Drunk Kiki trying to take off her blouse was the most genuinely funny thing I've seen on this show in ages.

Also, as Diane reminded Carly today, Michael can be cold an d ruthless if he believes that is continuing to harm his family. He would take the kid away from her if he thinks she is cuckoo for coco puffs.

I haven't watched yet, but reading this just confuses me. In what situation can Michael, that Eyore, baby-faced Stupid Little Shit, be ruthless if he believes--what? I'm confused by the sentence. And are you saying that he would take the kid away from the SheBeast, his mother, if said beast is "cuckoo for cocoa puffs?" Or do you mean away from Nelle if Nelle proves to be crazy?

Carly's got some gold medal Olympic style level of ZERO self-awareness with her comments about how Nelle would love her out of the picture and Nelle would try to keep her grandchild away from her.  On the other side of that coin, AJ must be doing ice-skating spins in his grave.

Seriously.  Why don't you ask Monica what that's like, Carls?

Well, he went after custody of Avery when he was pissed at Sonny and Carly, and was pretty ruthless about it.

I'll say it again--Nelle is an idiot to stay in town--Carly is already gearing up to take that child.  I am not a Nelle fan, but I hope she gets one over on Carly (yeah yeah I know ain't never gonna happen)  Carly really needs to be taken down a peg or two or ten.

I KNOW. I was mildly surprised Diane didn't wryly point that out. Because ultimately, Michael has a pretty decent relationship with those horrible, evul Quartermaines. Who really "won"?

Yup, he threatened to let Morgan stay in prison if they didn't give up Avery. Although thinking about, Morgan probably would have been better off there.

Fuckin' glad-she's-dead Sabrina.

We all know the show will never allow Sonny and/or Carly to lose permanently. Alas. If it hadn't been Sabrina, it would have been someone else. I agree she was the wrong person to persuade Michael to relent.

It happened rather abruptly which makes me think it came from on-high to end the feud early (then again, it ALSO reminded me of how quickly Ron tried to sweep the whole rapemance thing on OLTL under the rug).  Although things were still a tiny bit tense between Michael and Sonny until Sonny got shot that fall/when Jean and Shelly took over, then Michael APOLOGIZED for being mad at him, guh-ross.

I assumed the show would be preempted by Muller news. I was glad it wasn't. Now I am not.

No big Friday happening, GH just kicked the can down the hall from the events Wed and Thur. Boring. I have no idea what the Sonny scenes were supposed to mean, filler. Boring

Nelle and her coloring. I keep seeing an odd shine on the actresses teeth. Are they hitting her with a blacklight to make her more scary?

I loved Monica speaking the truth to Carly.  Not only about AJ but how she's jeopardizing her grandchild's health. Not that Carly is brght enough to see it until she's going to get her hands on the baby.  She and Sonny can start a daycare with kids they've stolen from their mothers.

I HATE how Jason is so important that AnnaF!Devane along with Drew and Sam have to wait because for Diane being Sonny's messenger girl and convincing Jason to come to a will reading he wants nothing to do with is the whole world.

Is all the beneficiaries having to be at the reading before the will is probated as US thing? I don't recall that with my mother's will.  Not to mention, I have the feeling that a competent lawyer (certainly not Diane) could win a lawsuit releasing Drew's memories since it's theft of intellectual property.

The more people that tell Jason that Sam loves him while he does nothing but mope, the more he looks like apathetic wimp.

The Ava/Griffin fight is so stupid.  But her scene with Kiki was nice and she's so much a better mother than Carly is, that the show constantly saying that Ava is such a bad mother that they have to keep Avery away from her is a ridiculous 'tell, don't show'.

UGGGGG! If they're going to do a dementia storyline, do it properly!  Bensch should be doing the Mini Mental on his own regularly with his older patients, you don't need a neurosurgeon to do it..  If Bensch weren't on the show, would they have to have Lucas be the one to do those family doctor exams?

Sonny is such a pissy little man.  He can't resist a jibe at Griffin for dating Ava even while he needs Griffin to help him with Mike. But then, Sonny's feelings are always the most important thing with Sonny.

"I never had any inclination to set foot in [Sonny's house] before Sonny murdered my son, and I certainly didn't afterwards." Monica Quartermaine, I bow down before you, that was some EPIC shade. Of course her advice to Carly fell on deaf ears, but it's nice that Monica is a class act and is willing to go to bat for her great-grandchild.

I thought maybe this Mike stuff was supposed to portray a kinder and gentler Sonny for the audience to sympathize with, but then he treated Griffin so disdainfully due to his association with Ava, so NOPE, Sonny is every bit the asshole he's always been.

Am I supposed to really think Drew or Jason would kill the other to get the information from Faison's safe? This is so dumb, but I guess the show has decided to really play up the Cain/Abel angle for all it's worth.

LOL at Carly's face when Jason said he spent Valentine's Day with Danny; then she regroups and is glad Jason can be a father to the son he said he didn't want to get hurt by his lifestyle.

"Mr. Corinthos, I would prefer to hear it from the patient himself." TOUCHDOWN. Sonny pouts on the other side of the room.

He's so exasperated with Mike all the time. How dare Mike need something other than money from his son. Sonny is such a martyr to give up his precious time to force his father to see a doctor. (I'm not against the doctor part, just that Sonny is acting like it's the height of inconvenience to have to deal with it himself.)

SHUT UP ABOUT JASON AND SAM, CARLY. Gah. If Jason is ignoring anyone's calls, it should be Carly's.

So FINALLY. It is proven/demonstrated/confirmed that AJ really did return from the dead when Faison "killed" Jason back in 2012. That's something at least.

Nah. I'd call it EPIC TRUTHTELLING. But of course it falls on deaf ears, because it's the SHEBEAST. Just like Alexis's truth telling after Jax's "death" to SheBeast fell on deaf ears.

It cracks me up that Carly hasn't Spyder-Findered that unknown number she keeps looking at.

Monica is a much better ally for Nelle than Ava. Nelle's smugness that things are going well for her means she'll be slapped down a peg or ten very soon.

A greasy breakfast making a hangover feel less severe isn't so much psychosomatic as the placebo effect.

If Diane excused her assistant to go back to the office, where is everyone meeting? It's not as if the room's location affects the legitimacy of the reading of the will.

LOL at Carly's "That's not the whole story" when Monica mentioned Sonny murdering AJ. Uh...it pretty much is the whole story.

Christ, die Carly, you unholy cow. And I didn't even like AJ. Still, loved Monica's line about not being inclined to visit even before Sonny murdered AJ.

And actually, yes, it would be better for Jason to not give in to Faison's mind games. Shut up, Carly.

Why was Ava wearing sunglasses inside? I'm asking just in case there is a reason I missed.

They've really sucked all the humor out of Anna.

I thought it was portrayed rather even handendly for once. Monica got to have the parting shot. Monica knows Nelle is shady, but she told Carly to simply be the bigger person and Carly can't even handle that graciously. We know Carly is right about Nelle, but I don't think it came across, or was meant to come across like Monica beating up on poor Carly.

Nice work, Frank's assistant, nice work. (He wrote today's episode.)

@Melgaypet, yeah, Morgan was locked up for drugging Michael.

Yep, just gnawing my fingers down on this one.  Except for the part where Drew is a long term thinker who takes a slow and steady pace, and Jason is now so passive that unless he's given orders by Sonny he wouldn't take the initiative.

Faison leaving Britt sandbags because she dragged him down is why no one should ever have tried to connect with him.  Obrecht got nothing because "Faison never cared about her".

The test that Griffin gave Max is the Mini-Mental State Exam. Another common assessment is the Montreal Cognitive Assessment, which is the one that President Trump took.  It was created by a neurologist who had fled the war in his native Lebanon.

The only thing meaner would have been if he said that the sandbags represented her boobs, the reasons why he had no use for her.

At first I thought it was to hide red eyes from crying, but I don't think Ava cried right before going to the gallery. So maybe just to show she haz a sadz because Griffin won't devote every second of every waking hour to her?

There's still time for Faison to leave Obrecht something. We don't know what he has in store for Anna.

First off, the whole Drew/Jason-one-would-have-to-kill-the-other thing in Faison's will is quite possible the most ridiculous thing I've heard/seen on this show. No, wait, hearing that it is "perfectly legal" is the most ridiculous thing.

I kind of assumed that we'd have Josslyn and Oscar's school dance today.  Wasn't it going to be a Valentine's dance?  Isn't that why we had the whole appropriate-dress-for-a-14-year-old storyline?  And the mention of a "counter dance" that could get them suspended from school?  It's now February 16.  Valentine's Day is over and gone.  I was pretty sure it was supposed to be a Valentine's Dance.

I can't stand Nelle.  I can't stand Carly either, but Nelle's attempt to gaslight her is just all sorts of wrong.

I'm pretty sure that "perfectly legal" referred to having it in the will, not that killing itself is legal. Can't you make all sorts of bananas requirements in a will, but the probate judge can deem them unenforceable for reasons of legality? (L&O U had very shoddy coverage of trusts and estates.)

Ava? Your boyfriend is a doctor but he puts his patients’ needs ahead of yours? OMG. How horrible of him! He went to look after your drunk on her ass daughter and you were so hurt that he stood you up on Valentine’s Day? How middle school of you. What the hell is wrong with this woman? I stopped watching GH for years so I’m confused on many levels but I have two questions. Why do most of the women wear that harsh black eye makeup? Why do their eyes shine and glisten like they’ve been crying even when they haven’t? Is it the weird lighting? Oh, one more. Why is everything (sets, clothing, everything) so damn dark?

The Faison thing is stupid. Drew doesn't really want to kill anyone not even Jason so getting back his memories is not a big enough temptation for him. And Jason is a lot of things, but he isn't going to just kill Drew in order to find out Hendrich's whereabouts. Jason will try to track him down another way.

The reading of the will was so ridiculous! I laughed about the bags of sand being left for Britt and the reasoning behind it. Faison was an asshole to the last. But the whole thing with Drew/Jason was so damn ridiculous. They're not going to kill each other to get what they want.

I hate Nelle even more today for using Monica. She is such a cow! And Carly needs a tall glass of STFU. Maybe she needs to get her head checked by Griffin, wretched cow has memory problems.

53 here. If you are judging me on a test counting backwards from 100 by 7’s I am doomed. Maybe, by 2 or 3’s. I think I remembered the 3 words though.

I was really shocked that Monica had never been to Sonny’s. I understand it storyline wise but Sonny has been on the show for over 25 years. Jeez! Monica sure holds a grudge. LOL!!!!!!

Hasn't Sonny lived a number of places?  Monica may have visited him when Jason first glued himself to Sonny but I doubt Monica has had reason to visit since.  It's not like they were even social friends, especially since Carly took Michael and kept Monica from him.

Nelle is sketch and stupidly clumsy, Carly is the SheBeast and Michael is stupid.  There's really no one to root for in that storyline except maybe Monica.

You're probably safe, the scoring accounts for normal weaknesses.

Quote

A score of 26 or over is considered to be normal. In a study, normal people scored an average of 27.4; people with mild cognitive impairment (MCI) scored an average of 22.1; people with Alzheimer's disease scored an average of 16.2.
