Liked the jacket....not so much the hair.

I just want Sonny & Shawn to try and take Heather.  She will chew them up like a Kelly's BLT.

I've watched Fri twice now and decided I liked MSt.  Waaaay over the top but the gal can do BSC like nobody's business,  DM did look a little scared.  I will say I was waiting for the repeated lines.

Ava and Morgan were so sweet.

Nathan get a clue and some hustle, dude.  Your sister is crazy and dangerous.

Kiki....I won't even waste my fingers and time.

All in all a good ep.

Maurice Bernard just re-signed his damn contract.

It's not too early to start drinking is it?  What a vile and violent thug that Ron and Guza have chosen as their leading man.

It's never too early to start drinking!  I agree, although probably no one cares.  I've only been with the show since June and it took me all of 2 weeks to decide that I hated Sonny.  There was never any doubt that he would re-sign, was there?  Bring on the vodka.

Well, five but yeah. She's not pregnant in real life. I rewatched her on my computer last night in HD, and I thought she looked gorgeous. That white top was really flattering to her skin tone.

I cannot believe Maura West has five kids and looks like that - I looked like hell after two.  She is so beautiful and an incredible actress - I live in fear that they will kill her off.  That damned Sonny needs to concentrate on Fluke and leave her alone.  I can't believe they are going with having Nina steal the baby - I am a Michelle Stafford fan, but that baby doesn't stand a chance with this Nina character they are writing.

If Nina does take the baby, Sonny will go after her because he sees his children as possessions

That's only if the baby is his. If it's Morgan's, Sonny will urge him to "claim" his baby, but that's it. And either way, if it's girlchild (which I suspect it will be)? Sonny won't really care.

Morgan: "My little son or daughter or brother or sister..."

Ron is so going to milk this gross and unfunny joke until he can't anymore.

Ah, well I predicted that Kiki would be a complete useless waste on this mission, so I'm glad to see I wasn't disappointed. Seriously, she sits there for like 20 minutes?! Idiot.

Both those moments cracked me up. Kiki suddenly remembering her mom was in labor and she wasn't there to chat with Silas about a concussion over tea and canapes was especially hilarious.

Of course Sonny is going to skate yet again.  Maurice Bernard just re-signed his damn contract.  Apparently he is so loved and/or so powerful his character never has to pay for all the damage he does to other people.  I have never been a Sonny fan and refuse to become one at this stage of my viewing career which stretches back to 1963 when the show first came on the air.  Criminals should not be glorified and romanticized on soaps to the point where we are expected to applaud their behavior.  That includes the Dimpled Don and The Raunchy Rogue Luke Spencer.

Sonny's not going to prison. But that said, I do think this regime paints him like the vile man that he is--I don't think we're supposed to find his murder of AJ excusable at all or Carly's choices to go along with it. He's barely even pretending to have morals to himself. He may still be one of the leading men, but he's not being painted as the hero anymore. Which makes the show 1000x more watchable to me. I'll be quite surprised if Michael doesn't cut him out of his life for this--and drowning my sorrows and eating my hat simultaneously.

I think he did. Didn't Skye give a wonderful eulogy?

Yes she did (I'm gonna drop it in the history thread), which is why her being completely absent, not even being name checked (and it's not a PP issue because Tracy dropped Skye's name into a list of Luke's love interests like a day earlier), during this funeral was absolute garbage.

I do wish Skye would sweep back into town to read Carly for filth.  If she's reunited with Jax and they're back to rescue Joss from living with a SERIAL KILLER, all the better.

No disrespect to Skye fans, but why bring another character back to do what everyone else should be doing already?

Because, in this case, Skye is someone who had a close, loving relationship with AJ and, unlike Michael and most of their proppers, she wouldn't be conflicted in the slightest about making Sonny and Carly pay for what they did to him.

This fucking show. How is it TeCa and Chad are the best parts of today's epi?

I can't tell if the phoney Heather sighting or the big "He's a doctor" outing were the worst, but they both were puke worthy.

As for Friday, I didn't even post because literally the only thing I did was look up every once in a while to say "Shut up, Kiki!"

As much as I liked Lucas talking about Tony, I hope there's secretly a soapier reason why Lucas hasn't pursued a career in medicine (although it better not involving purposely killing a patient, a la Steven Lars).

Brad's "Dr. O threw me off a parapet, but I still work with her" hand wave made me giggle.  I'm weak, you guys.

Olivia is so freaking annoying. Was anyone clamoring for Olivia's visions to come back?

Heather's "dreaming of the chance to rid the world of those two scourges (aka Carly and Olivia)" was my line of the day.

I'm gonna need Michael to kill Franco first.

I can't believe I'm saying this, but pulling Sonny into this whole "helping Heather escape" thing is out-of-character for him because it's so dumb even he wouldn't do it. Why would they need Heather to be the fall guy? Franco is a SERIAL KILLER. He could have thousands of people who want to kill him, but they need Heather to be a plausible suspect? COME ON.

So....um, Olivia could not see Dante being kidnapped, nor her grandson being with Britt, nor Sonny killing AJ, but Heather she sees? So the visions are dog, devil, and Heather related?

Poor Micheal. Only Sabrina actually cares about you to tell you the truth and then make sure you're okay. Perhaps you need to reevaluate your life, dude.

Only Sobby and Rosie the Evil Nurse are not currently known to him to have lied to him, and Rosie partly seduced him on orders of Nina. Looks like Sobby for the Michael truth telling win.

Poor Michael. Does he not have enough shitty people in his life? Sobby the attempted-fetus killer is certainly no upgrade there.

Obviously, we the audience know that all of Michael's family members are lying liars who lie, but why would he take the word of some random nurse he doesn't know who just professed a close connection to the alleged killer?

Didn't get to watch the whole show today my electric went off in the middle of it.I loved Heathers line about carson and there so vile or some crap like that it was so funny.

How sweet. Your electricity was trying to protect you!

I can see Michael willing to listen because if someone has already been sentenced what purpose would it serve for her to say he didn't do it now?

My question is Michael said he believed AJ when he said he didn't kill Connie - is that a retcon?  Because I don't remember AJ ever saying he didn't kill her.  I remember Monica and Michael believing its possible he didn't do it and AJ trying to remember but I don't remember him telling Michael he didn't do it.

I wonder why Madeline decided to show a fake conscience regarding Nina's request to help her steal Ava's baby?  There has to be a story there.  Madeline doesn't give two shits about Ava, I would reasonably assume.  Oh joy, Liv's deadly premonitions are back, and I thought she had finally beat this "condition" of hers.  It was nice seeing Lucas say that he doesn't want to be a doctor because of Tony's brilliance.  Too bad I don't believe him!  There's another reason that he's avoiding the medical field like the plague, at least that's the vibe that I got from those scenes.

How convenient for Olivia to have a premonition of a knife-wielding Heather.

Heather is right about Carly-Sonny sex romps being vile.  MB should stand around mute all the time.  I don't mind Sonny's oh shit! faces.

MSt's repeating was off the charts today.  I will never understand why they hired this extremely limited actor.  Why didn't they use the money they're paying her for things like better sets, better wardrobe, or an extra day for the writers to hone scripts instead?

The bad...

-TeCa's performance.

-Micheal taking Sabrina's shifty non eye contact statement as fact

-Anything involving Nina. Please make it stop.

- Kaka

The annoying...

-Sonny/Shaun

-Olivia/Carly

-Sonny/Olivia/Carly

I enjoyed RoHo & RM's scenes today. RoHo should have been made Steven Lars instead of Franco. Steve dated Carly back inn the day.

Morgan/Ava are still so cute together. Silas actually easily fit in the scenes. I Could have done without Kaka in those scenes thou. Why was she so smiley after Ava got the shot?  It threw me off because everyone else was showing concern/fear & she has a big ass smile.

Brad's "Dr. O threw me off a parapet, but I still work with her" hand wave made me giggle.  I'm weak, you guys

I giggled too. I enjoyed all of the Brad/Lucas/Bobbie scenes. Brad's shock followed by joy that Bobbie liked him was adorable. Lucas' reason for not practicing my be thin but I can see it. Living up to the reputation of your parent can be daunting. My mother is a pediatric nurse & I chose not to do pediatrics after I heard "Your mother is amazing, You will be great, if you can be half as good as her," a thousand times. Hell I even chose a different hospital system. I'm happy Brad saw Lucas was uncomfortable & supported him vs being upset he didn't know about the medical degree. It's actually seeing CoJones on screen.

I'm excited that Cojones & Heather will be at this shitfest of a wedding.

Claire Labine's GH, while well written, was depressing 99% of the time, but Ron Carlivati's GH is WAY too campy, in the other direction. Surely, there must be SOME good writer out there who is middle of the road? Not that ABC gives a damn.

But still...

And Faison.  Instead of the good guys being smart enough to figure the bad guys out, they just had Olivia "see" him.

For the writers, it was, admittedly, a whole lot easier than, you know, writing.

I liked the scenes with Silas taking care of Ava.  Some of that seemed like human interaction that might actually happen in the real world, unlike so much of the dialogue on this show.  Even Kiki didn't seem as ridiculously annoying as usual.  The same cannot be said for Olivia and Sonny and Shawn.

Franco just had a really nice (from her crazy point of view) visit with Heather and she was glad to see him, and at least one guard/ attendant knows that; won't that interfere with Sonny's Grand Stupid Plan to frame her?  I mean, if people who see her regularly know she wasn't mad at Franco, I'd think it'd be harder to frame her.  And why in the world was Shawn just creeping around the prison unescorted?  Why can't there be even a modicum of realism with some of this shit?  I have so many questions, and I fear there are no answers.

While not all of it landed, I appreciated the efforts with the Lucas/ Bobbie/ Brad scenes.  People talking about things, both trivial and important; people being involved in each other's lives in a way that makes some sort of sense -- it makes the show better and less infuriating.

So, now Michael is going to tell Kiki that Ava killed AJ - what will Kiki do???  Surely she'll spill the beans about Sonny, right, rather than let her mom take the blame?  But somehow, I think not.  I don't even know where this mess is headed, but I suspect it's going to involve Sonny getting away with murder and kidnapping without suffering ANY consequences, and that makes me want to punch my television.  Or Ron.

Of course, Michael recognizes the beacon of honesty and goodness that is Sabrina Santiago.  Ech, give me a break. The topper was her parting line, I'm off to right another wrong. Okay Lone Ranger. Who the f#ck talks like that?

The only good thing about the scenes at the Metro Court was that Olivia obviously doesn't give a sh*t about Sonny. Anyone NOT mooning over the Moobster is okay in my book.

And I call total shenanigans that Carly caught a spelling error in the specials menu. Or that she would keep a straight face lecturing anyone on high standards. I mean, there is suspension of disbelief-- and then there is downright what-the-fuckery.
