This might really be fun, especially when Joy bites into CL.  I just read quotes and passages from his book that were included in an article on MSNBC's website.  Some of the insider info was hilarious, including trump's dinner order of "two Big Macs, two Fillet-O-Fish and a chocolate malted".

Wow! Megan was insufferable today, when is she not.  She was bold to say that her employer ABC, was responsible, for fake news..  I was floored by her saying that. There is a difference between fake news and a mistake.  If she hates being on this show so much, she should leave. She is truly the worst. Ana was measured and fair in her response. Can Ana please stay?  She is such a breath of fresh air.

Is it just me, or are the rest of the panelists being more aggressive in their responses to MM's views without Whoopie there to protect her special little snowflake?  Even if it is just me, I am loving it.  Perhaps MM feels a bit threatened by having Ana there, because even she seems more animated today, if only a tad.  Any signs of life improvement from the ice princess are welcome. 

Yeah Meghan, 'fake news' indeed.  That's rich coming from a Faux News reject like yourself.  And why does it seem like such a chore for you to smile.  It's such a memorable moment when you lose the perpetual bitch-face for a micro-second.

All I want for Christmas is Ana Navarro on the panel permanently.  And this is coming from a Democrat.

Sounds like MM is trying to get fired  by publically criticizing her employer, so she can take up the cross against liberals and regular media bigly....and continue to whine, rather than learn from her mistakes or lack of preparation for her job on the View. MM will also  try to get sympathy via her father's illness, thus riding his coattails again. 

Who else in media or anywhere complains about how hard their overpaid, extremely part-time, benefits-and perks- rich job is?????    More than once?????

When they went to commercial break just after MM said she wants Trump to succeed and Joy immediately nailed her,  Joy turns to talk to Sara and Sunny turned and talked to Ana about her earrings!  MM sits alone.

She's going to snap at the audience when they dare do something she doesn't approve of? She will go out of her way to lump a mistake with fake news and refuse to understand basic terminology because she's so firmly entrenched in her tribe?

I hope Meghan gets fired for calling her employer a dispenser of "Fake News"! I'm glad Ana Navarro was there to discount her nonsense and point out that most people who shout fake news (like Meghan) only do so to discount facts or truths they don't want to hear. The statement has more weight coming from a conservative like her.

I laughed when Joy asked her if she thought Faux News was biased. Did Meghan feel "uncomfortable" working for that network? And, again, glad for Joy saying she doesn't want Trump to succeed at anything.

At least she agreed with Meghan about parents that said you were fine as you are. MM made some good points today. Anna agreed with her...other than that more deals, zzzz,  that made this show less than 20 minutes, no guests as per :(:

Meghan needs to clarify just what does she want Trump to succeed at.  His current agenda which seems to be undermining any progress made in the past 9 yrs?

You're right. Why were we spared Whoopi's presence today anyway? It'd be nice if she was off all week and we could have Ana there instead. I like to think ABC is testing Ana to be Meghan's replacement.

Not that I condone parents suggesting their children lose weight or get plastic surgery, but MM said she'd be a different person today if her mother had encouraged her to lose weight at 16 instead of just using their money to find clothes that looked good on her.  Wonder what that different person would have been like?

I agree with almost everyone here about Elsa. If she is so unhappy at her current place of employment than she should do what most normal people do and quit. I'm tired of her constant bitching.

Oh and Meghan, fake news is INTENTIONAL. Brian Ross reported incorrect information and was rightfully reprimanded. Jesus. Is she really that dense?

I am changing my mind and beginning to think they may be replacing MM with Ana.  It would make sense for Ana to skirt answering the question; everyone always does in this situation.  TPTB cannot be pleased with MM.  

The GOP in Washington don't think Trump is a good man.  He is putting through their agenda so they keep their mouths shut.  He is making them richer.

Good show today with Joy moderating and Ana on the panel. Meghan and Joy got into it as usual but it was professional. I tuned in for Ana and was pleasantly surprised that Whoopi wasn't there.

 Clip from today's show

the clip includes the "fake News"  exchange.  Meghan's vocal fry  was very pronounced in the beginning of the show. It's hard to listen to. 

Joy was 100% right "fake news"  is when  story is put out with deliberate false or misleading information, NOT when someone inadvertently makes an error.  Ross's error was in saying something happened when trump was "candidate trump," when it actually happened when he was "president elect trump."  BUT - it is still wrong of anyone on trump's team to make deals with Russia while Obama was still president!  

Meghan pissed me off when she is blaming the media for the fact that people distrust them.  NO, it is not due to someone like Ross making an error in reporting.  the distrust of the media comes from TRUMP, who repeatedly uses "FAKE NEWS"  to shout down any criticism of his actions.  trump has said that journalists should be fired when they say something critical of him.   People don't trust the media because the president tells them not to, and because he endorses one TV station over all others, and that particular station is the one producing most of the Fake News.

And due to contracts/disclosures and such, I don't think Ana would be allowed to imply nor mention being a new addition to the show.

another thing Meghan did was, once again, refer to the audience applauding something on Friday's show.  she is very frustrated at the audience response.  But I think her scolding the audience about it is having the opposite effect.  Adults resent being scolded.

I don't recall any co-host ever scolding the audience like she does. I know sometimes they'll tell the audience to quiet down while they finish their point or something but that's not what MM is doing. 

And I'm confused by that "having compassion for Alabama voters" thing because one candidate is an alleged pedophile and the other is pro choice. How the hell are those two things comparable?!?!
