Heather Dubrow is stuck between an orange a rock and a hard place.

That's because after her longtime Real Housewives of Orange County costar Shannon Beador's ex-boyfriend John Janssen started dating returning series alum Alexis Bellino last year, Heather has felt torn amid her two BFFs' love triangle drama.

"This is a hard situation for everyone to navigate," Heather exclusively told to E! News. "These are tough waters to swim. Shannon is my friend and wanna support her in the best way that I can, and Alexis is my friend and I want to support her in the best way I can. I really just want everyone to be happy."

The 55-year-old promised RHOC's upcoming 18th season is going to be "quite interesting" given Alexis returning and starting a relationship with Shannon's ex, adding, "I heard the first three episodes are amazing."

As for Heather's initial reaction when she learned John had moved on with one of their former castmates?

"When I first heard it, I didn't really believe it," she admitted. "I didn't believe it until Alexis told me."

Despite the bad blood between Shannon and Alexis, Heather teased RHOC's new season will have plenty of entertaining storylines aside from the love triangle.

"So much happened this season that I don't even know how they're gonna fit it all in," the Let's Talk podcast host noted. "The dynamic is really good and we have so many strong people around, which is nice. So much history between so many of us, it's a crazy season."

"There's a lot of laughs too," Heather—who will also be joined by returning Housewives Tamra Judge, Gina Kirschenheiter, Emily Simpson and Jennifer Pedranti for season 18—added. "Orange County is back to its comedic form."

And when it comes to Heather's personal life, fans might get a first-hand look at her husband Terry Dubrow's near-fatal blood clot scare last August. In fact, Heather credits the app Life360, which she recently partnered with, for helping get the famed plastic surgeon the medical attention he didn't know he needed.

"He had that mini-stroke and we were in Beverly Hills and he just took off and left me and my son standing there because he like didn't want to be bothered," she revealed to E!. "Literally it was integral in saving his life because, if we had not found him, we never could have convinced him to go to the hospital and things could have ended up very differently."

Gina has issues with Travis being too close to his ex wife. Alexis thinks she will marry John Janssen! Ryan and Jen Pedranti get engaged. Ryan's betting scandal is mentioned. John Janssen is "extorting" Shannon. Her DUI is discussed. Heather thinks Gina is a user, and not her friend. Group trips to Sonoma, Palm Springs, Big Bear, and the U.K. (London).

New season looks juicy. I'm over feeling bad or guilty for watching anyone's heartbreak being exposed for my entertainment on these shows. They know what they're doing, keep coming band for more.

OC season 18 is a result of two seasons of fixing/rebuilding (adding Dubrow back in season 16 and Tamra in season 17..plus Jenn coming in during season 17 with a backbone and her look is early OC).

If OC season 18 is fire like the trailer promises....then it's possible for Atlanta and Jersey to be fixed.

I don’t believe her.  This is a lie to sell Life360.  Since when would Terry just walk off and leave his wife and kid “standing there?”  And to say that Terry doesn’t like to be “bothered???”  They could have come up with a more believable story.

Honestly, maybe she will fit in better with the OC. To me she's more of an OC girl than a BH girl. The only thing that makes me think Hollywood about Teddi is the fact her dad is a rock star. She's a pretty regular chick otherwise, not insanely rich or glamorous or eccentric.

Thank you! I thought I was the only one who felt this way! I am not saying Alexis shows Shannon loyalty since they were not friends, but it’s absolutely hurtful to suddenly have to work with your ex’s new partner on TV.

Jeff Lewis of Flipping Out, other shows, and a Serius Radio show was on Bravo's Watch What Happens Live tonight (he is a close friend of Shannon Beador's), and said that Alexis tells everybody who would listen that she, and John have sex four times a day! 

ETA: He also said that he thinks it's a great season judging by the previews.

I remember her acting like a sex starved teen when she was on Below Deck with some guy she was soooo in love with.  My question is how does John keep up if as Shannon tells it that he is a big drinker...whiskey d*ck happens.

That was Drew, her fiance. She probably wanted to show Jim Bellino, her ex husband. They were together for four years, or something like this. She broke up with him and hooked up with John Janssen, just in time for the new season to start filming.

On the new season (which was filmed almost 2 years ago!) of Bravo's long running Million Dollar Listing Los Angeles Josh Altman will sell Heather Dubrow's OC house and help her buy a new one in Beverly Hills. The season will start airing on Wednesday, 10th of July, a day before the new OC season. Bravo is airing promos for a couple of weeks.

Admittedly not the most devoted watcher ( but I am LONGTIME watcher) but I thought Heather and Terry were building that hometoendallhomes for a season or two and then actually moved in. So is that the home they sold and then were looking for a new home or what? I am confused.

Yes, they built their huge home that included a luggage room, a porte cochere, an etched glass window that nestled fertilized ovum and a foyer that was an exact copy of a Four Season's hotel including the floral designs...they sold it and promptly bought some mansion that was build in the 80's from the way it looks, they will be rebuilding/renovating/adding all the bells and whistles of a mall and luxury hotel.

If anyone wants to be inspired by my luggage room it is the closet in my garage that also holds my HVAC system and the hot water heater...yeah, it's a ritzy situation.

They build houses and sell them for decades. The last two were the biggest and most expensive. It also coincided (I don't think it was exactly a coincidence, they joined the show to promote their businesses) with their appearance on the show which helped in selling them for a lot higher amounts than they would normally do. A large portion of their income is profit from real estate transactions.

The rest of the mausoleum was generic which works when you plan to sell. Heather said multiple times this was the house they would keep, but clearly that wasn't the case. Logically, who needs a house that size when the kids are going to be leaving. Okay, who ever needs a house that size?

She also claimed the previous house which they sold soon after it was finished would be their forever home.
