With spinal stenosis, its obviously recommended to check with a doctor first and there's some exercises to avoid, but its not in any way forbidden. It's a good thing to do, you just have to be more careful than the average lifter and avoid certain exercises that involve back extensions. We also grew up far away from relatives and, although we grew up just fine, I'm aware we lost out on a lot of extra family love and support. Jackson, in particular, is very close to Grandpa and Cha-Cha and would miss them. Now that I think about it, I doubt if they moved very far away at all; we shall see!
