bigskygirl May 4, 2017 Author Share May 4, 2017 I would love to see the swimsuit calendar shoot featured before tryouts start instead of the fake pretending the shoot happens after the new squad is announced. I also would love to see how the girls and the vets get ready for tryouts. Come on CMT and bring in some variety on the show instead of the same ole, same ole from the last eleven seasons. I also would love a two hour finals episode and two hour last season episode. Link to comment

Side note: I'm such a holly fan. I thought it was cute that she said she's closest with Madeline, Jenna and Erica when asked by one of the people watching. She also comes across as mature and grounded, which are important attributes to have. ROTY is a big honor, especially in this Rookie class, and it certainly means that the organization has great confidence in her long term potential as a future team leader. I love it how every year the ROTY sort of surprises us, not necessarily being the obvious "Star" of the class, but rather the one who best combines maturity, niceness, groundedness, and has the respect of her teammates. Mary is ROTY with a class that included Erica and Melissa, Kashara was ROTY with teammates like Amy T and Holly, and now Heather O. is ROTY with Rookies like Maddie and Maggie. 8 Link to comment

It does not mean the girls are the best dancers, but it does show how the other girls feel about them in relations to their leadership skills, personality and how well they do get along with the other girls. It is a great honor to be chosen by your teammates especially when other girls may outshined you performance wise at first. Link to comment

Jess14 May 5, 2017 Share May 5, 2017 It's tough to see Mandy's dress in that pic (the length is fine), but Jenna's doesn't look that bad IMO, although more cocktail-ish than many of the girls dressses. I'm sure many people have worn tube top dresses through the years to the banquet, which is basically what that is. Its possible that it looks worse from another angle of course, but if anything, I think jenna/Mandy stick out because everyone else in the pic went with the high neck/sleeveless look. 1 Link to comment
