I see it a bit different

She was standing in front of the meat asking where the utensil to serve it was  … I mean what was she supposed to do shove people out of the way in that crowed kitchen or ask the person who lives in this house that was in charge of the food hey where is the silverware for this?

but that’s just me :)

Yep, when the host is my sister and it's super casual that's exactly what I think she should have done.   As in, "Hey Kyle, we need silverware - I'll get it just tell me where it is?"

But they don’t have that kind of relationship…you are asking them to act like a normal sibling would when they are far from a normal sibling relationship

I mean all 3 sisters are damaged like A LOT and their relationships with each other are on again off again toxic as all hell

After all this, I realize I’m coming around a bit on Crystal. She’s still not a fave, but she’s been acting like a decent person. And really, what she’s done in the past pales in comparison to this poopstorm.

So am I. She’s shown that she does have some moral compass, and can see what’s going on, which puts her way ahead of most of these people. She looked absolutely sick last night. I cannot imagine what it was like to have to sit through that. Hell, wanted to take a scalding hot shower afterward, and I was eight months and thousands of miles removed from Aspen.

The host/high maintenance thing, there always seems to be two camps.  I don't think anything Kathy has asked for, to Crystal or to Kyle, has ever been outlandish or out of bounds.  It strikes me as totally normal, and I certainly didn't grow up being waited on.  Being a host means something.  It's just courtesy to me.

But fast forward to Aspen and Dorit sits there silently, nodding her head during Diana's lip-licking tirade, and Kyle screams at Sutton not to be dramatic and tell the truth (about what, I don't even know anymore) without allowing Sutton to speak (gaslight much?).

In the car, those phonies were all about not wanting to gang up on Sutton and make her feel like she's being attacked, and that's exactly what ended up happening to Sutton.

These two are no better than their groupmates.

Dorit was such a ghost last night, other than the opening scene with Kyle and chewing PK’s ass over I forget what. That “I hope it’s not a pile-on” comment was either a very clumsy attempt at foreshadowing, or blatant disingenuousness.

It’s Sutton, FFS. OF COURSE there’ll be a pile-on. She’s the kid with the “kick me” sign taped to her back.

Did Rinna actually call Lois her "role model"?   Sorry girl, you really missed that one.  Lois seemed like a perfectly nice, grounded wife and mother, not someone that left home 40 years ago to be famous at any cost.   If Lois ever screamed at people the way Rinna does I can't picture it.

On another note, I love that Kyle has a putting green in her yard.  Jealous.  Actually I love her whole yard.

I mean these are guest in your home why would they know where you keep these things honestly.. and I’m 100% positive that Kathy had never stepped foot into that house before in her life …

Didn’t Kyle say as much? That Kathy has never stayed there?

Getting back to the dinner… This goes to show how helpless these women are about the simplest tasks of daily living. If somebody can’t be hired to do it, it will be a cluster.

At least Mo saved Kyle the expense of a chef. Those steaks did look good, and I’m glad be didn’t set himself on fire lighting the grill.

She did, and I thought to myself, what the hell happened, quickly followed by bitch please.

Lois would have been mortified if she had to sit through that ugliness, or knew what Lisa’s been a part of. Anyone with any conscience and decency would be as well, for that matter. I’m sure in her own fashion Rinna is grieving, but to my jaundiced eye it looks like she’s trying to use Lois to rehabilitate her image with the audience.

Diana: LEAVE. Leave, leave, leave. Go back to your ghost-free, hotel room and off the show. Please.

Seriously -  if Diana is so offended by the mere presence of Sutton she should just leave the show. Her rage last night actually looked like it might even be genuine.
We know she doesn't need the money. There must be other ways to showcase her boy toy.

..............................................................

I've watched this series since the very first episode.
Beverly Hills / Hollywood is a great setting for a Real Housewives show. Andy needs to focus on fixing what he has instead of saturating the market by launching endless new shows.

It's certainly recognized that there is a need for drama and some sort of villain role to go along with highlighting the life styles and house and travel porn.
But we've got too many ladies thinking they need to play the villain on this show and it's become UNWATCHABLE.

Do you hear us, Andy?
Check your villains, Mr. Cohen and take charge!

The nastiness is spilling out into the real world. You've got too many troublemakers and they need to be restrained and/or removed. Bring in some glamorous and wealthy new blood tied to Hollywood - no trash allowed. Bring back some former cast members.

▶Rinna - adopted the villain role early on but was never this bad in the past. I always felt she thought she had to stir up trouble in order to keep her spot but she has gone way overboard and her efforts are both unpleasant and nonsensical. Make her a "friend of" the housewives for next season and have her bring a more creative role to the show or get rid of her.
▶Erika - IMO her journey on the show has come to an end. She has been exposed and her nastiness, whether it's escalating due to stress or not, is deeply unpleasant. Her attitude as well as her storyline are harmful to the show/series. If you can't fire her outright, then start removal by making her a "friend" next season.
▶Diana - is the most unpleasant character ever introduced to the show. IMO there is nothing interesting nor salvageable about her role. One and done. Never again.
▶Kyle - thinks she needs to play the chief 'stirrer of trouble' and it's become way too over done. Bring her back but have her revamp her role to a less obvious and less frequent shit-stirrer. And she also needs to be honest in her relationships w/ the other women. Her stabs-behind-the-back are starting to look psychotic.
▶Dorit - perhaps Dorit's spot could eventually be replaced with a better cast member once the other more problematic villains are taken care of. She doesn't bring much to the show and is unlikable.

Some ideas for returning housewives....
-Lisa Vanderpump - sweeten the pot once the villains are gone - perhaps she has a friend she can bring along to tempt her into returning
-Camille along with her fabulous fashion and house porn
-Kim with her ties to Hollywood (in smaller doses)
-More Kathy along with some brief visits with the Hiltons and the Rothschilds
-Adrienne and Paul as a divorced couple - they appear to be getting along well and I always enjoyed peeking into his plastic surgery practice and her fabulous wealth
-Eileen Davidson -  I know she was not popular w/ some but I liked her, AND I had the biggest crush on her husband as a young teen in the 70s!

Ok, I know I'm only dreaming but here's to hoping Andy will wake up some time soon!🤣

Agreed; I'm sure she has an agenda for being on the show. Surely promoting her dress shop is not the only reason.

Her new boyfriend is a producer, and there are rumors about DWTS. Also, she is launching or has launched a cashmere line, which she mentioned briefly at the start of this season.

He is an attorney. I do agree that she wants to promote her shop and recently read that she has started adding more affordable clothing that will attract her fans.

My hope is that Erika, Diana, and Rinna will all get the boot.

The problem as far as I see it about the silverware was that there were 8 women and Mo standing around a cluttered table in a small area. It looked like nothing was put out to serve the food or to eat with. Kathy asking if there was silverware or napkins was a legitimate request. Was it mentioned why Mo was there in the first place?

So glad I didn't watch. Sounds like RHoBH (and their SM) has really heat a low - racism, attacking children, bullying, name calling, objectification, hate speech, fatphobia, gaslighting, misogyny, physical and verbal abuse, narcissistic abuse, lying, stealing, victim blaming. And those are just the highlights....remind me what it was I liked about this show back in the beginning?

There used to be more parties and lifestyle porn.

So I have a question.. so asking for utensils, napkins etc etc is being a needy guest? I mean shouldn’t these things be out for guest so they don’t have to ask for them?

100% I can see Kathy getting annoying but everything she was asking last night was within reason that someone would ask.. I mean you are grilling are you gonna grill the corn? that’s not a random question like she’s asking you to go turn on a grill and make her corn when you were baking bread …

I've never been to a house party where I had to ask for plates and utensils. I agree about grilling the corn. Mo was already grilling anyway.

I didn't think Kathy was being unreasonable in her requests.

Same, but Diana's probably the one I'd most want to steer clear of so . . .

Absolutely.

I felt sick that I agreed with Diana, for that small moment, about having my own hotel room. I'm a night owl and restless sleeper. I feel like my behavior might annoy other guests who might turn in earlier.

It's definitely not about "ghostbusting" for me. I can't believe people get into stuff like that. It seems high maintenance. I'm on vacation to relax, not be paranoid about energy and spirits.

Also liked Erika in the beginning, but she gets worse every season she's on.

Agree Diana is the worst. Both Brandi and Carlton come across much more human. She's probably the only Housewife I've disliked right off the bat. Unless it's a very poor edit, she is a nasty woman.

Kyle and Dorit don't bother me as much as the other Fox Force 5, but I definitely far prefer Garcelle, Sutton, Crystal and Kathy.

Fabulous casting ideas! Seriously. I'm another Eileen fan. When she and Vanderpump got into it, while I was team Eileen, part of why I was invested is because I do typically like Vanderpump. With some of the recent cast members, it's like, you're plain awful, your drama isn't even fun. Get off the show.

Yes, we agree on all counts!
I too liked Lisa at first but her obsession w/ that villain role has gone too far.
I didn't mind Erica in the beginning and found some aspects of her storyline interesting but I also felt she deceived us. I thought she claimed her husband was THE lawyer who helmed the Erin Brockovich lawsuit, and he was NOT. He played a much smaller role.
Diana is not only unlikable but she is also boring. And I'm sorry (because she probably can't help it) but her lip licking is gross. She is just completely unwatchable.

This is the only ho-wives show I watch. I began watching because most of them are celebs and I wanted a peek into their lifestyles. Dorit and PJ are not celebs. I would prefer the show stick to folks who are tied to Hollywood, the music industry, pop culture, old money, etc in some way.

Yes, it was the conversation in the yard before the trip.

He told Kyle that he hoped she knew he was coming because there was no way he was going to miss out on the great skiing happening then.   She said she also needed him there to walk Thor (the dog) at night because she was afraid of bears.

Don't get me wrong, Brandi isn't my favorite either. But I do see some human DEEP DOWN. Unlike Erika, she married for love, her kids are her world, she has friends she's had for many years who she loves. Erika seems to only be about herself, $, and now "good dick." And even though I think she has an evil side, she can be entertaining and funny.

Diana on the other hand has committed the ultimate Housewives crime for me-she has the audacity to be both awful and boring!

I thought Carlton came in hot on Kyle, but I personally will cut her slack for it. 🤣

Ooh yes, Garcelle is my all-time favorite on the show. I'd love for the cast to be based her!

I don't think anyone is saying they want Brandi or Carleton back. Yuck!
I think @RealHousewife was just comparing the worst BH housewives additions to the show and saying that Diana is even worse than Brandi and Carleton.

I definitely want to see Garcelle stay but I don't know about working the entire show around her friends...that might be too limiting. But I'd like to see a friend brought in for her that is more supportive than Sheree has turned out to be.
I didn't mention Garcelle in my original list because I was only writing about who I thought should either go or be seriously revamped, and I was suggesting who might be interesting to be brought back. But I really like her and hope she stays. She's a nice person, is interesting and has the Hollywood connection.

Bravo ran the season with the trip to Holland yesterday and I re-watched a couple of episodes. One of my favorite scenes from the series was the bicycle ride by the windmills.
The sinister turn started years ago but it seemed to really take ahold after Lisa Vanderpump left. I'm not sure if I can explain why.

For some reason though, Game Night was still rather humorous! Maybe I should be ashamed of myself but I laughed when the Richard sisters played immature mean girls and hid Brandi's crutches. It was just so bizarre. If I remember correctly it was Kim who did it and Kyle's reaction to her sister was entertaining. To top it off the event was hosted by that weird 'friend of the HWs' Dana with her million dollar sun glasses and there was humor to be found with her in the hostess role. I need to see that episode again!
I see what you mean in your comparison but last night was not funny at all. The show is not really humorous any more. It's lost it's humor.😢

I've seen some fans mention they wish Garcelle and Sutton would go even harder at the others. My question is, why bother?

I think it pisses the other women off, a ton, that Garcelle and Sutton don't go all in in their responses. The other women come across looking completely unhinged to the viewers. That's really for the best, I think.

Public opinion seems, mostly, skewed in the direction of Garcelle and Sutton anyway.

I understand why people think it would be great for them to blow up on their castmates, but then they'd be playing in the same dirt. As nasty as the FFF are, and as tempting as it would be to go after them with equal fervor, I wouldn't bother for the reasons I've mentioned. There's always the risk that people react with too much emotion and nastiness, and wind up turning public opinion against them. It's not fair, but it happens. Sometimes you have to let people destroy themselves, and that won't always happen in the time you want it to. Patience is a virtue in this regard. 😂

Yes!  They need to play to their strengths - not everyone's great at being an angry bully like Erika and Rinna.  Sutton's best ever comeback was last year when Erika threatened her through gritted teeth and Sutton replied, "Or what?" as if she really were confused 😄 and Erika sort of slid off her high horse then.  Sutton's big misstep this season - and I don't know if it was production, alcohol or her just trying something new - was when she confronted Diana about the miscarriage in a confrontational, you'd-best-get-your-story-straight manner - she's not that kind of person, she couldn't keep it up and Diana ended up sort of "winning" that round and is now using it over and over again to beat her down.  I'd love to see her just ignore their asses, and when they try to mock or confront her she could just roll her eyes and say, "Whatever, cunty" and then turn and talk to someone else 😄

I don't think anyone is saying they want Brandi or Carleton back. Yuck!
I think @RealHousewife was just comparing the worst BH housewives additions to the show and saying that Diana is even worse than Brandi and Carleton.

Definitely not here, but in other parts of the fandom, I see Brandi's name (second to LVP) on the return wish list.

I could do without either woman coming back. I don't understand the love for LVP. She's fine for reality TV, but I don't see her as a boss. She was less direct with her manipulations, but she still manipulated people. Didn't really care for it.

I read that she supported Diana on the after show, so...

I almost didn't watch the episode due to the comments about the pile on, but I have just finished it.

The positives - a kitty sighting at Sutton's. That fact that Sutton is a cat lover is one of the many reasons I adore her.

Loved that Storm got to go to Aspen. Such an adorable furbaby, and by far the best behaved guest of the bunch.

So Kathy is high maintenance because she asked for butter, cutlery, and commented that the corn wasn't cooked? Maybe you're just a lousy host, Kyle.

And speaking of Kyle being a lousy host, if anyone ever called another woman at c**t in my home, she would be escorted out. Now that Diana said that is not a surprise. But the fact that Kyle defended her? You are a c**t Kyle, along with your slithering, forked tongued friend.

Also disappointed that Kathy wanted Diana to stay.  I usually find Kathy quirky and harmless, but that was ridiculous. I wonder what would happen if someone called the Richards sisters c**ts? Would they be fine with it, because the deliverer of the word was just giving their opinion? Something tells me it would not be received in the same manor as apparently Sutton was supposed to receive it. FO Kyle.

“This isn’t about instagram! It’s about the INTENT behind the unfriending”  I mean come on IF that isn’t a stretch to make this fight legit …. “I’m not mad that you unfollowed her” (why does Kyle care again?) “it’s the reason you unfollowed her that we need to discuss” (again why?)

Can anyone tell me what they were actually mad about? The more I think about it the thinner the excuse is and it literally is Sutton could have wore the wrong pants  and it would have been on .. like it was an excuse to attack her once again

From the Vulture recap, the author wrote Rinna's outfit on the plane was so loud, the cast of Coda could hear it.  That is funny stuff.

Oh, and Kyle, whom I used to like, you don't have to worry about bears in the winter in Aspen, ya dumb drag queen.  They hibernate but I'm sure you know this because you've owned your house for three years.

I watched Brandi on UTG, and she's still Brandi.

I love LVP for reality TV, but I get that she could be shady. That's why my ultimate favorite is Garcelle.

I guess gotta keep the drama going, and Kyle doesn't care how much Sutton gets beat up. It's gross really.

I feel that Andy and Bravo will let this crap continue until something really bad/physically violent happens.

The threats to Jax should have been more than enough

We’ll see what happens once everything wraps for the season, I guess.

I agree, they bullied and ran Lisa off the show, now they think they run things. So whoever they are jealous of they'll target and run off. How sick.

You know it is not a good situation:

When one of Kyle’s dogs is the best behaved guest ………….

I don't know why more HWs aren't cat lovers!

Does anyone know why Storm specifically got an invite and not Kyles's other dogs?

I too was disappointed in Kathy. She said nothing in Sutton's defense and instead tried to get Diana to stay. The non-bullies other than Garcelle are either afraid to speak out to defend Sutton or they too must think badly of her! Maybe Crystal still harbors resentment towards Sutton and Sheree doesn't want to find herself bullied too.🤷🏻‍♀️

Yes, I guess they felt empowered by that act.

Count me in as another kitty fan.

I like dogs too, but I'm bored with everyone having dogs. 😂
