Dorinda's daughter is so odd looking (and acting).  

Tinsley and Topper Mortimer?  Sounds Like cartoon characters. Does Tinsley really believe that New York is the only place a person can wear black?  So weird. 

I love that all of these woman have pets. I don't remember seeing that on the other Housewife shows.  To me, a house isn't a home without a pet in it.

Bethenny had me with calling Carole out on her dismissive attitude... and then she lost me with the comment about "crusty" women attending afternoon tea parties.

LuAnn's 90's puffy-shouldered floral dress was entertaining. (Old Ralph Lauren! I was almost right with my Laura Ashley guess) But I allllllmost prefer it to this cutout-shoulder trend. And it's more chic than Bethenny's foul attitude.

What is wrong with Ramona? I honestly think she is incapable of experiencing joy. Even when she was married it seemed she was happier to be able to laud it over people that she was married than she was about her relationship. Her effing tagline? "Acquire some taste"?!!! Bitch please.

Almost all of the BH HWs have pets as well. I think Tinsley is the only one on NY and Dorit on BH that don't have any.

Kind of boring ep. I liked Bethenny and Cookie, and Ramona's horrible hair.

I thought Luann's dress was sweet, but I love Luann faults and all lol.

The butler sucks! He was kind of mute last season if I recall correctly...

Oh and that thing about Ramona and Beth's puppies?! She turned it into something about Coco, "she's so cute and young." No she's not, she's like ten years old.

 I was glad to see Bethenny in bed with Cookie.  I've always hated when people move in puppies when their dogs get old to lessen their own pain when they inevitably lose the older dog.

Ugh, Eyebrows is back.

LuAnn's hat and dress were not good, but she did at least adhere to the invitation dress code.

Carole there is one argument with merit for why you might be better informed than the average informed person, it is because you are still in touch with some of your friends, colleagues, and sources from when you were a journalist who have access to more info. I used to be a legislative aide and I still hear shit from time to time. I have a friend who used to be a journalist both in the states and Europe and he'll get random emails about crazy ass news that will break a couple of days later.

I don't know why Bethenny was being needlessly bitchy.

In a shocking development, Bethenny was entirely obnoxious. Acknowledge my dogs that I would never e-mail you about! I've been ordering guests to take off their shoes for years but now I can blame it on puppies! My relationship with the father of my child should be over now that the child is six years old! Also, respect my position of administrator of vocal volume.

Ramona's gonna have to invest in CGI hickeys if she wants Mario to buy her "dating" stories. And I'm glad Tinsley thinks she trademarked long hair barrel curls and I'm super stoked for a frozen egg storyline.

NY is my favorite franchise but these women are awful. Except for Dorinda who is a friend in my head.

Something is very wrong with Carole's upper lip. On my TV, she looked like she had a white line above her lip. Also, I really don't need to see Carole eat ever again, at least not if she's having a conversation at the same time.

Holy hell, Beth looks like shit this season.  Last season, she looked the best she's ever looked.  This season, she looks like she's aged 20 years and is even skinnier than before. I take it her and Dennis aren't quite the item they were.  She seems to be setting up the eventual breakup.   And she's extremely rude to any of the staffers.  She's far more of an asshole to staff than Luann ever was.

Meanwhile, Lu is starting to look like the dime store Countess.  The hat, the outfit.  She used to be effortlessly cool.

Ramona looks like one sloppy mess now; like she's uncomfortable being in her own skin.  I truly believe that she wants the world to believe she's doing well and she's having some great time dating, but in reality she's struggling.

Carole's face looks like shit as well because of the overuse of fillers, but I loved the outfit she wore at the party.

Dorinda looks stunning in her talking heads.

From all reports they are still dating. I think this is her way of justifying him not being on the show at all. She has gotten slammed for hiding her BFs from the cameras since she came back. LOL

I normally don't like the newcomers right away but Oddly enough I don't dislike the new HW, Tinsley, so far anyway. I have to agree about  wearing black clothing,  everytime I go to Chicago it seems like everyone is wearing black. My daughter moved from Chicago to California, she had to buy brighter colored clothing. The Beverly Hills HW's would have embraced the party dress code. Not these ladies, most of them wore black.

the less we see of eyebrows the better. 

Sonjas butler is a dick but I like him. 

Ramona and Sonja are jealous of Lu having a man and getting married. I thought Lu's dress looked cute.

I thought that Ramona was all kinds of rude this entire episode.  She was rude to Bethenny about her shoes and the puppies, she was rude to Carole about the political stuff...well, to be honest, all three of them were rude to each other at different times, so I guess that was a draw.

Ramona was very rude to Tinsley and to Gigi, Sonja's neighbor.  

I don't know what's up with Ramona this season, but she isn't herself, at all.  At least in the past, she tried to cover her rudeness up, to an extent.  It's as if she saw how much press Bethenny got last season, with all her rudeness, and Ramona is trying to copy it.

I've lived in California all of my life and my closet is full of nothing but black clothing with some purple stuff mixed in. I'm not understanding why everyone is saying people don't wear black here.  Almost nobody I know wears bright colored clothes.

I've lived in Ca and now live in Florida.  I wear black and colors too. My wardrobe is probably 30% black

You're right; it was more appropriate than most of the outfits, and I thought that was thoughtful of her.  It just looked odd--to me--for LuAnn to be wearing it... reunion outfits aside, she generally looks very modern. (I did wonder if it was a slight dis to Sawnya, wearing an older dress and Blossom hat for the occasion.) 

i personally loved the black dress with the big white flowers. I forgot who wore it, but it was floral without being Laura Ashley-esque.

I know it was so rude for a variety of reasons but the cut from Bethenny saying that Luann's head is too big for any hat to fit her and the immediate jump to Luann walking down the street in her hat for the party was a thing of beauty editing-wise.
