When the reports fist came out that Phaedra claimed production told her I think everyone assumed she named King because there was/is bad blood between him/Kandi/Todd but we now know she was talking about Andy (per his own words). During part 4 of the reunion, Andy displayed one of the most pathetic attempts to seem interested, caring, or compassionate that I've ever seen this side of Kathryn Dennis (Southern Charm) calling her former friend's distress about her child's encephalocele, which has a 50% survival rate and still carries a significant chance of disability and impairment, more manipulation. Andy's completely cold and oblivious "what do you mean?" to Kandi was profoundly disturbing. He couldn't even fake the tiniest bit of concern for Kandi. To that end, I don't think he can actually and authentically think or feel like a human. I've mentioned this in the episode thread. On an episode of Bitch Sesh, he was completely surprised that viewers hated seeing Vicki on season 11 of Real Housewives of Orange County. He thought fans would love to see her redemption, which might have been true if Vicki had been contrite and apologetic. She wasn't so she ended up making an angry season even angrier. And after another season of watching Vicki continue to be awful, he was surprised that we wouldn't want her back for season 12. Phaedra would be exactly the same. She started this season brokering a truce with Kenya and ended it turning on Kenya again for no reason. When Phaedra was busted talking shit about Cynthia on the voice-mail, she couldn't even come up with a half assed apology. She started talking about the food, the weather, her clothes, and a mosquito bite. Everything, but the damn apology that she owed the woman. She's not quick on her feet. She nasty and unforgiving. She lies constantly in dumb ways that only make sense if you have no clue how the world works. This lie about hearing this rumor from Andy and production is more of the same. How many times has Andy been adamant that production didn't force anyone to do something they didn't want to do, for example Kelly Bensimon and scary island. He has also been really clear that he doesn't like manufactured or heavily produced plots, for example Jill Zarin's fall out with Bethenny. Neither Bravo nor Andy can afford to let Phaedra's allegations go unanswered. It undermines the veracity and viability of their shows. If it's all manipulated and scripted then there is no sense in watching one franchise over another nor is there any reason to get invested in storylines. At that point, the shows get remembered the same way people remember Laguna Beach, The Hills, and The City--entertaining and shallow, but really fake. 10 Link to comment

It could have been phrased better, but I think the problems with Kim and NeNe is that there doesn't appear to be anyone in their lives that they will listen to about curbing their spending and saving more. That person could be Kroy and Gregg. It could be a parent. It could be a business manager or agent. I thought Nene still had a decent relationship with Cynthia. I've read that Cynthia might be out. I like Cynthia. I'd be fine with a demotion, but in the way that Beverly Hills lets Adrienne come on and launch a new product every once in a while. That would be my ideal for Cynthia. But Kenya manages to get married under the radar while promoting the Matt relationship then wants to be the anti housewife on a housewife show. Typical Kenya mindset.
