I listened to Cheryl Burke's podcast Sex Les & Spray Tans. Cheryl verifies she had romances with 2 of her show partners. She wouldn't say who though. 

My gossipy mind can't help it. I know one was Chad Ochocinco. 

Any opinions on who the second was?

I don't remember all her partners (except Drew), but whoever it was is probably married, which is most likely why she wouldn't confirm or deny.

No, she's had as many partners as her appearances (seasons) on the show. Unfortunately, I don't remember them all.
