While this would not be my choice of attire for a trip to the carnival, I think this is the best I've seen Kim look in a while. Makeup is flawless, her mouth isn't open, she isn't sucking in her cheeks in that faux model way, she's actually pretty covered and the color is flattering. The shoes are nice!
