I only caught half of the episode, but I think this is their 'we-are-haughty-polygamists-with-extra-freezers-monogamists-only-have-one-we-are-persecuted-Persecuted-we-say!-neighbours-called-the-police-because-they-hate-our-special-lifestyle-fuck-you-you-monogamist-freaks!' faces. Thank her face filter for the black eye. Anyone else would have started over—or just used their actual face—than look like they got a black eye (and then posted it!).

Also, I know the top has polka dots but when I first looked at it, it looked like it had stains/spills on it - probably because the fabric is so cheap it looks like the shirt is really old and worn.

So let me see if I understand.....she drops about $500 (who knows) at the Disney store (what on earth is she buying for her "friends and customers" at the Disney store, is what I want to know), but her glasses are 8 years old and she has so many receipts in her purse that if she stacks them, they rival the thickness of War and Peace?

I can usually parse out her passive-aggressive posts, but this one has me stumped.  Is she saying, "Wheee!  Look at me!  So carefree at Disney!  Buying stuff for friends and customers (but notably not family)!  But, lest my ex husband, his stealth-mode wife and his two side-pieces get the wrong idea, I'm actually rilly broke so don't come knocking on my rental door asking for grocery money!  Check ya later, losers!"

I think she's in the same dire financial straits as the rest of them.  She's maxed out every credit card she has, thus the reference to the stack of receipts.  These people all have the same crappy MO when it comes to money. Charge until the card melts, declare bankruptcy, get new cards, repeat.

And with Meri, she apparently thinks the only way to garner love or respect is to buy people things (I'm looking at you, Princess Must Go To Westminster Pudge) because she's so caustic to be around otherwise.  So off she sails to Disney where she picks up tons of overpriced crap to impress people.

I find it "weird" (Meri's favorite word) that she's so crazy about Disneyland, considering she and Snowflake went to meet Sam the millionaire there, and he turned out to be Jackie. That would make me never want to go back.  Yet Meri goes several times a year.  Makes no sense to this COL.

My DVR recorded one hour of Sunday's show this morning.  I hate how TLC splits the episodes and calls them "new."

Yes, today's "Episode 2" was the second half of last Sunday's "Episode 1".  Presumably this upcoming Sunday's is "Episode 3".

Not to rain on your parade @deirdra but Downtown Disney hadn't yet been built when I was a kid, so it definitely did not exist when Meri was in school! 😁

Her trips to Disneyland still make me green with envy.  Maybe I should consider a polygamous lifestyle to help me work on my jealousy.
