenes. Andrew quickly developed feelings for Amber, and made the first move.”

3. Eventually realize that Matt was the one lying to her, claim disappointment and tease breaking up. Dramatic crying.

4. Accept whatever weasally apology Matt gave her and get re-engaged with an upgrade ring she bought herself. 

5. Rinse repeat. 

 

And let's not forget that the one thing that was always happening at every step was neglecting her responsibilities as Leah's mom. Now she gets to recreate THE EXACT SAME PATTERN with this guy who seems to lie about restraining orders instead of children. Ugh.

I have three kids that I love more than life itself and cried last week as I rubbed my two year old daughter's head with a wet cloth as I prayed for her fever to go back down (it wasn't high enough for the ER but high enough to leave her with discomfort and I want my child comfortable ?).

I hate leaving my son at kindergarten because I want to watch every new experience he is experiencing with being in school but I know I have to let him fly from the nest and can't volunteer/chaperone his class each day as I work. 

My oldest is always busy with her band rehearsals and class that I cherish the five minutes of chit chatting we do before she leaves for the school bus at 6 am in the morning and AMBER can go MONTHS without seeing her daughter because of a BOOOOOOYYYFRIIIIIIIEEEEEND (Barbara TM2).

And don't tell me "mental" issues she's going through because my mother has some of the same issues she has and stayed with ALL FIVE of us kids while working blue collar jobs.

She needs to own up to the fact that what bond she had with Leah broke when she went to prison and that it's hard to re establish the bond after being released.

If she'd own up to that then maybe I would be a little more understanding but all she does is fake cry over everything and guilt poor Leah when she doesn't treat her like the mother she never was to her (Christmas ornament gate) instead of admitting she wasn't into the whole mothering thing. The draw of this show was watching them struggle because of being teen moms and now that they are all older, it has gotten out of hand. That's when this show had substance and showed young girls the reasons why getting pregnant at a young age could negatively affect your life.

Instead, we now watch women talk about being "boss bitches" as they sit on the couch clicking on a website while staying up to 4am live streaming on Instagram about all of the money she has in her safe dropping nothing but F-Bombs.

Meanwhile her daughter is safely tucked away asleep at her fathers home getting a good nights rest for school the next morning while her REAL MOM KRISTINA gets up at 4am to get Leah's breakfast ready and prepares her lunch for school (maybe not at 4am but my point was Kristina isn't up til 4am on social media when she has kids that depend on her for a healthy breakfast and ride to school).

Amber gets her crocodile tears ready for the reunions to defend why she's a TERRIFIC mom and if you tell her different she intimidates you to back down or she will possibly hit you.

You can't tell me she can't afford to pay the IRS the money she owes if she's got it banked. Smart people would feel that the anxiety of having the IRS watching you and not being able to have a bank account or own property for investments is worth not just forking over what you owe to sleep better at night.

She will be broke soon and Gary will most likely rent one of his properties to her since she's Leah's mother even though Amber will still be mean to him and rude because her pride is hurt from flaunting her money before but she's too immature to be appreciative to Gary and say "if it weren't for me you wouldn't have the money and properties you have because I was the star of the show so you've owe me!" Instead of "thank you for allowing me to stay in one of your properties until I find a job and get back on my feet" she's too proud and arrogant.

*ahem* I was student council president for my elementary school when I was in the 4th and 5th grades. That was back in the 1980s. As one of my campaign promises,  pledged to tease all the girls' hair. Luckily, it was a small school.
