ranchgirl Yest. at 04:21 PM Share Yest. at 04:21 PM Both my sons, who are not twins, have the same middle name and it is my husband's middle name. I love names and was not lazy when naming my second son. I hated for him to not have his father's middle name too. It's a beautiful name. That is why I did it. Goodluck to Katie. I'm sure she has a lot of help with Jenny, Jordan and Josie around. (And maybe Mckenzie.) 7 Link to comment https://forums.primetimer.com/topic/116902-jed-and-katey-biblically-bunking-together/page/37/#findComment-8551144

I am sure her tells Katie when the kids need changing and when he needs dinner. So much help! 13 Link to comment https://forums.primetimer.com/topic/116902-jed-and-katey-biblically-bunking-together/page/37/#findComment-8551216

Snow Fairy 21 hours ago Share 21 hours ago I really like Katey. But why is everyone hating on Jed? Politics aside, do we got some information that he's not a good dad? 4 1 Link to comment https://forums.primetimer.com/topic/116902-jed-and-katey-biblically-bunking-together/page/37/#findComment-8551308
GeeGolly 20 hours ago Share 20 hours ago I'm guessing Katey spent the last 6 months potty training True. 1 Link to comment https://forums.primetimer.com/topic/116902-jed-and-katey-biblically-bunking-together/page/37/#findComment-8551342

It sure how successful she was. Eh, my 1st was potty trained by age two. After talking about and having a potty chair, talking about big boy undies and watching me and his dad use the bathroom he was eager. I'm not kidding when I say he spent less than a month practicing at home and one day I said we're going to be gone all day with big boy undies on today, so make sure you tell mommy when you need to go. Not being a fool myself, we went to my moms house 😬. And that was it - he was trained. Oh and I was pregnant. I know the norm now is training around 3 years old, but if the kid shows signs they're ready, go for it. And if, like Katey, you're going to have 4 under 3, one out of diapers makes life a wee bit easier. 5 1 Link to comment https://forums.primetimer.com/topic/116902-jed-and-katey-biblically-bunking-together/page/37/#findComment-8551373
Salacious Kitty 19 hours ago Share 19 hours ago Oh, I am not disagreeing that he SHOULD be potty trained. It's all on the kid. He may or may not be ready. Katey needs all the help she can get! Hopefully, he was successfully trained and there are no regression issues. 5 Link to comment https://forums.primetimer.com/topic/116902-jed-and-katey-biblically-bunking-together/page/37/#findComment-8551377
EmeraldGirl 18 hours ago Share 18 hours ago My son and his wife gave both of their kids her maiden name as their middle name. She doesn’t go by her married name, and she wanted the kids to have a part of it. Potty training is too divisive of a subject to get into. Every kid is different and there should be no rules and comparisons. I learned that pretty fast with the first kid many years ago. A little girl neighbor was already trained, and he wasn’t even close to it. Well, he didn’t get married in diapers, so I’ll call that a success. 11 Link to comment https://forums.primetimer.com/topic/116902-jed-and-katey-biblically-bunking-together/page/37/#findComment-8551401

It is a nice name, and it was their grandfather's first name and their father's middle name. 7 Link to comment https://forums.primetimer.com/topic/116902-jed-and-katey-biblically-bunking-together/page/37/#findComment-8551470
Mountainair 17 hours ago Share 17 hours ago My husbands extremely large family has a tradition of giving everyone a middle name that starts with L. Eventually you run out of ideas so my middle child shares the same middle name as my husband. My oldest child goes by his middle name (which is something I swore I’d never do but I liked it better than the first name we picked for him). My youngest was easy because she was my only girl and I love Lucille Ball so she got Lucille as a middle name. My sister in law is obsessed with Star Trek so gave her daughter the middle name Lwaxana. lol! 6 Link to comment https://forums.primetimer.com/topic/116902-jed-and-katey-biblically-bunking-together/page/37/#findComment-8551481
