Pic is still on Famy's instagram, and that link works just fine. Not sure why the pic didn't embed, but it does that on my phone sometimes - no rhyme or reason - kind of like this site not upgrading out of Flash so people can type a damn post on their laptops in Chrome without the site freezing every other word. That's why I have so many edits lately

Practicing "happy" Jill facial expressions for future selfies she'll have to do when she promotes Fort Rock - or whatever the hell that place she'll be a slave - is called. I really despise Jim Bob for literally selling his daughter off this time. At least the other ones seemed to have interest outside of family connections, although Derick's seeing out Boob is suspect, but nothing like fathers arranging a fucking marriage, and I am convinced that's what happened here. I don't think Derek seeking out Bob was suspect. I think Derek genuinely bought the 'raise your own support grouch prayer partners' hook, line, and sinker. The sending organizations are heavy on the 'if God has called you, ask and you'll receive, he'll provide funding, now go seek prayer partners' without quite telling the naive missionaries to be that they're basically giving sales pitches to travel on other people's dimes. I think he sincerely thought he was called to be a missionary and was doing God's work in Nepal.

i do think every single breath JB takes has a self promoting motive and he saw a potential suitor, and Derrick and Jill hit if off way faster than expected. I think he would've milked Jessa's courtship for longer and held off on Jill, but it didn't work that way.

Joy = 100% arranged and she has no idea what she's getting into. She's immature and not smart, and doesn't realize she's been sold for ratings and to suppress the teeny bit of tomboy. 

I'm really surprised they haven't sold off Josiah yet. A boy wedding would be a 'twist' and extended season.

They apparently didn't learn anything from their high tea experiences in England, nope, green beans and Hershey kisses warrant a "tea party" menu.  Nothing ever makes sense with them!

I think the 'Tea Party' caption was just what they put on the picture.  In my opinion, this is just a picture of MEchelle encouraging Josie to eat green beans.  Maybe it's intended as an FU moment to the people who complain about the poor nutritional choices the Duggars have displayed for years.  Set some healthy green veggies in front of Josie and take a picture of it.  To make the icky green beans more palatable, they put them on a cute plate.  I bet the cup doesn't hold tea, but soda pop.  And the chocolates are probably Josie's reward for eating the veggies.

I remember when they did that sit-down dinner and Jessa reprimanded Josie for eating with her fingers. It was ridiculous for Jessa to have to do that when Josie's own parents were sitting right across the table from her. I think the remaining TTH adults have completely checked out and any kid under 12 is fending for themselves now.

This is the thing. If Josie likes canned green beans as a snack (and I think it's been mentioned before -- Jill?? -- that this is a Duggar snack of choice), then that's not really an issue for me. Kids like lots of gross things, and it could be worse.

What is awful to me is that this is supposed to be a charming thing -- Mommy/daughter time -- and it's not. It makes me think of the fact that these poor kids have to schedule time to talk to their parents. It reminds me that this short, shallow interaction counts as J'chelle "mothering" her child. It reminds me that Josie has no friends and never, ever leaves the house.

It's all just sad.

Looks like the rumors (and giveaway from the Mob Wife) were true. Famy and DUI Dillon will be on the next season of Marriage Bootcamp on WETv (never heard of it). She claims that Dill grabbed her by the throat and picked her up above his head. I don't know if this is true or a story made up for a paycheck. Abuse is never okay. If true, I hope she called the cops and got this on record.

Making  up a story of abuse just hurts women who have really been abused. It makes it harder to for them to be believed. If she lied, shame on her.  if he's really abusing her why is she staying with him?  does he really have that much money? I sure as hell wouldn't stay with a guy who picked me up by the neck.

It almost feels like these 'celebs' pull a problem out of a hat at pre production.  Ok, you Dillholes get the abuse story, you plucked the affair story, etc.  Otherwise I have no explanation why one would go on this sort of show to say yes, my husband is a total asshole who is abusive.  I guess one's pride and self worth are not important when all you want to do is get out of real work.  Surprised Boob hasn't turned this into a 19 kids show theme.  Saving poor abused cousin Amy from her husband.  If its sincere get thee to a shelter or a divorce.  Don't go on some z list shit show.

This seems like a really, really bad idea for a girl like Famy who isn't relevant, but wants to remain in the spotlight. The worst thing for ANY of them is to have another abuse allegation or scandal. Her best bet to remain on camera is to be on Counting On, which can't happen if the Duggar reputation gets so bad that the show is cancelled. 

Or...maybe Amy has a beef with TLC? Perhaps it had something to do with the, not filming her wedding to show on the specials? It could even POSSIBLY explain why she didn't attend Jinger's wedding. Maybe she knows TLC isn't happening, so she's trying to get attention however she can.

I predict that Famy wasn't talking about Dill in that clip, but some previous boyfriend. And so her marriage problem is that she is traumatized by past abuses and is having trouble being fully loving and trusting with Dill.
