Nope.

It took forever for Sharon to admit she wasn't CAN's birthmother, while she used Dylan's desperation to hang on to both Dylan and CAN. She would still be lying about CAN if not forced to confess the truth, with the help of a DNA test.

Sharon was crazier than an outhouse rat with MyPolar and in no condition to take care of an infant. Plus, Dylan was already walking out the door toward Witness Protection and the Divorce Express Lane.

Nick wasn't the best parental choice, but he had the most stable and consistent childcare for CAN. Atonal was/is still a Genoa City pariah, still dreaming up more revenge fantasies against his family, with Chelsea bringing up the criminal rear -- No one deserves to be dropped into that household. Connor is a manipulative and creepy enough product of Chelz/Atonal. And after all this time, Atonal makes no mention of CAN or attempts to connect with him.

Nick was always too worried about getting laid to be a good daddy.  I can’t remember if he was with GTs Phyllis or Chelsea first but I remember at one point GTs Phyllis was down on all fours in his living room in her undies! And Christian lived there! That’s nasty. Then Connor locked the boy in the garage at some point because Uncle Daddy was too busy getting in his mom Chelsea’s pants.

Sharon’s come a long way since her bipolar fire starting days. Just today she gave Tessa the chance at the apartment so her daughter would be closer to her.

If not Sharon as the best parent for Christian, it should be Devon who is obviously a natural.

Fully agree. As someone mentioned before, Nick is smug and grating but he was the best of the worst possible situation by an order of magnitude, even if I was rolling my eyes at his wounded offense at Sharon keeping mum, given he did the exact thing with Summer for two decades.

Adam was the one who played magpie and let the kid stay with him to not fuck up his relationship with Chelsea. Nick is the rightful father, his personal flaws and my regurgitated breakfast as I type this be damned.

It's not like CAN was running the camera for Nick and GTPhyllis.

jk

Considering CAN has been primarily raised by nannies, the boy is better off without the fulltime attention of Nick. Clearly TIIC are fine with the Underpants Sexcapades. CAN can exercise his sexual disfunction and abandonment issues in adulthood by exposing his home life in a memoir.

I was discussing Sharon in 2015 when she was krazy with a k and knowingly took CAN from dying Ol'Hammertoes arms and continued the lie CAN was her child. You're talking about Sharon in 2021 who never mentions CAN or her MyPolar and gives unsolicited counseling from her concierge therapy and coffee shop.

Darvon is written as a blank page; he's a street urchin, he's a musician, he's a billionaire, he's a businessman, he's a lover, he's a liar, he's a widower, he's a philanthropist, he's a dime store philosopher, he's a best friend, he's a sperm donor, he's a baby whisperer, he's a baby poacher, Darvon is busy convincing himself he's the only legitimate parent for Bowie, and is planning to take possession.

There's nothing natural about Darvon. He doesn't go to work every day. He has more money than Croesus. He's living with his true love's twin sister, and she's encouraging him to renege on a sperm donation contract so he can have what he wants. Natey Nate Nate Nate Nate Nate thinks Darvon is all about Bowie and Bowie is all about Darvon and to hell with Abby and Chance.

Darvon has none of the personal or career concerns that plague Abby or Chance, and has brushed aside the idea that breaking a contract and intruding on his friend's new family is going to cause irreparable harm.

Since when are Chelsea and Abby buddies. I don’t remember one time Abby came to visit Chelsea after her stroke.

So TIIC gave the baby obsession to Devon. Mariah is basically over her obsession and is moving on but a baby obsession story line just needs some more being beat to death.  Then there is Natey Nate Nate who needs a large mug of STFU!  Natey Nate Nate you have absolutely no business egging Devon on about making it official to pursue more time with Bowie.  Nate acts like Mariah wasn’t even in the room when Bowie was born giving Devon credit for delivering him.

Chance 2.0 owes his life to Adam and in some cultures when you save someone’s life that person in indebted to you for life. Chance 2.0 should remember that if it wasn’t for Adam, there would be no Abby and no Bowie.  In that genre, there would be no Faith, no Nostrils the Weasel, no Banana Breath the Pompous for Adam had a hand in saving all their lives.  Not to mention that Adam took a bullet for Victor.

Is Chloe going to be blindsided by her friendship for Chelsea and allow Chelsea to fuck up NM’s fashion platform?  Chelsea’s schmattas aren’t going to be a hit unless Rex Rugs starts selling clothes.

Et Tu Noah, at that moment talking to Tessa, he sounded just like his father for bastardizing Sally for getting Summer a job she doesn’t deserve. We are the ones that are grateful that we hardly have to deal with Summer and Kyle anymore.

I paused on Tessa’s album cover and concluded its absolutely awful. It would be a little less awful if the city scape didn’t appear on Tessa’s face. In addition, why would Noah use NYC as the background instead of GC?  I don’t think that there is a Freedom Tower in GC.

Why did Abby make a stink face when Chance 2.0 wanted to take Bowie home solo. It looks like Abby trusts Devon more with Bowie than Chance 2.0.

Did you see Noah ears perk up when Tessa said she was ready to have a baby?  I’m now expecting Noah to ask if he can be the sperm donor the old fashion way.

I got news for you Chance 2.0, Bowie doesn’t want the bottle because he’s not hungry.

Jeebus, Tessa, your family must have been worse than the Lannisters if belonging to Sharon's mutant offshoot of the Newman Gorgon is so damn wonderful.  It makes me shudder thinking what she must have grown up with if this group makes her feel warm and fuzzy.

Ok, Noah has moved from brooding and sad into being a creepy pain in the ass.  Yeah, yeah, Sally hurt Dummer so badly by getting her that job in Milan and Dummer was totally blameless even though she the first to go on the offensive and we all know how being offensive is Dummer's go-to setting.  Sally, you can turn down the volume a bit too - the desperation with Tessa was showing.  But as for Noah, he's getting those Kidnap Kabin eyes we haven't seen since Stitch Poppin Freshed himself out of town.

Bursting in on Adam and Chelsea and then NOT leaving when he saw they were in a conversation?   I see he's endowed with all the usual Newman sensitivity.  He thinks a whole helluva lot of his skills, which, going by what we've seen - those blow-ups of Victor at that party way back when, and now his "Twilight" album cover don't exactly back up.

Schmuck Monday isn't complete, though, without acknowledging how much Devon and Nate contributed, also.  Devon with all his passive-aggressive moping about missing his babysitting gig has managed to get those two nunchucks, Amanda and Nate, to blather on about how he deserves to have more time in Dominic's life.  He already has literal open door access to the little hamburgler, does he want a crown and sceptor to go along with it?  KIng of the Sperm Donors?

He's a whiz alright.

Imagine having Sharon as your landlady.  Go on, try to imagine it.  Now try to think about it and get any sleep tonight.

Then imagine Sharon the landlady uses her son Noah as the handyman.  Yeah.  That guy, lurking around the place......

It's the Bates Motel without the fun.

Tis a sad day when the best scenes were of Abby and Chelsea talking.

Do the writers actually HATE the show, and the characters?   It sure seems like it to me.

Huh, I don't recall Abby and Chelsea being such grand friends. I know Chelsea was involved with the hotel when Abby owned it but I didn't think things ended well.

Dominic did not look thrilled to meet Chelsea. He was rolling his little eyes, lol. I feel ya, Dom. 😑

Finally they put Chance in a scene with someone he doesn't look like a child next to. But shouldn't Chance be older than Adam? By at least five years? Why did they deSORAS him so much? Why?  🤯

Still not fond of Elena's blonde tips but whatever regimen she's using on her face must be spectacular. Her skin looked amazing and I don't think it was just the makeup.

Wait, I thought Amanda gave Devon that framed imprint of Dominic's feet. Did BJ misspeak the line when Devon told Nate Abby gave it to him?

Interesting lease Elena had on her apartment that she only had to give a few days notice of her exit to Sharon.

Gee, if only Nate (and Amanda) had been so helpful with the suggestions before Devon decided to be Abby's sperm donor. All this looming trouble ver Devon's role in Dominic's life could've been avoided.

Elena, when Sharon wants to give you relationship advice you better run. Humor her at your own peril. 😒

Not sure why Tessa was throwing such attitude at Sally, though Sally does come on a bit strong when she's making an ambitious play. At this point most of what Tessa knows about Sally is gossip.

I'm kind of over Chance whining about how he should've been home with Abby and Dominic instead of doing his secret agent thing. That can't be changed now. I'm wondering if this is really about his feeling threatened by Devon's bond with Dominic.

And then Noah shows up giving Sally the major stink eye. Shut up, Noah. Summer's a growna$$ woman who made her own choices. Choices she largely wouldn't have had were it not for Sally.

Heh, wee Dominic looking at Chance like, "Dude, slow your roll. I don't know if I'm ready to be best buds with you yet."

Noah had a noticeable reaction to hearing that Tessa and Mariah are planning to have a baby. Wonder what he'll do to try to intervene? 🤔

Hmm, if Ariah and Tessa move into the apartment over the coffehouse I wonder how long it'll be before Mariah walks in on Noah there with Tessa? I mean, why would he not stop by, all innocent like? 😉

Noah's a bit of a judgmental jerk. AFAIC, he needs to climb off his high horse instead of crapping on people at every opportunity.

Poor Dominic sensed the messiness and he was not having it. The only way it could get worse for him is if Mariah shows up. 🙁

I would think Amanda and Nate must hate Devon and are setting him up to be humiliated or emotionally destroyed.  Shut the hell up.  What they're telling him is the exact wrong thing for both the kid and Devon himself.

Noah, too.  Sally SHOULD have hurt Summer, because Summer is trash.  And you might not want to talk about people getting what's coming to them with your scumbag Grampire being probably the most horrifically amoral person in town, or the world.

And dude, no one- not ever- has succeeded in kindling or rekindling things with a woman while acting like this.  He's clearly Nick's kid, because he's not necessarily the worst individual, but manages to be completely annoying and unlikeable in everything he's doing.

Every time I see Dullena's face I the more I miss the old Y&R daily chat where we would roast her constantly for her whiny platitudes and dog(no offense to dogs) crying face because Devon wouldn't get over Hilary fast enough for her. And it as his fault she fucked his cousin. She and Natey Nate Nate are as boring as ever. Sharon has her plate full enough, she can't carry every boring character. These days she's barely managing to carry herself and Rey. Sorry TIIC quickie psychology degrees or whatever Sharon got don't fix dull/annoying characters...Try again never.

Noah has gone full creep mode, I think Sally gave him an excuse but I think he would've reacted if it was anyone talking to Tessa, because he feels entitled to all of her time/attention. With the vibes he was giving off, Tessa could've been ogling a kitten or a puppy and he'd still get jealous.  Slowly but surely I'm starting to hate NuNoah. Granted the writing is the root problem but Robert Adamson would not play this so creepily or judgmental. If Gina Tognoni can make Phyllis' evil ass digestible, and half-way rootable, then there are no excuses for whatever the fuck is happening here.

I can't stomach the "omg what Sally did to Summer" crap much longer. I know she's Noah's sister but he's going on like Sally ran her over with her car, shot her, drugged her, or stole her baby and let her believe he/she died for months. If she had did any of those things, people would still struggle to give a damn but at least we could buy Sally being devious & evil. And everyone would look less stupid for shitting on Sally. Even if I entertain the idea that Sally did a bad thing to Summer, I'm still confused cos Summer is literally no worse off than she was before. In fact, she's better off not being around her viper mother and caveman dad. Holy shit writers. Villain writing cannot be that hard you've been doing it for Victor/Sheila/Phyllis, etc. for decades. I'm neutral (though sometimes I like her) to Sally but if they want to make her a villain fine. Just put some effort into it & make it believable, that isn't too much to ask is it?

Amanda and Nate got the wrong ones if they think that Abby/Chance, are going to roll over and allow Devon to go back on his word. Not to mention their families, Jill, Ashley, Victor, Nina, etc. aren't going to allow it either. Amanda might be a hot shit lawyer but she doesn't want that kind of smoke.

Initially, yep, I agree. However, I think at some point Abby will fold and she'll get Chance to go along. Abby's already proven she's willing to go against her family's wishes when she dropped Dominic off with Devon and went to Spain to look for her husband. IMO Chance is realizing he's not going to be able to bond with Dominic the way Devon has. I can see Abby deciding it'll be best for Dominic to have Devon as a more significant presence in his life, especially if it becomes physically apparent that Dom part Black.

Meanwhile, I read some speculation elsewhere that almost made my head explode. There's a theory that not only did Chance have a girlfriend (part of his cover) when he was off on one of his missions, he had a kid too. The thought is that the child is in Las Vegas, is older than Dominic, and has been named Phillip because his mother found out who Chance really was. Supposedly that's why Dominic wasn't named Phillip: this other as yet unrevealed son already has the name. Chance's guilt is because of how he wasn't there for Dominic, and he's now not there for his other kid either. Wild, huh? Not sure I'm ready to buy the writers' ability to be this creative.

Sally designed the dress for the wedding of the year and Victoria loved it so the Newman’s need to shut their pig mouths about Summer being “forced”to take a great job in Italy. Noah isn’t even close to Summer.
Anyone else think Noah and Sally will end up together? Or will Tessa cheat on Mariah with Noah?

Abby should have set some boundaries with Devon early on.

Sally would eat Noah alive. IMO he's a weaksauce emo boy and she stays in fifth gear. My preference would be Adam for Sally but SC probably won't allow it, ha ha. I still have my hopes set on Noah and Tessa having a drunken tryst and Tessa ending up pregnant with his baby.

Well, supposedly Devon is a mogul in the music industry but he sure seems tone deaf to me today. Was he not concerned about Mariah's overattachment to "Bowie" recently ? As for his justification about his own father issues occurring in Dominic, a parent doesn't use parenting to sort that out. Chance just went thru a trauma with the loss of his co-workers, is trying to adjust to civilian life, and Devon shows up to literally drop another bomb.

I would really hate that lol word on the internet streets is that Tessa is indeed a lesbian that was scamming Noah and they didn't even break up on the best of terms. So Noah's thirst for Tessa is OOC and revisionist writing. Idk I was half in, half out with watching at the time. Even if Tessa is bisexual, creepy emo NuNoah should not be rewarded for his behavior with her cooch. It's so funny that after all these years I figured TPTB would make a tone deaf SL regarding their wlw couple on the show by having Summer wake up a bisexual/lesbian and then sooner or later wake up in love with Tessa. So they could have a shoe-horned phony reason to have the next generation Sharon vs. Phyllis in Mariah vs. Summer (think I'm crazy? This is B&B writing in a nutshell).

But I never could've dreamed they'd be willing to drag Noah's character like this and have him be the one to homewreck the best relationship on the show atm (hetero or otherwise). Just wow...I'm unpleasantly surprised they're making Noah a douchecy, two-faced girlfriend poacher. And for what? TIIC struck gold with Tessa and Mariah compared to all their other pairings, especially Buttbiscuit and Dumb!Lily in which they struck pure sewage instead.

I don’t know if they ever explained why the little butterball was named Dominick, but whenever I hear his name all I hear is the Italian Christmas song, Dominick The Donkey.  Now here’s the weird part.  When I first heard that song on the radio, I thought he was singing Come and Lick My Donkey.  Not kidding, and when I told my family, all they could say was “Beltone” and “you’re a pretty sick ticket”.

Don’t know about all of you, but I still don’t want to know what Banana Breath smells like.

And Abby was afraid that Mariah was going to be a problem, but now Devon is her new nightmare.

Chelsea come roaring into town large and in charge. One more character that can be attributed to TIIC applying the Peter Principle.  Chelsea’s only qualification is being Conner’s mother and Chloe’s only qualification is being Chelsea’s friend.

Speaking of the Peter Principal, I’m quite sure that’s how Josh Griffith got to be head writer.

Devon is completely making a fool out of himself.  His logic is illogical because it’s really about him than Bowie.  I have to give Chance 2.0 the benefit of the doubt about turning into a self doubting mess after the mission but Devon exploitation of Chance 2.0 ‘s weaken mental capacity is despicable.

Great idea Nostrils the Weasel to try to get Olive involved by being an overly aggressive ass hole.  But of course Olive to going to stay out of it but at a price.  And Olive still insist she is not protecting Nostrils the Weasel.

I still don’t get the logic in Nostrils the Weasel’s dumb ass plan. He’s faking being a fuck up, something he’s been all his life, but this time he’s going to prove that he is not a fuck up and only faking it. Mr Spock would raises his one eye brow as he does when something is not logical and say curious.

Buh-buh-buh-busted, Billy! Too bad it was by that twitchy shrew Victoria.

Nick, making nice with Phyllis is never going to be the solution to anything. Nothing good, anyway. She's an abyss of misery. 😒

Maybe instead of talking to Lily about her experience with surrogacy, Devon should talk to Chelsea. She's gone on with her life after handing Johnny over to Billy and Victoria to raise. Easy peasy.

Lauren said she had a lunch meeting. Is that what they're calling nooners someone has to pay for? She looked to me like she was dressed to turn a trick or two during her client's lunch break.

OMFG, Phyllis, everything isn't about YOU! Frankly, I hope Jack is getting together with a former lover in NYC for NYE and he's going to start his 2022 Red-free. 🤨

Holy moley, was Victoria in some kind of contest to see how big of a C U Next Tuesday she could be today? But I also think Billy and Lily were nuts to have asked for her cooperation with Billy's silly plan to take down Adam. Victoria will definitely tell her husband what's up and he'll likely alert Adam and/or Victor.

The whole time Chance and Abby were talking about the Devon and Dominic situation I kept waiting for Chance to go, "But mommmmmm! Gaaahhh!!!!!!" He just seems like such a moody teenager around her. 🙄

What could Billy and Lily possibly have to offer Victoria in exchange for her silence? I'm thinking Lily would draw the line at getting her lips even remotely close to Victoria's narrow behind. 😼

That this show keeps believing that Billy Abbott in his current form is a rootable hero is hilarious to me.  His plan to get Adam is bonkers and Lily's supporting him is even more bonkers given all the crap she went through with Cane and his scheming father. Victoria busting him only to flip the tables is just prolonging this stupid non-plan.  I'd grudgingly love it if Billy was actually duping everyone and this plan was a decoy for what he really has cooking.  That Billy and Lily ran over to Victoria to alternately bully her/plead with her to not give up his lame ass plan was appalling. Lily is supposed to be running a multi-billion conglomerate and is running around town cleaning up her boyfriend's messes.

TPTB are all over the place with Noah; he was cordial to Sally a few weeks ago in Adam's office only to be cold and judgemental with her this week; gushy all over Tessa and is now gushy with Chelsea. It'd be nice and messy for him to get involved with Chelsea but I don't see an endgame with them; with Sally and Noah they have something a bit more to play with but Noah needs to step it up in the personality and charisma department because he's failing to sparkle in any way with anyone. I do like the actor.

Yup, Devon made sure to tell Nate that he followed HIS advice when recapping his convo with Abby and Chance. Way to pass the buck there. You did what you wanted to do using Nate (and Amanda) to give yourself permission.  Between Devon, Abby, and Chance, Chance is the only one I really get and feel for in all of this in that he's trying to find his footing after a whirlwind few weeks - his team dies, he nearly is killed, he's seriously injured, he has to go into hiding, he feels like a failure with both his men and his mission; Abby finds him and wisks him back to the states using their son as emotional leverage, he comes home to a baby that's only now real to him, then made to go to a welcome home party where he's celebrated like a hero, with Abby so focused on how happy SHE is that he's home and their baby is okay that she's now thinking about his headspace. And then in trying to express his feelings to who he thought was a sympathetic Devon then has that moment of vulnerability turned around as possible ammunition for a custody battle for his adopted son.  This man is stuck between a rock and a hard place and Abby's 'concerned' looks still seemed less about his welfare and more about how her disappointment that Chance wasn't bouncing back like she wanted.  Maybe we'll see more of her POV later but right now, I'm Team Chance.  Especially since he's seemingly open to repairing his friendship with Adam.  I hope they can both be there for each other and be friends again because Adam sho nuff needs it.

BTW, since when are Abby and Chelsea so buddy buddy?  Why is everyone assigning Chelsea's crimes to Adam and giving her a pass?

Does Billy get that not taking the conventional way of rebuilding his 98% fuck up reputation, and instead staking everything on the double or nothing risk is in fact him gambling again?  Never mind, of course he doesn't.

Some friend Devon is.  The way those earlier scenes played out, it seems like we're clearly meant to think Devon is indeed using that conversation with Chance against him, no matter what the characters are saying now.

Beyond being just stupid, I hate how poorly it's being shown specifically.  So far they've really just shown Chance being happy to spend time with Dominic and facing no additional bonding problems than any overwhelmed new father.  Chance's issues seem to be in more the general sense and in his regrets, so it doesn't really mesh with this sudden idea that there's some underlying issue about him being a dad in particular.

Abby and the smug looks she's giving.  She does just seem miffed that everyone isn't playing the role SHE planned for the big fun party she apparently intended this to be.

Abby & Chance may have to leave town for ~6 months so that Dominic can bond with them with no interference.  But Abby brought it all on herself.  If he hadn't left town, would Chance have talked her out of having one "friend" donate the sperm and another be the surrogate? Especially when Chance's injury was not necessarily going to make him permanently sterile. Paul had Little Ricky after a similar injury.

Lauren looked ridiculous for lunch in that dress. I don’t get the obsession with the constant bare shoulders.

Now that would be a drastic move but I could have seen the show doing it if MO needed to go on maternity leave. Otherwise I don't know why they'd let one of their main actors go off-screen for such a long time. EB probably couldn't even do that.

Yep, and I think her family failed her by not trying to talk her out of it. Even Nina wholeheartedly bought in, which IMO was its own category of dumb. She was actually involved in choosing which guy's sperm was going to replace her son's. Seriously, Josh G./MWTs?

I still think one of the reasons they got rid of the previous Chance is because it wouldn't have been believable for him to be okay with Devon as the sperm donor. This way it was a fait accompli when Chance found out and there was nothing he could do about it.

Be funny if Chance was the one to knock up Tessa. (Because I'm determined to see a drunken tryst with a man in her foreseeable future, dagnabbit.) Oops, his boys can swim again! Abby would lose her Pollyanna mind. 😏

Maybe - just perhaps - Lauren was going from lunch to her second job as an acrobat.

Stranger things have happened.

Possibly her real mother was one of the lesser Flying Wallendas??

From yesterday’s episode:

What Nostrils the Weasel wants is the public acknowledgment of what Adam and Victor did to him and ChanceCom to regain his reputation. If Victor and Adam do that then wouldn’t they have to admit that the story about Ashland would be true and he was just set up. So Ashland and Jesse become the liars after they went public denying the story.  Olive is supposed to be a smart and savvy business women and yet she doesn’t comprehend the ramifications in once again protecting Nostrils the Weasel even at the cost of her husband reputation.  Olive is thinking all is fair in love and war because Olive, deep down inside, still loves Nostrils the Weasel and is hell bent on raging war with Victor and Adam anyway she can.

That was yesterday’s observation but on to today:

I had to laugh because of all the times Sally was following Nostrils the Weasel, Sally was not there to see Olive calling out Nostrils the Weasel.

Just as I thought Olive wants to do the same thing to Adam and Victor as Adam and Victor has done to Nostrils the Weasel. It’s ok for me but not for thee. Also as I thought, Olive will sacrifice Ashland reputation for the love of her life. Nostrils the Weasel your “good name” is not worth “oblivion”.  It’s not even worth a plug nickel.  Hold the phone. Newman Media was never part of NE. It was an entirely new company formed by Victor and Adam. Why does Nostrils the Weasel think that it was taken away from Olive. The original media division was sold to Nostrils the Weasel and Lily and Olive was going to let ChanceCom go to allow Olive to buy it. Wow, Nostrils the Media actually thinks that Olive owes it to him to be allowed to run NM. When push comes to shove, Nostrils the Weasel is playing the kids card. Nostrils the Weasel is actually being more pompous than Banana Breath the Pompous.

Now that’s a fantastic picture with Rey and Chelsea now being buddy buddy. I guess when you try to kill Rey, he’s more likely to be your friend but if you kiss Sharon, you are his enemy.  Yes Rey can walk on water but only if it’s frozen. Speaking of frozen water wouldn’t you think that they could afford taking Connor to a rink. Rink ice is groomed but pond ice is not and harder to skate on. Well unless Victor owns a Zamboni.

Does Rey the Chin know anything about Chelsea’s past life?  Rey the Chin you are a schmuck. There are a lot worse things in Chelsea’s life than Adam.

Could Mariah and Tessa be more glowing when they are talking about starting a family with Sharon.  They both realize adoption is their best course of action. Today it’s much easier for same sex couples to adopt because society and laws are behind same sex couples but let’s see what monkey wrenches TIIC throw in their path.

Noah must have been listening to me because the album cover has been adjusted from awful to not that bad. A much better contrast since Tessa’s face has been darkened and the city scape lightened but the Freedom tower is still there but more obscured.

Why am I not surprised that when Olive told Ashland about Nostrils the Weasel’s plan that he would be on board instead of shutting it down.  Even after Olive tells Ashland that Nostrils the Weasel wants to run NM, he still seams on board. As it’s turning out, Olive is the most devious of them all. Hey Olive, how much can Nostrils the Weasel turn up his game before he really would not be faking.

I really like Lily today being the voice of reason. Lily would have a better chance of being heard by a rock than being heard by Nostrils the Weasel.

Come on give me a fucking break that Chelsea is that well known, in the fashion industry, that she’s causing media buzz about her return.  Personally I rather spend New Years Eve with Frankenstein’s Monster than Chloe, Kevin, Michael, and Lauren.

So Rey day drinking alone at Society is okay but if Billy does it it's scandalous. Okay. 😑

Sharon said she was going to steam-clean the upholstery in the apartment Elena is vacating. Lol, she knows how these GC chicks get down with their couch sex and ish. The sofa cushions probably still have Kyle and Lola's, um, residue on them.

Someone didn't seem particularly thrilled at the idea of finally becoming a grandma, ha ha. Oh man, Phyllis is going to crack on Sharon mercilessly when word gets out that Mariah and Tessa are planning to adopt a baby.

Us? What's this "us" thing, Sally? You pregnant? Girl, you are not Billy's target, Adam is, and neither of them need your help. 🤨

Billy, come back to this planet. Victoria owes you jack shite. And not giving Lily a heads-up before you demanded to run Newman Media if Victoria succeeds in snatching it from Victor and Adam wasn't smart.

Why does Victoria assume she'll have ChancComm too? I thought Jill was still mulling over bids and hadn't sold it to anyone yet.

"Friends and work colleagues," Sally? Cute. 🙄 Adam is your boss. And his ex-wife is your other boss. Again, you keep stepping right into the sidewalk poop instead of avoiding it. I feel bad for your shoes. 💩

Of course Victoria told Ashland about Billy's scheme. Yeah, we'll see how far he can be trusted by his own wife. I am confident he's going to tip off Victor and/or Adam at some point.

And there it is. Noah has re-caught feelings for Tessa and he "accidentally" told her. Let the games begin! 💞

Is a performer ordinarily so involved in design of an album cover? Seems to me music production companies would have whole marketing departments for handling such things. Plot contrivance is contrived. 😒

I sure hope Rey and Chelsea aren't going to having an affair. That spumor never seems to die down completely in certain corners of the soap opera interwebs.

Chloe. The last thing Sally would want to do is be a third wheel for you and Kevin on NYE. And have Trashy Spice Lauren in her face too. Nobody needs that kind of favor. 😖

FFS, listen to Lily, Billy. She has a 100% clear read on the situation while you've got your head stuck up your own butt. If Victoria were playing you any harder you'd have your own hour on the Game Show Network.

Next up: Billy probably takes his bitter drunk act out to the ranch and horrifies everyone, including hypersensitive Connor. Adam would definitely get riled up about that. (Though Victor might see through it.) 🥱

I would ask Cupid to chime in on this but many acts stipulate that kind creative control in their contracts.

And especially on THIS show, set in one of the coldest regions in the country current. The B&B cast lives in LA so even on the rare "cold" day that we get (like this week!), you won't catch frostbite showing bare skin. But Hope, Steffy of the 1000 miniskirts and even hot pants Flo are more covered up on any given day than she and most of the GC women tend to be on the coldest day of the year.

^^^Right? Meanwhile on Y&R they've got the men running around in four or five layers of clothing. It makes no sense.

I can think of at least one of the male humanoids who should not only keep adding layers of clothing,

giphy.gif

he should add a layer of cement to keep himself warm and I'm NOT saying I mean ButtBuscuit but I very likely do and even so said male humanoid can also lend his extra cement layer to Nick and I won't say a word, not a word.

I’ve always thought that Rey was one of the most boring characters on this show. I’m usually in favor of the cops because my husband was one for many years but this guy just bores me to tears. Every time he’s on screen, he bores me.

He is boring. He makes me miss Arturo. But still, he’s a nice guy. I’d like him to have a shot at a little scandal.

That's because TIIC never give him a story. Or really, anything to do at all except hold Sharon's purse.
