I finally broke down and got one of those SADD lamps, only about 10 bucks at Walmart online. It made my mood and energy level change in days. Worth a try.

Jesus, I am having a bit of a time. My laptop keeps dying so I went down to get my adapter. In the process of unplugging it I knocked over one of my plants and had to sweep up a metric ton of potting soil.
