Slow clap. This is clearly their little ploy to ease Smuggar back into the public eye. I called him being on air by next season. Sadly, it looks like I am going to be right. 

And with that, I hope the show watches every hate-watcher, probably cutting the audience in half, and with advertisers dropping like flies, a quick, painful (for Jessa) cancellation.

I read this as "totally forgiven," and Smuggar forgiven of past sins. It's all part of his TLC redemption arc. Love that they used that word, since it's the word we've been using to frame his comeback since he first fell from grace.

Those were the mistakes of a young boy, remember?  (Nevermind that their age of accountability is 10.)  His sisters were asleep and didn't know even know it has happened until their parents told them (except for the ones that were awake as his behavior escalated and became more and more pervy).

Remember the Resurrection Tour? They have to work the pictures into their "story" so when they go on tour the leghumpers can believe that everything is because of God's loving guidance leading them to  sell more tickets. It's all in the "marketing" highly doubt Mullet gives two flying shits about Anna and her marriage.

Anna looked much, much better when Josh was away at Pray Camp.  She looks kinda stressed or sad or something. Maybe she is just humiliated daily at her life with that pig? 

Redemptive Love? I'm gonna be sick. The Duggars are so gross to post that Vile Josh, smiling so smuggly. I realize he is their son and they probably love him and all tha.   But I have never met a person in real life who doesn't recoil in disgust when his name comes up.  I have pretty religious friends and everyone makes a face about Josh.  It's only the 100 wackos on FB who love him...probably living in a dirty house full of cat shit and heavily medicated. Crazy people support Josh.

Josh looks overweight, pasty, balding, smug and exhausted in that photo.  So...normal for him.

With Josh back home and underfoot, Anna has to figure out how to still be attractive and available to him, while also chasing after four kids, cleaning, cooking, laundry, etc.  I get the feeling that Josh doesn't do a whole lot of work around the house.  Plus, if he disappears for more than a few minutes, or takes off and doesn't tell her where he's going, she's got to always be wondering what he's doing.  And this is who she's stuck with for life.  That would make any woman stressed.

Just wondering, has Anna given any talking heads during this season of Counting On? I've seen her and the kids on the show in the background but I don't remember any interview. Josh has been back since they started this season, maybe that's why we haven't seen her as much. I wish we could find out where their family is living since I really don't think all 6 of them are back at the family compound.

This season? I think just in the very first episode to establish that Smuggly was home and that they were working on their marriage. Other than that, Anna and family have been conspicuous by their absence.  TLC said they weren't going to feature Smuggly this season, and so far they've kept their word. 

I'm pretty sure that the anniversary pic is Boob's way of easing him back into the show. I fully expect him to be back next season, even if it's just a scene or two. And that's when I stop hate-watching.

I wonder where Josh and his family are living too. They must be going to some lengths not to be out it the public. Not that there is paparazzi hanging out in Arkansas, and not that most folks even have the Duggars on their radar, but I would think there would be an occasional random pic from a humper or hater.

Maybe they are holed up in Grandma's room in the TTH.

Okay, I looked this up since I was curious, and I'd forgotten that Josh bought a house (fixer upper ) about 18 miles away from his parent's home in January 2015, about 4 months before the scandals came out. I also read elsewhere that the family had been renovating it for them. It was a foreclosure and a 4 bedroom home, so I presume they're living there now.

 If one looks at just the facts of this show without any cutesy manufactured storylines you have:  Molestation, food insecurity, corporal punishment, educational deficiencies that are startling as in these kids don't know BASICS and normal things that one picks up by osmosis, childlike behaviors in adults that are not cute but creepy, hygiene issues, ignoring of delays in children, turning their kids into basically foster parents (there is a reason we as a society don't want 10 year old girls having kids), and fear of anyone not just like them.  Aren't these things attention worthy of someone other than TLC like maybe the authorities?  It seems abusive to keep pumping them out in their early days when they couldn't feed/clothe/house the ones they had without the charity of others.

I'd be sad if my loser of a husband was trying to pork me night and day after being locked up in jesus jail for months after his sex scandals.  I need to go to my happy place and think of kittens because I just grossed myself out.

Would this be the same house that they sold to Josh's attorney shortly after Joshgate 1 broke?

IMHO there is no way that Josh and Anna are going to be far from KJB and Mommie Dearest's sight.  No. Way.  Josh needs to be babysat 24/7 to stop him from straying and Anna is a flight risk.

That house was sold to a trust right after Joshgate II hit in 8/15. The thing is, a Duggar friend runs the trust, but no Duggar is named in it. So, it's clear as mud who really owns the Sialom Springs house. I think they're in the guesthouse (the real one, not Ben's shed) on the Back 40. Duggars did THs there before Boob bought the pool house. It has dark floors, and Mere was pictured there around her 1st birthday. It also keeps Smuggar under Boob's control, which we all know is the case.

The guest house isn't out back of the Duggar main house.  It's in one of the commercial buildings near the street.  For some reason whether potential law suits or to simply control Josh and Anna, Jim Bob wanted that house in Siloam Springs out of their control.  He probably fronted the money they used to buy it.

Thanks for the correction of the location of the Guest House on the grounds. For some reason, I thought they built it like off of their back patio or thereabouts. At any rate, I'd bet the bank that's where they are. 

I think Smugs had enough money squirrled away from his TLC appearances to purchase that fixer upper himself.  Remember, when TLC "thanked" Josh and Anna at the end of an episode, they got a check, and they were "thanked" pretty often for a while there, especially after the DC move. At any rate, given the timing of the "sale," it's evident that Boob's fingerprints are all over this, and whatever trust holds the property has ties back to him in some fashion, not Smuggar. I agree that it's totally a move to control the wayward son.

Y'all are probably going to hate me but...

Meridith is nowhere near as ugly as Davia; however, her mouth is awful.  If it weren't for her mouth, she would be much cuter.  Davia, bless her heart, is severely lacking in the looks department.  I hope she somehow manages to outgrow it.
