HAHA! A tabloid picked up the story, and Derelict posted it. Does he sit around googling himself?

Of course he does. What a fucken loser and he keeps bringing up Jazz again. Seriously, the show just premiered and he's already out there bashing tlc once again. How many freaking times does Jilly have to come to the rescue with cute baby pictures? I heard she's still on the show, so at least now we know where their money is coming from and it's not from his "job".

BTW, just heard walmart just removed assault weapons and raised their buying age to 21, wonder if Cathy says anything about that. I'm sure she's still receiving money and Healthcare from Walmart, so probably not.

Head*desk*thunk.  Has someone informed Boob that he and his kids are 2 different generations so both of them wearing that shirt at the same time makes the shirt fails already??  And how about they try to be the generation that abolishes something like bigotry, poverty, illiteracy, hunger, a paid for medical system instead of a free one, a pay as you go educational system instead of a free one, along with murder, rape, etc, etc.

People actually working don't have time to play on their phones or do social media until they get home.  Or they are out of work very quickly.

Jill was in one TH. She may have very limited TH exposure this season, or that may well be it. TLC's statement only mentioned that Derelict wouldn't be on the show any longer. If Jill appears at all, it will be like Anna, in very limited TH segments, going forward.

I really want to respond to Derrck and ask him where on the Bible does Jesus say that unfettered access to guns is the right of every Christian.  If only he could listen to reason.

Of course its in there!  What do you think was used to fight off dinosaurs???

WRONG!! There were NO DINOSAURS! I went to a creation museum once and it had a case of fossils the pre-dated whatever date they decided Adam and Eve were created.  The exhibit actually said something to the ilk that !SATAN! made these fossils carbon date to before Adam and Eve.

Jilly Insta:  "Where has time gone, my baby is so big!"  First, cute Jilly/izzy shot.  2nd: Hon, your baby was ginormous and 2-yearr old looking at 3 months!

Will never in my life understand why the Duggars, particularly Jill, Anna, and self-righteous, get-me-nails-for-my-cross-Derick aren't out there on the front lines demanding safer schools and gun safety, particularly since they bleat on so much about the sanctity of life. These people are the living embodiment of George Carlin's  "If you're preborn, you're fine; if you're preschool, you're fucked!" The cognitive dissonance just blows my mind. I enjoy reading all of your Twitter replies to him, though. Keep up the good fight, all. And Derick, might I suggest you stop replying to people, since all you're doing is letting them know that they live rent-free inside your head? Much like how you live rent-free in your father in law's home.

His constant defensive tweets about working are textbook "the lady doth protest too much." People actually working don't really care if other people know that or not.

P.S. Derick, thanks for inspiring me to drop my senators a line tonight. I was inspired to advocate for every single thing you're spewing against today. Thanks hon!

You echoed my thoughts.  I miss George Carlin a lot.  Comedic genius.  "It's all bullshit, and it's bad for ya."

Nails for my cross Dillweed!  LOL, couldn't have said it better myself.  Fucking idiot, and his mama totally enables his fucked-up behavior.  Ugh!

I find it ironic how Derelict complains about CNN "using" kids to push their liberal agenda, when in reality the Parkland students are advocating for THEIR OWN agenda. These students survived a horrible tragedy and have decided to work to prevent another such event from ever happening. Derelict insults these survivors and their efforts by equating them to pawns used to push a political agenda. The Parkland students are using their experiences to create change. They understand advocacy far better than Derelict.

Well, in his personal experience, young people have no independent thoughts or critical thinking skills. They think, believe, and do as they are told. So he thinks these kids MUST be under someone else's influence.

He and Jilly muffin haven't ever questioned their "community's" status quo.

I'm beginning to wonder if part of his problem is jealousy.  The new season of Counting On is about to start without him and he's upset that other members of the family are still getting paid.  Maybe he's trying to sabotage the entire clan.*

*Yes, I realize he's probably not smart enough to do this and his Tweets are probably just whatever thought crosses his mind at the moment.

Is this your big announcement you were going to make? I personally would love to take a bunch of us on a stinky bus tour ride in order to protest most of what Derick stands for. Any takers?

Derricks tweets have really changed my impression of him, and of his and Jill's relationship.  before, i thought he was just kinda clueless, and an ass. Now, I can see him being mean.

I have begun to wonder if Jill's ass kissing and frightened Level V Clinger behavior is due to her insecurity and neediness, or really out of fear.  I know its TOTAL conjecture, but I have no problem imagining him yelling at her, calling her names, belittling her, after seeing the way he communicates with strangers.

I can see that, too. I also think he's got to be absolutely exhausting to be around.

I felt bad for him in the beginning of this marriage. Now I'm more inclined to feel bad for Jill. (And definitely for the kids.)

The think Jill's clinginess started from the first minute she saw him. I mean she could not let him have lunch by himself. Did she actually believe the women he worked with were out to snatch him from her. Like he is a great catch even after they got married. It makes me think the Duggars had a clue Josh was actually cheating on Anna long before the second scandal hit the fan. Of course they were in denial and total ignorance because *gasp* Josh looking at porn was considered a worse scandal than the fact he molested Jill.

First Derick, this isn't an election. Second what do you mean by "all students equally"? You want some parents who are pro NRA to "use their kids" to push your agenda?

And Derick, putting a young child in an anti-pro choice shirt is awful. Either you're "using them" or you're explaining to them your views, in what I would guess in a scary and horrid way. Nothing right about either of those scenarios.

And in case you didn't hear me the first time - Fuck-you Derick.

I hope this won’t anger your new headship ... but I love ❤️ you for this post.

Yes!  One of my pet peeves as a frequent pedestrian is asswipes that can't be bothered to turn off their frigging phones while driving.  Or pull over.

I mouthed "asshole" when a stupid dickhead almost ran me over at a 4-way stop, in a company truck, yakking away on his cell.  The plus side:  a driver that did stop, figured out what I said, and cheered me on :)

I still walk that way, and I'm happy to see drivers that get it.  It's dangerous enough out there without distracted drivers.

Ooooohhh, I love it when you get feisty! And you certainly have good reason.

I'm glad you mentioned the thing about those little kids wearing those t-shirts, in particular. How do you explain to a child what Roe v. Wade stands for or what an abortion is? I don't want to think about it. I guess the best that can be hoped for is that the kids got no explanation at all and their parents just popped them into their little t-shirts to exploit them in furtherance of their political/moral agenda. Just like Derrick claims is being done with Jazz. But since the parents are on the right side of the issue, it's okay.

Obviously, it's the epitome of a hypocritical double standard.  Some people were pointing this out on his twatter but he hadn't responded last time I looked.  I'm guessing he is taking time to craft the perfect non-answer to intentionally leave everyone baffled like he always does. The little chicken shit.

Hey Duffus, doesn't the bible say, But Jesus said, Suffer little children, and forbid them not, to come unto me: for of such is the kingdom of heaven. Which would mean he would have Jazz and all the kids from the Florida shooting with him and not judge them.  I'm not even Christian and even I have heard that.  Meaning you are a horrific Christian.  And with your tweets against teens on social media, which newsflash, is MEDIA, I'm wondering how many CPS agents are already looking at you.

Guess Derick went on a deleting spree while at work today ?

For a guy with a job, he spends an awful lot of time on his phone, doesn't he?

....AND goes to Ministry School, AND has 2 kids under 3.  Oy! I guess that just for him Jesus took the laws of physics and bet them so that Derrick has 36 hours in a day instead of our 24!

Just devil's advocate here: How do we know that Derrick didn't expect her to bring him a home made lunch every day?

Possible, but... that's a rather odd expectation to have for anyone ever isn't it? Your wife bringing you lunch doesn't make much sense in any context. Even if you want to live by traditional gender roles where the wife does all the cooking, historically this would involve either the husband bringing a meal cooked by the wife to work, or in some places going back home mid-day to eat a lunch cooked by the wife. A traditional housewife wouldn't be able to leave her household duties every day for hours and nevermind I'm talking about the Duggars go back to your regular scheduling and just forget I said anything. How about them Yankees, eh?

To be honest about, I seriously doubt it because Jill could not spend five minutes without him being around. Nope...Jill's actions after saying I do speaks louder than words. I would not be surprised if she push him to leave Wal Mart or was a factor in why he was let go.

I forgot about that! I am still trying to picture a normal woman who goes out in the real world and has a real job finding Derelict attractive enough to have an affair with him. I could picture him looking at porn and hooking up with ladies on the internet like Josh did with a fake profile.

Hmm, maybe something happened in Central America.  Did a women, blind and deaf most likely, flirt with the American male?  Did the women there wear too much NIKE wear and it led to Derrick not getting Jeramy's speech on masturbation?  Thus making Jill even more insecure?

And I can totally see both Jill and Jim Bob, telling Derrick that he can't work for the man at Walmart and we've seen the webpage of walmart customers and the way they dressed so Jill was probably terrified about what her husband would see there.  I know, there's been a few times I wanted brain bleach from what I've seen in a walmart - thank Merlin they now do 2 day shipping.  But what would have happened if one of Derrick's co-workers or a boss was gay or Muslim, or the horror - an atheist.

I've never understood the widespread theory that Jill was being this desperately clingy wife who showed up with Derrick's lunch everyday and contributed to making Wal-Mart fire him. Is it that big of a deal? What's the harm? Does she perch on the edge of his desk and get in the way? Or hand out bible tracts in the employee lunchroom and piss people off? And do we know the reason she went there every day was because she was lonely and it was all based on her neediness and not on Derrick's?

I could see her constant presence being seen as weird or a little awkward by the other employees but not really something that might contribute to  Derrick actually losing his job. I mean, who cares if he eats lunch with his wife?

Of course it's possible that Derrick just sucked at his job and was a bad all around employee. Maybe her presence was what put it over the edge, I dunno. I guess I have just worked alongside too many horrible, unprofessional, incompetent people who managed to keep their jobs to think something like your wife showing up for some leftover ham salad can really be the straw that broke the camel's back.

I think what it boils down to is if Derrick had been a good employee, they would have kept him and put up with Jill or at least had him put a stop to her showing up every day. The ultimate reason he was (probably) fired was because of his own poor job performance. I can't see Jill having been that big of a factor.

And for all anyone knows, Jill showed up every day because she knew Derrick was absolutely miserable at his job and she was trying to provide some kind of support to him. Because if he didn't like her coming there or it was some kind of problem for the company,  he would have put a stop to it.  He apparently never did. It seems just as possible that her showing up at Walmart every day was as much his idea as it was hers, and not just something Jill did because she was lonely.

If Jill showing up every freaking day he was at work started affecting his work performance, you bet it his boss would have said something about it. I have worked in places where spouses, family or friends constantly showing up affected certain employee's work performance to the point their fellow co-workers were not happy about it. I am sure Derick's co-workers thought it was interesting at first Jill showed up everyday, but after awhile they were not too amused about it anymore especially if they had to pick the slack because he was spending too much time trying to appease Jill because she was lonely. I know women who would call their boyfriend or husband's place of work because they were checking up on him to make sure he was not cheating. I even know one woman who actually called his house, the place he worked at, and a few of his co-workers at home because he was not at work one night. I often wonder if Derick did not think too much about it at first or actually thought it was sweet she was showing up every work day or had to drive him back and forth to work, and after awhile thought she was being a little too clingy. She and JB also were probably pushing him to quit which could have lead to poor work habits on his part. I think it was a Jill being Miss Cling Along, JB and Jill pushing him to quit his job, his lousy work habits, not being happy about his marriage and his life, and being a total ass lead to him getting the axe because I do not believe he just decided to quit one day.

... I thought the story was that she just came in and brought him his lunch. I don't know for sure that she necessarily even sat with him while he ate. I'm not entirely sure why anyone  he worked with would care either way, really. I admit I'm envisioning a big impersonal lunch room where her presence just wouldn't make that big of a difference, but who knows.  Maybe Walmart does seat assignments for dinner like they do on a cruise ship and people got tired of having to shoehorn Jill in at their table, lol.

Seriously, though ...I've never heard anything about her making a bunch of phone calls during the day that impacted his job performance or annoyed his coworkers. And there is zero evidence Jill ever called Derrick's co-workers at home to check up on him. That hasn't even been rumored as far as I know. I don't deny her calling him at work is a possibility. But just like her showing up with lunch every day,  it would have been easy enough for Derrick to put a stop to - - if he wanted to, that is.

  • Love 7

I thought I saw a few pictures of them eating in the car at lunch time. I think she even had a few of her siblings go with her when she went to pick him up. I would not be surprised if she did call him at work because she missed him, but I bet she thought some of his female co-workers had the hots for him. I for one could not picture any of them thinking he was attractive, but I am sure Jill has been drilled into believing any female could have the secret hots for Derick. She did not want him working for someone else, so I would be surprised if she was plotting to get him fired. I think he humor her at the beginning about having lunch everyday with him while he was at work to keep the peace, and the fact she was pregnant because he did not want an unhappy Jill. It might have pleased his ego at first, but I would not be surprised if he started hating it after awhile especially if she was bringing one or more siblings with her at lunch time or taking him back and forth to work. She probably even sat outside the bathroom at home when he was in there because she was so lonely and clingly.
