Right?? There is no there there with Chelsea. Her segment started with an unboxing of the pleather jacket that she did not design...all she did was put her stamp of approval on it. How many dolts are going out and buying this line? I'm sure it's all made in China too. She and Cole are boring as hell. Kailyn talking about her mom being mentally ill is rich...Kailyn was diagnosed bipolar years ago but stopped taking medication for it a long time ago. Her whole life is about fighting with baby daddies and their signficant others or getting knocked up again by a baby daddy that uses her and plays mind games with her. She might want to go back to her psychiatrist and start taking meds and go into therapy before she falls back into a dysfunctional relationship with Chris again and has baby number five.

I honestly don't know how to react to Brianna's reckless and foolish behavior. What kind of a mother is she? She has sex with a man who has been non existent for the most part as a father to her daughter and doesn't protect herself from an STD? Not once but at least twice, that we know of...I mean, it's pathetic. What kind of role modeling is she doing for her daughters? And Luis is just a waste of space. He had little interest in his daughter at the gymnastics competition...he did nothing to entertain her or even talk to her. She's playful and happy and he tells her to take a "Chill Pill"? He actually shot her a look of total disdain a few times. He is just a POS. I think Brianna has a real self esteem problem and suffers from depression. She keeps hooking up with guys that treat her poorly and don't show up to be fathers to their children. 

Her mother was pretty non chalant about the whole hooking up thing and possible STD...I would be furious. It's just so irresponsible and pathological. She needs counseling to explore why she makes the same mistakes over and over again to the detriment of her children and herself. For a show that is trying to discourage teen pregnancies and destructive sexual behavior it has failed big time. Now it's just a show that has lost its way and the only thing it does is help these women promote their product lines or showcase their dysfunctional families and lives.

Yes! Jade is not a good listener, and as I tell my kids, "Empty heads make a lot of noise" or "If you're not listening, you're not learning." Were I Jade's friend, I would only text to communicate with her.  Fuck being on the phone with her!   How did she pass the beautician school with her hair constantly looking like shit? I'm sure Luis didn't pay for a thing during his little visit with his child.  Supposedly he wanted to be there for his kid, but wound up not only laying Brianna, but from seeing next week's epi, he also gives her chlamydia.  Brianna, you can't say Luis never gave you anything!

Jade’s mother is straight up DISGUSTING. I do not understand why Jade continues to allow her back into her life. She brings no value as a human being. What a surprise that she barely ended up helping with Kloie. Do we know if she paid any rent like she said she would? It’s embarrassing to me that a grown adult can be so cavalier about being temporarily homeless so frequently. She’d be unemployed if not for her family business. 
 

I’ve never seen an ultrasound clinic in a residential home before. Is this normal in the US? Did I hear correctly that Leah is sponsoring her sister’s boyfriend?! Why on Earth would Victoria not be sponsoring her own partner? 
 

Briana giggling about MORE unprotected sex with her deadbeat baby daddy is nauseating. That stupid smile when the nurse asked if she has a partner 🙄. She cares more about how attractive Luis finds her than how he cares for his offspring. I also think the concept of a nuclear family is so foreign and exciting to her that it makes her giddy seeing her daughter excited about her dad. Something about her vacant, slack-jawed, open-mouthed expression makes me irrationally ragey.

It sounds like Jo's trust issues with Kail involve her poor judgment in the people she brings into her and her kids' lives.  I doubt he'd flip out if he knew this person was trustworthy.  I'm not saying they're not, but he's probably never, or only very recently,  heard of them.

I noticed that Nova's life sized doll was wearing a seat belt, but Bri wasn't.   Bri, you're a bigger influence on your daughter than her doll will ever be.

As John was planning his Florida move, Brianna informed him that she is having a house built and he is not invited to move in. That was pretty much the beginning of the end.

That and she visited his family in NY and was a pouting wet blanket the entire time and complained about having to meet them when she got home. She was fine as long as John hung out with the coven but she had no tolerance for her boyfriend having his own family and friends. When you think about it, you never hear or see any interactions with Stella or Nova's father's families. I honestly don't think she has any concept of family other than the coven. Nova has become a very beautiful girl btw. Hope she can escape the coven when she grows up.

Luis could not have been more disinterested in Stella had she been the kid of some random person at the event. Poor child. She exists only because Luis would not hear of Briana having an abortion because he wanted to be 'a family' and swore he would be there for Briana and the baby although Briana was having serious doubts. But he was adamant. And as soon as he knew the baby was a done deal, he pretty much bailed. Scumbag. That she keeps sleeping with this loser is beyond me. And before the results are back from the STI tests from the first unprotected sex with this dolt, she's at it again. As I've noted before, the girl ain't right. For some reason Kail's sour-puss face was really bothering me this episode. All the stuff the medium said could easily be found online except for the new pregnancy. Was Kail already pregnant then? Also, I know Kail, Javi and Jo all have their designated weeks with the kids but if Kail is going out of town for a funeral and the boys aren't attending the funeral, why not just let them stay with their dads? Also, why are they filming their podcast from San Diego?

I don't understand why the producers made Leah and Victoria have their catch-up conversation while sitting in the rain. They couldn't film them at their rental house? Or a a restaurant?

Jade needs to set serious boundaries with her mom because this is going to keep happening. They'll be good for a few days and then will be back to screaming. Her mom is such a user.

And her mom also kept trying to turn it around like she was the one helping Jade out.  As if Jade was in financial trouble and her mom was going to stay there and pay rent to help her out.  But one thing I don't get was when her mom first brought up the idea she said her money was gone, but then said how her rent money would help Jade.  If you have rent money, why not just pay rent where you already are?  There was a lot left out.

I may have missed it but Jade's mom didn't ASK for anything. It looked like she just basically told her that she needed to move in and didn't give her much choice. And I don't blame Joe for being upset that she left the kids with someone he doesn't know. I was thinking the exact same thing about Kailyn and her funeral trip...one approach would have been for her to inform all three of her baby daddys that she wanted to go to these funerals and ask if they would be able to watch their individual children while she's gone....if any one one of them said they couldn't then you ask them if they are OK with her leaving them with this "friend"of hers. They are the fathers, they should be given first dibs on watching over their kid while she's gone but in true selfish bombastic Kailyn style, she just went ahead and got her "friend" to watch them. You are spot on with your description of her always being "messy" and needing to be the favorite parent. Of all the current moms on this franchise, I hate Kailyn the most. I think she's narcissistic, a cheater, a breeder for the wrong reasons, irresponsible in a lot of her actions like creating drama with other moms on here and with her baby daddys. If she wanted to be a better parent, then she should get her ass to therapy and go back on her bipolar medication so she's thinking clearer and making more mature decisions like getting a tubal ligation for instance and putting an end to this incessant need to keep procreating.

Interesting...I think once they get below 300,000 that's basically cancellation territory. I think that is still a ways off but 633,000 is the lowest ratings I have ever seen for this show.

Maybe it's time to say good bye to all the Teen Mom franchises. For one thing...they aren't  "Teen" moms anymore they're pushing 30 at this point.

As much as I am annoyed with Kail about this whole Isaac visitation issue, I will defend her with the "friend" watching the kids aspect.

We all know including the various baby daddies, that Kail doesn't have any blood relatives that she is close too and/or in her life. So Joe throwing that out there was both a moot point and a low blow.

Usually the "right of first refusal", is something that is worked out in a custody agreement.  It's not usually automatic. It sounds like it's not present in any of the kids custody agreements. 

Kail's responsibility, as well as her baby daddies is to ensure the proper supervision and care as well to entrust a responsible adult to ensure that same care in their absence. 

Whether or not the person Kail chose is family is irrelevant. I think people sometimes get hung up on "family" as some type of automatic qualifier. Plenty of kids get mistreated/abused by family members. I'm sure Jo's family is great but he doesn't run those things by Kail when he has Isaac. He also has different circumstances than her. 

Now Joe has every right to know who is watching Isaac in Kail's absence, but that is a conversation. Joe doesn't have the right to dismiss the person on principle because they aren't family. 

Now I'm sure Kail will be back to eliciting rage in me next episode but I believe in fairness.

Exactly. Kail does have the right leave the kids with whoever she chooses per the custody agreement.

Yes I agree with you. Jo does have a right to know who’s watching Issac- any caregiver should have the Dads’ numbers in case of emergency and vice versa; but if he and Kail didn’t discuss things like this before hand Jo didn’t have a right to be upset he didn’t have the right of first refusal. 
 

The mentioning the “family” thing with Kailyn was a low blow. Kailyn doesn’t have birth family in her life, Jo knows that, and he knows it hurts her. So why do that? My Father used to pull that shit with my Mom “you don’t understand because you don’t have family”.  Now Kailyn has fought dirty plenty of times before (and dirtier than Jo), but that wasn’t cool on Jo’s part. He did initially apologize for over reacting.

Twitter is saying the “right of first refusal” is in their agreement. How they know I have no clue. Maybe from previous disagreements on air and stuff she has talked about on her podcast.

I would think that would be Joe's main point if it was part of their agreement. Joe also mentions that he never leaves Isaac with anyone that isn't family so by his own admission he doesn't follow the order as well. If it's even part or their agreement.
