I'm so naive and so confused!  What the what??  Steph does porn?  For reals?  I saw a few quips about this a few pages back but just thought you guys were being snarky.  This is what happens when you only watch the show and don't partake in any social media. 

So am I to assume it's just Steph-on-Steph porn because I thought that the story line was that one the reasons why she was such a prickly, prudish pear with Erika was because she hadn't been with anyone sexually for soooooo long and she was sooooo nervous to be intimate.

I just read on the Couples thread that Ed actually got a tattoo of himself.  It's the same as his stickers and looks nothing like him.

True. I will clarify again that she looked fantastic on that 1st watch back episode in comparison to the season. She dropped a good bit of weight and was not looking like an overstuffed sausage in tacky designer I’ll-fitting clothes with 10 pounds of makeup and hair extensions and ridiculous heels and bags. Not that she looks fabulous, in general... lol. She looked like a person and not a cartoon... again, relatively. She is still Darcey with her tacky hair and overblown lips.

Rose said her breath smells good now.  Perhaps she used the TLC money to get treatment for her ulcer.  Or perhaps the stress of Ed was causing the ulcer and ditching him solved that problem.

I'm wondering, what was Ed suppose to do? What would anyone do? If her breath smelled bad would anyone just except that or would they flat out tell her her breath stunk! Like everyone else, I've been watching B90FB. Even though it's a crazy show, it's one of those shows you can't stay away from..lol! Here are just a few opinions, my opinions of some of the individuals on the show.

Ed - I think he's funny! I get that he should've handled things with Rose better, like him telling her he doesn't want kids too late. I think because of his condition he feels that maybe he can't get anyone in the states to have a relationship with. I don't know, but I think he is handling the criticism pretty well. I mean, what is he suppose to do and say on camera? 

Rose - I think she saw him as an opportunity to come to the states. Every time Rose is shown I wonder if her breath still smells! 🤢

David- His gets on my nerves! It's embarrassing that a 60 year old man continues to be fooled into these relationships. Hey dude! Your 60 years old! Date women your own age!

Yolanda - Another one that gets on my nerves! I thought to myself, can someone be so dumb as to try and say she knew Williams just because they texted for years? I hated the way she would do something with her lips whenever her kids would try to knock some sense into her. Just like David, another one that should look for some one closer to her age.

Avery - God! The worst one of them all! She kept asking Ash questions after questions and it seemed Ash's answers were not going to satisfy her. Yeah, I agree he had a strange occupation, but couldn't Avery just look forward to them starting a life together in the US? I've never heard of a relationship coach or whatever it was called in the US, so chances are that Ash was going to be doing something else.

Ash - He nosedived in that seminar, but maybe because he knew Avery would interrogate him? I'm on Ash's side on this one.

Erica - I like her! She seems sweet, very easy to talk to.......probably likes to have a good time! I  thought she did everything she could do to accommodate Steph. I think Erica probably should've told her friends to keep a tight lip on their past affairs.

Steph - Such a beautiful face but what a pain in the neck and a whinner she is!! Ugh! Plus she doesn't look good in anything she wore. With whatever condition she has, maybe she should stick to an American woman.

Darcey - I can't believe she thinks she looks better than before!! Big lips. Big boobs. Still wanting to look like a 24 year old. Darcey to me suffers from inferiority complex. She may look different from the outside, but she and her sister are still the goofy little girls in high school. She wants to be the center of attention. She thinks she knows everything. Like in her season of 90 Day, when Jesse was cutting the steak and she corrected him how it should be cut...ugh!

Tom - Again, I think this guy is funny! Really I think he seems like the best one for Darcey, at least of all the guys she's dated on the show. He seems like the only mature one she's dated. Tom is right, if she keeps going from guy to guy, young foreign ones, she will end up lonely at 55!

 

Everyone on the show, Ed, Avery, Steph, David, Yolanda, and Darcey are fools for not trying to date people in America. They're going to a different country with different customs and beliefs. Overall, I can't feel sorry for them!

 

But I'll be watching next Monday night! 🤣

I didn't watch the show this week and I won't next week.   Same with Darcy's show.  I decided I will no longer watch TLC as long as they keep giving Ed Allen Brown a platform.  I heard the other day that he and his mother were going to start appearing on Pillow Talk.  That decided me to be done with TLC until that man is no longer shown.  JMO

Relationship coaches are not specific to Australia. We have plenty of them, and life coaches, here.

I agree that David, Ed, and Yolanda are fools but I don't think it's because they dated abroad. Several of us here on this forum are married to foreigners and we like the fact that our spouses have different customs and beliefs. Those aren't limited to foreigners, though. The US is huge with many different subcultures and customs.

Lifelong ulcer sufferer here...they absolutely can make your breath smell and you don't always need surgery. Most ulcers are caused by h.pylori and can be treated with antibiotics and Pepcid (as long as they're not bleeding). I believe her.

Oh, so you all met your spouses online and went through the whole 90 day thing? Because that's what I was referring to. They search online for someone, have a relationship and never meet them until months or years later. Go over there to a foreign country and expect it to go smoothly. They haven't gotten to know them at all. They seem to forget that not everyone thinks the same way as Americans. Take Avery for example, I can't believe she can't find anyone here in the US. She gets on my nerves but she's a beautiful woman. Besides, I'm also referring to this group specifically. You and others on this forum are married to foreigners and have successful marriages or relationships I'm assuming. That's great and I bet there are many that are. Again, I'm looking at this show.

He is repulsive.  He is a 55 year old man, who is trolling the internet for young impoverished girls, and thinks she wants to wear his cheap lingerie.  So what if her sister reached out to him for money? You politely say no, like any grownup. Her sweet father welcomed him into their home, showed him his farm...and this is what he does. 

If she needed medical help, he could have easily provided funds. Instead he embarrasses her on the show, and takes more opportunities to do so on follow ups.  

He is not funny...and I hope when this is over, people ridicule him and turn their backs on him.  He is a disgusting example of a human, and it has nothing to do with his looks.

David reads the social media comment that says the man behind the door was the scammer, calling himself Lana.  David's response was, "No, he's not a scammer.  Would a scammer give you his correct address?"  He thought he was proving that the Lana he talked to was not this guy pretending to be her, and therefore not a scammer.  True, but did he listen to what he actually was saying?  No, David, a scammer would not give you his correct address, which is why Lana gave you this WRONG address.

 Ed, who gives a rat's ass (or a half-dead rat's ass) if Rose's sister asked for money, if Rose knew about it or even if Rose herself asked?  People ask for money.  Big deal.  Give it to her or not.  No need to call in the CIA.  (I know, already said, but I agree).

It's not even a solely British thing. I've been using it my whole life. My British husband has not. It's just a regular adverb whose definition is exactly what you'd think it meant when you look at the root word.

David & Gigolo are both SUPER humorless about this format.  While I want to kick Ed, he's in on the joke a bit.  Yolanda, Stef, and high AF Avery seem to get the format and have a good sense of humor about it.  

I don't like that Ed seems to be falling back on "Rose didn't know what she wanted or had bad intentions, so that's why it didn't work".  Maybe.  But, you know what really killed the vibe? 1) You being cruel to her about things related to her body b/c you clearly thought we were better than her and 2) not telling her about not having interest in having more kids when you knew that was part of her deal.  We watched the season, bro.  Don't backtrack and write some revisionist history.  

Avery seems so much more relaxed not deal with Ash.  It might also be the weed. LOL

Steph seems to be doing just fine from all of this, I have no idea what she does/shows on her private site....but her home is lovely and it seems to be new. if there was a way to profit from all of this, she seems to have done so...or is mortgaged to the hilt.

I think I am one of the only people who think David's hair is real. I've been analyzing it every time he is on screen and also noting all the times they've showed pics from when he is younger for comparison. I think he just naturally has very thick hair.  I do think he dyes it though.  

Maybe someone with a twitter account can ask him - he seems so over-sensitive, I imagine he might feel compelled to prove that his hair is real (if it is) and respond back.  If its fake he would just ignore the comment.

He has said multiple times that it is real.  On a recent episode he admitted that he dyes it and had just finished doing so.  There are plenty of men who still have a full head of hair at 60, although they usually don’t wear it that long.   On the show it was a dated 70s style and it is slightly more modern now.
