If they’re doing Tracy/Martin, I’m here for it. Two veteran soap actors, with JE famous for turning, as Soap Confidential likes to say, “sh*t into sugar”.

Tracy can’t be with someone too good, so shades of grey with a Tad twinkle in his eyes Martin is fine with me. She may also try to get back at him for Tracy putting him up to seducing her, and/or make her jealous.

Agreed! I even included them in my list of couples I'm interested in. Actually, three of the couples I mentioned I like were: LL2, Tracy and Martin, and, yup, Jason and Sasha. 

I think Tracy and Martin showed a nice spark in that scene, and JE and MEK are both amazing, fantastic vets. 

Sasha has grown on me. We are indeed seeing her as part of the Scorpio family, and I enjoyed the scene with her and Jason. My two fave Jason relationships were Jason and SJB's Carly (and I realize now that was 100% chemistry related) and Robin.  Sasha has that same good girl quality with the sense of right, but speaks her mind too that Robin did 

Yes, she's younger than him, but if they can work well together, I'm OK with that. And I like the full circle story of Jason helping with Michael's baby--esp if he doesn't tell Carly, lol!

I am also giving a massive eye roll. I'm fine with him wanting a break—don't we all?—but I'm a bit peeved that the show seems to be holding the role open for him. It's not as if he's off to make a movie or something, where there's a return date. Why Frank is okay with holding the show hostage is beyond me.

But at least the show seems to realize Michael won't be around for much longer and is attempting some sort of exit story for him.

Which is actually in character for Jason, so I can't complain on that front. But SM and SB are not the strongest actors on their own. Together? Not looking forward to that.

But who knows? Maybe it will work. 🤷‍♀️

Whenever I see people on fire flailing around, I wonder, Does no one remember the "stop, drop, and roll" PSAs that Dick Van Dyke did? (Pepperidge Farm remembers, and so do I.)

If that's not Michael flailing around, who do we think it is? Putting him a coma (and, no doubt, another stint in the Facility That Jax Found™) is a cheap way to put the character on ice. I'd rather he ran away or something like that.

I agree, especially since the character already went the long coma route and Lulu just got out of a years long one.

I guess leaving would’ve given Michael too much agency. Now his mommy and daddy can keep him close. The main reason I dislike the character is that the writers don’t let him tie his shoelaces w/out the help of one or both of them.

If that teaser is true and it is Michael on fire, then Frank has a very strange idea of ‘great exit story’.’ I fully expected Michael to abscond with the kids ND MAYBE Willow follows, searching offscreen. But setting him on fire and having him either presumed dead or so badly burned that he needs plastic surgery to recover? BTDT read the book, seen the flick,

They're giving Chad time frame to come back.  So when they ready he either says yes or new face Michael. Lol

I don't get why they couldn't just have him shoot Drew and then skip town on his plane. If they can make Lucky Spencer a deadbeat they can do it with Michael.

It's clearly a bizarre quick change, since they had set up Michael being vengeful over Willow and Drew a la Alan vs. Monica, which would've been great. Then in classic modern GH fashion, they dropped it all for him just moping around lovelorn and now boom, burnt to a crisp. I wonder just how bad off Chad is IRL.

They need to recast but I don't think Frank ever will out of loyalty to Chad's long years in the role.

The writing was on the wall for the whole Willow/Drew/Nina mess to come out during the divorce/custody hearing. Maybe with a side of Sasha in the courtroom passing out, everyone figuring out she's pregnant, and Jason stepping in to claim he's the father.  I wonder where they're going with all of it now. With Michael out of the picture, there's no real reason for anyone else to blow up all of that. Nina clearly desperately does not want Willow to ever find out about her and Drew, because her tenuous relationship with Willow (and, therefore, the kids) is the most important factor to her. "I banged him for you!" is going to come across like the equivalent of "this isn't what it looks like!" Curtis's loyalty is to Nina, so, no matter how pissed he gets at Drew, he's not likely to bust them.

Demi Moore (ex-Jackie Templeton) won a Golden Globe tonight. Her dress is beautiful and her speech was very empowering! Brava!

Now I'm wondering if we'll ever see or hear reference (other than the very brief mention between the newlyweds, post- wedding) to Chase's mother again. I thought there would be some mention of Jackie when Gregory passed away but nothing (that I recall).

The ironic thing is that, just after she won her GG the other night, the usual idiots posted that video from her Jackie Templeton days when she kissed the Jeremy actor during a holiday party.

Now, that ancient video does look slightly bad, especially in these more enlightened times, but their respective ages were 19 and 15! it was not that big of a deal, and I hate that it comes up whenever Demi gets some acclaim -- especially since it has to do with GH.
