Well, I am going to play devil’s advocate a bit.

I would say she has tried and tried and tried, albeit not too effectively, to somehow restore her marriage to its only-wife heyday. But it isn’t possible, given the realities or polygamy and Kody’s willingness to ignore her while focusing on other wives (which I believe goes against the tenets of polygamy; hubby is supposed to lead and care for the whole fam damily and the first wife indeed normally holds a special status).

Even though this whole thing is a big hot smelly mess, I see Meri as in love with Kody, yet having to watch him walk away again and again for other women. She is left behind with her lone child, who is now departing on her own life. Meanwhile Kody keeps cranking them out and is now sharing exciting milestones like gaining in-laws and having grandkids with THREE other women. Kody has obviously left her in the dust and shows no intention of rebuilding their “marriage.” I am sure that seeing him rekindle things with Christine got Meri’s hopes up, but I doubt it will happen for her. She’ll just continue getting the Manson death stare and a cold shoulder.

if she does move on it won’t, IMO, be a casual walking away. I also think this was true when she was tempted by  “Samuel.” I take marriage vows very seriously, but the Brown’s ridiculous set-up is not a marriage and I would actually like to see Meri move on to a happier life. I don’t she ever would have become involved with an online relationship if she hadn’t been desperately lonely and vulnerable.

Did Meri delete her tweet?  Once in a while I will check out Kody's twitter activity and it seems he retweets Robyn way more then his other wives.  I know that isn't shocking but I do wonder if they notice.

Sam is single again, and recovering from a mysterious puss drain throat surgery.

I agree with you and once had empathy for Meri, however my issue with Meri is the spin she put on it. The "it wasn't my fault" spin. The "he was just a friend" spin. The way she immediately went crying back to Kody wanting to "fix" the relationship after it became public.

It doesn't appear she ever bared her soul regarding her feelings for "Sam" or how truly unhappy she was with her life.  She shirked responsibility for her part. Then she expects Kody to fall in line, to "fix" it with her? Maybe their relationship wasn't in a good place in 2015 but her willingness to run off with someone--and then not take much responsibility for it afterwards--sunk the ship that was her relationship with Kody.

She's still me me me, I I I. She's rude to her fans and rude to her customers. Life is only ever about her.

I'm happy to see reasonable not horribly tacky shoes, a skirt that isn't two or more sizes too small, and colors that don't clash.  It isn't a top that I'd pick, but considering she needs to select from current LulaNo, I'll accept it.

If she's in Vegas, she is one tough cookie to go to the zoo with temps in the high 90s to 100+.  We desert dwellers don't usually go to the zoo in the summer months.

Having said that, she looks better in this outfit than she has any other LulaNoe I've ever seen.

Maybe she's lost some weight and that's why she looks better?  I don't notice it in the face but do notice it in the hips.

for me it isn't as awful as many of her too small mismatched outfits.  She doesn't look like she is going to burst out of anything and she isn't mixing patterns that don't go.

It isn't awful, but with June LV temperatures hovering around the 100 degree mark, it may have been more comfortable for her in a pair of loose leg, linen/cotton Bermuda shorts with a breezy, summery blouse.  I'm guessing she has to follow the party line and wear whatever is available in LLR inventory.

There's a reason cultures in hot climates still wear loose, natural fabrics in the heat and take rests during the hottest times of the day. I suppose with the use of AC nowadays, people don't need to think about it until they're out in the elements. It seems LLNO uses polyester, rayon and spandex--catalysts for sweat and stink, even with the best deodorant. 

We've been lucky with the heat this year so far. Last year at this time it was horrible, 115+ and even hotter in low lying areas.

Not a fan of banded-bottom tops; they are unflattering and usually make the wearer look lumpy and thick-waisted. But as others have said,  this isn't the worst she's looked.

ETA: just noticed it's not a banded bottom top, but a tank underneath a blouse. Now that I can see it up close, I like the outfit more LOL. The top is actually kind of cute.

I’m re-watching Season 1 Ep 1 and I had to pause it to come tell ya’ll that Meri’s tooth is not nearly as discolored as it is now!!  It actually looks the same color as her other teeth...  what happened?

I once had a dead front tooth.  I just never noticed it when it was Brown but one day I woke up and it was grey!  Yow!  By the time I got to the dentist it was full out black.

Update — I’m on episode 5 or 6 now and it’s starting to turn color a bit.  Why wouldn’t she go to a dentist when she noticed something wasn’t right??  And why didn’t Kody mention it?

I'm surprised she didn't hear us yelling through the TV screen.  Here's the thing, LV is less than a 5 hr. drive from Algodones, Mexico. It's a border town with over 100 American trained and English speaking dentists.  She could have taken a few days and had that tooth capped for less than $500.  Her smile is one of her more attractive features, too bad it's spoiled by that tooth.

I have used the term "Godspeed" in many different contexts.  A person facing a challenging exam, medical procedures, an experience fraught with danger or life-altering circumstances.  Sometimes in a memorial to a friend.

My question is, why would Meri post a personal message to a friend on a public site.  It would naturally arouse curiosity in those not privy to her friend's activities, would this be to show her legions of followers that she actually has friends?

I also found it petty of her to post 3 expressions of mirth in a 13 word explanation.
